Ch. 18 - Annual Auction
After making the transaction. Olivia gives Ray a silver card that is a VIP card from the Silver Moon Pavilion.
"This is our VIP card, with this card Mr. Ray can join the annual auction and the big auction every decade."
"I don't think doing an item sale can also get this card." Ray received a VIP card.
"This card is given to the person who made a transaction of more than 1000 Gold in a single taxi. Because this card only proves customers are able to make money with high value."
"In other words, this card also shows your Silver Moon Pavilion future colleagues or potential partners, right?" Ray chimed.
"As expected of Mr. Ray, you understand the direction of my conversation." Olivia smiled in response.
"There is no need to praise me, Miss Olivia's words clearly point there."
"Is there anything else Mr Ray needs?"
"Silver grade Blacksmithing material and above, and some items to increase strength and endurance."
"For that reason we have just received a batch of Body Tempering Pill submissions from Qin Empire. As for Material materials we also have most types of Silver grade materials, and for Gold grade we only have a few."
Hearing the Body Tempering Pill made Ray quite surprised. Because Pill products could only be made by the Alchemist Qin Empire. Qin Empire was a continent famous for its Alchemy heritage. The abilities of the Alchemists in Qin Empire were the best in the Western Continent because their Alchemy Legacies were still intact since the great battle a thousand years ago.
A thousand years ago there was a great battle against the Devil Race. Back then the Devil Race was led by their strongest Demon Emperor Diablo, even the title of the strongest Eternal World being was already in his grasp. Under his leadership the Devil Race declared war on all other races, and declared himself the sole owner of the Eternal World.
The biggest war in Eternal World history took place. The Human Race that had the most population other than the Devil Race became the leader of the other three races put up a fight. The battles taking place in all parts of the Eternal World made chaos and darkness spread throughout the world.
The battle took place for nearly a hundred years without stopping. Destroying various Eternal World ecosystems and claiming billions of lives. The battle only ended after the three main leaders of each race killed the Diablo Demon Emperor in a huge fight. Despite successfully killing Diablo the three also lost their lives.
The loss of leaders of both sides marked the end of this great war. After the Diablo Demon Emperor died all the Demon Races returned to the Southern Continent that was completely controlled by the Demon Race. At the same time the Beastman Race returned to the Northern Continent, the Elf Race returned to the Eastern Continent, and the Human Race settled in the Western Continent.
As a result of the war many legacies of knowledge were almost lost, one of which was the Pill Making Technique in Alchemy. Even after nearly a thousand years after the war only a simple Pill like the Body Tempering Pill was successfully created. That was why the Pill was a rare item at a high price, and the Alchemists who could make it had an incredible status in every kingdom.
"As expected of the Silver Moon Pavilion, it could have a thing like the Body Tempering Pill easily." Ray praised.
"It's just a normal thing, a businessman has to adjust well." Olivia smiled back.
"How much is a Pill?"
"Each Pill is rewarded with 3 gold coins, because Mr. Ray is a VIP member of the purchase you will get a 10% cut%."
"I took 10 Pills. And please prepare the ingredients on this list." Ray pulled out a paper with a list of what he needed.
"I'll have people prepare it." Olivia calls a waiter and asks him to prepare the items on Ray's given list.
"Mr Ray, in one month will be held the Silver Moon Pavilion Annual Auction. Is there any item that the auction master wants?"
In the Annual Auction, the Silver Moon Pavilion usually asked their associates if there were any items they wanted to auction. As long as it complies with the minimum requirements of the auction, the item can be included in the auction, and as the Silver Moon Pavilion auction organizer will get 5% of the price of the item at the auction.
