Ch. 52 - Explosion Attributes
“Aaaaarrrrrggghhhh.......!!!!”
After drinking the pain potion began to stir in Allen's body, as if there were thousands of snakes writhing in his veins. Seeing Allen in pain Ray quickly drained his mana to regulate the absorption of the drug into Allen's body.
With the help of Ray, Allen's pain subsided a little but he was still grimacing in pain and his entire body turned red as blood started to flow from the pores of his skin.
Allen continued to concentrate and endure the excruciating pain that invaded his entire body. While Allen endured the pain, Olivia and Miria began to shed tears as they felt unbearable to see her sister experience such excruciating pain. On the other hand Mr. Schtrom supported his wife who had almost fainted due to seeing the condition of his son.
Time continued to pass and Ray still helped Allen to absorb the efficacy of Recovery Potion. Ten minutes had already passed and the blood started to stop seeping out of Allen's body. Thirty minutes later the blood on Allen's skin began to dry up and fall out, revealing a healthy white that was distinctly different from the previous pale white.
After the next thirty minutes in the center of Allen's chest began to faintly discern a small, dark-black red dot, which then glowed about the size of a demon beast core until it reached the size of a hand grip. Then a dark-black red glow began to spread throughout Allen's body before subsiding and extinguishing.
After the blackish-red radiance was extinguished, Allen felt his body full of power and he could also feel the huge magic energy he had. After calming down and adjusting his mana flow according to the direction of Ray's mana flow, Allen opened his eyes.
“This is amazing, as if this is not my body only.” Allen was amazed by his condition now.
While Ray took out some Mana Potion and started consuming it to recover his mana. His face that was originally pale from overusing mana started to come back refreshed. As Ray recovered his mana he heard the sound of the system.
Ray was shocked when he heard the system notification. “It's unexpected gift.” Ray smiled with satisfaction.
“Ray... That potion and the one you just did?” Kevin immediately asked Ray.
“Son, how can you manage where you are as thorough as that?” Pythagoras asked almost simultaneously with Kevin.
Ray adjusted his breathing before starting to answer the questions of the two of them. “It was Recovery Potion, and what I did earlier was use my mana to regulate the absorption of the potion into Allen's body. At the same time I washed away the blood and muscles in his body so that it became stronger, now he should be able to withstand the Mana Core heavy his Explosion attribute.”
Kevin was amazed to hear Ray's explanation, as a healer he understood very well how difficult the thing that Ray had just done. While Pythagoras was also very surprised, but not because of Ray's ability but because it turned out that Allen's Mana Core was heavily Blast.
Pythagoras changed his gaze and looked at Allen carefully, finally he knew that he had been wrong before because he did not consider Allen's Mana Core attribute. “He does have the Explosion attribute, I had no idea this would be a blessing or a curse for the boy.” Pythagoras shook his head slowly.
“By? A curse? What does Mr Pytagoras mean? Is there a problem with my Mana Core?” Allen asked Pythagoras.
