Ch. 96 - Wedding Preparation
After class, Ray approaches Elli, Yuri, and Olivia. Ray intends to inform Ray's marriage which was delayed by a few days due to an attack at the auction. “Elli, Yuri, Olivia.” Ray greeted the three girls.
“What's Ray?” Reply Olivia. While Yuri just nodded and watched Ray closely, Elli just looked at Ray with caution as if she was going to do something bad to him.
Ray simply ignores both Yuri and Elli's behavior and continues his intentions and goals. “Elli, Yuri, I was just asked to present Rain and Michele's wedding invitation. And also Olivia, the invitation for your family has been handed to Vali to be delivered via Miria.” Ray.
“Oh, thanks.” Yuri and Elli accept Ray's invitation.
“Then I go first, because there are still things I have to do.” Ray told the three. While Elli, Yuri, and Olivia just nodded and said goodbye before going in the other direction.
The next day at the Rogue Family Residence.
A magnificent preparation was held in the Rogue Residence, where previously contained the cries of elite soldiers who were training were now adorned with a variety of beautiful colors. All these changes happened because today is the wedding day between Rain Rogue and Michele Claude.
Today everyone is busy welcoming guests, preparing dishes, and making sure the day's events run smoothly. Meanwhile Ray is now meeting Rain in his room.
“Kak Rain? You're inside? It's me Ray.” Ray knocked on the room door.
“Come in, Ray.” Rain answered from inside the room.
“Stop bothering me. What do you want? You're not a jobless person who just wants to make compliments about my appearance, right?” Rain interrupts Ray who intends to talk further, he understands very well Ray the next thing Ray said must not be a good thing.
“Come on, why are you so serious? Just relax and enjoy your big day.” Ray walked over to Rain and patted her on the shoulder.
“Good, now say. What do you want?” Rain pulled the focus back.
“I just want to give you a wedding gift. And also Aunt Eva asked me to make you a wedding ring.” Ray took out a cloth package that looked like a sword with a thin blade and a small red box.
“This sword I made from Wind Light Metal, and is a Top-tier Magic Tool Gold. I call it the Blue Light Sword because the blade is blue, and in this box there is a pair of clinches that are also Magic Tool Gold Top-tier with protective magic and healing magic in it.” Ray explains both of the items he left out.
“Thanks Ray.” Rain thanked Ray sincerely.
“Over you get ready quickly. Today is your big day, don't let them wait you too long.” Ray hands Rain a gift and wedding ring and leaves the room.
After leaving Rain's room, Ray headed straight for the kitchen to make sure all the Magic Food that would be served to the guests would be in perfect order. Because Ray's been asked by Eva to make sure this is a great wedding. Ray orders all the chefs of Moon Night Restaurant to help with the making of the dishes in this wedding.
