Ch. 137 - A Week Later IV

At the same time Ray receives important news from Silver City, James and his group are receiving treatment from Schnee and Syr.

Ray discovers that Schnee and Syr's magical abilities can be quite extraordinary, at least in the ability of healing magic and also the magic of the elements of water, wind and light. In addition, Ray found something extraordinary in his opinion.

A week ago after healing Schnee from her illness, Schnee demonstrated the ability that only a few Elf Races had: to control plants. Schnee shows Ray that he is able to accelerate plant growth and also regulate the growth of certain parts of the plant to bind or attack his opponent.

But what was important to Ray was the fact that if an elf had this ability, his healing ability would be extraordinary. Even in the historical record there was an elf who could regrow severed arms as before, and the elf was also someone who was skilled in controlling plants.

Although Ray felt quite surprised because in his knowledge only someone with pure elf blood could have the ability to control plants, while Schnee herself was only half an elf that made it more difficult to awaken that ability. But Ray had also heard that the ability could be obtained randomly as long as someone inherited some of the Elf Queen's blood, so Ray could decide that Schnee and Syr were still descendants of the Elf Queen.

“Thanks, Miss Schnee, Miss Syr.” James and his group are grateful for Schnee and Syr's help in healing them.

“No problem, besides this is also our way to thank you for being left to stay here all this time.” Schnee replied with a small smile making James and his group pause for a moment.

“Until now I never thought, how can that annoying person make someone as beautiful as you like him.” James muttered softly after coming to his senses from his daydream.

“Sial! Bangs*t the lucky one!!!” In the hearts of James and his group.

“Because it looks like you guys are fine, Syr and I will be back in Mr. Ray's tent.” Schnee resigns.

“Oh, yes of course. Once again thank you for healing us.” James represented his group again in gratitude.

“Tno need to hesitate.” Reply Schnee.

“Then we say retreat..” Schnee said before resigning.

“We go first..” Syr added before they returned to Ray's tent.

Right now Ray is reading a piece of paper seriously. Inside the paper had a writing with blood red ink which meant that the message written on it contained things that could endanger the lives of a group of people involved in it.

This method of writing messages itself uses code that can only be read by members of the Dark Note itself. While the blood red ink used to write it is an innovation from Ray to distinguish the level of danger conveyed in a message.

The message levels themselves are divided by Ray in three levels of danger, ranging from black ink which means harmless information, then yellow ink which means it can harm a member, which means it can harm a member, and the last one is blood red ink which means a message that could harm a person and the group around him.

“I don't think I'll receive any more blood red messages after Ying Yueru's murder incident, let alone the contents of this message..” Ray massaged his forehead as his head began to struggle to think of a solution to an impending problem.

“Besides the people who will come here are also full of problems..” Ray again took a deep breath and felt a headache as he read the list of people who followed this hunt.

If according to what was written in the message then in total there will be several princesses and princes from the two kingdoms and one empire that will come following this hunt. Once Ray finds out about all the lists of people who will follow this hunt, then he must begin to rearrange the hunting plan he has arranged.

“Well, the point is that you both have amazing healing magic abilities. Besides, there's something I need to talk about with you two.” Ray's face turned more serious.

“What is Ray?” Schnee was slightly surprised by Ray's serious expression.

“Do you remember when I said that I also met the same group that attacked your village?” Ask Ray.

“Thank you for believing in me, I will prepare all the necessary things in beebrapa today.” Ray smiled happily at the trust that the two half-elf sisters had placed in him.
