Care Tent
Ray is currently sitting in a corner of the tent after returning to give two bottles of Heal Potion the highest grade each on Schnee and Syr. Now Ray was waiting for the two Elf sisters to recover their condition.
After Schnee and Syr consumed Ray's Heal Potion, their condition began to improve and returned to the peak of their condition. “It... Mr. Ray... Sorry about the previous one.” Schnee apologizes to Ray.
“For what?” Ray was still acting relaxed as if nothing had happened.
“It... For the thing before... We just left when you helped us... Therefore we are sorry..” Schnee spoke in an almost inaudible low voice.

Hearing Ray's words makes Schnee and Syr can only be silent because of their guilt. Previously both Schnee and Syr did put their suspicions on Ray, because with the level of strength he had been in the Deathly Forest for a few days just looking for death unless Ray was indeed intending to use the Deathly Forest to hide from something like the two of them.
“And also we thank you for saving us from the previous killer group.” Syr lowered his head and thanking Ray reduced the awkward atmosphere between them.
“That's no big deal to me, besides I've also been involved since meeting you guys. Do you think they'll release a living witness with all the murder squad they sent?” Ray replied still with his relaxed attitude.
“Of course, they are professional killers. An assassin will not miss his target and leave evidence pointing to himself.” Ray explained still with his casual attitude.
“So so... Thanks again for helping us..” Schnee finally understood why Ray was involved so far, and now she understood that Ray had his own reasons for being involved in this matter.
“If you had thought more clearly earlier, the two of you would not have had an ambush from that group of assassins and would have remained safe until I finished wiping that group of assassins quietly and slowly.” Ray let out a long sigh as if mocking the stupidity of the two Elf sisters in front of him.
“I know we were stupid and made a mistake for panicking too much before... We hope you forgive us because we both have been pursued by the group of assassins since a few months ago.” Schnee admits she made a mistake in leaving Ray's designated hiding place for the two of them.
“Good, if you are aware of your mistake. Now can you tell me why the killers are after you?” Ray's face takes a serious turn as he discusses the reason Schnee and Syr are being chased by a group of assassins.
