Ch. 42 - Entering the Palace
A three-man horse carriage entered the Moon Palace. Ray, Estas and Vali get off the horse-drawn carriage. “Kakek Estas, first I need to get to that dumpster. Things that happened so far can also be said to start from him.” Ray asks Estas to get Mark first.
“You mean?” Estas was a bit confused by Ray's request.
“You don't think I put a pretty strong array because he's my dad, do you?” Ray laughed cynically.
“You mean, that useless guy has something to hide?” Estas.
“He's not hiding anything, I don't even know he's alive or just a human doll now.” Ray shook his head.
“You mean that person is being controlled?” Estas began to connect every word Ray.
Ray did not answer Estas's question, just continued to walk towards the corner of the palace where there is a luxurious house with a pyramid-shaped protective beam coming out of four stones in each corner of the house. This mansion is none other than the residence of Mark Von Ainsworth.
Ray makes several hand seals to control the array attached to that house, then shuts down the array that makes it protect that house. Shortly after the protective array was turned off, Ray made a new hand seal that destroyed four stone arrays around the house and blue light shot from each stone and entered the house.
Seeing that everything was going smoothly Ray lowered his hand seal. While Vali and Estas were amazed by Ray's proficiency in controlling arrays, the inheritance and array techniques had indeed almost disappeared from the Silver Moon Kingdom. “Let's go in, we have to take that trash out immediately before the person controlling it realizes that something is wrong.” Ray went into Mark's house.
Vali and Estas follow Ray into Mark's residence, they are shocked to see Mark tied to his hands and feet, and his mouth is also covered in blue light. “Ray, what are you doing?” Vali asks Ray who is making a new hand seal.
“This...” sees Ray's treatment of his own father, making Vali shake his head. While Estas looks indifferent and completely indifferent to Ray's behavior on Mark, even if Ray just drags Mark along the way she won't comment either.
“Kakek Estas, can you tell uncle Chris and the others to gather in the court hall? I'll take this trash directly there.” Ray asks Estas to gather people in the trial hall.

After following Estas and Vali walking along the Aisle, Ray finally saw the center of Moon Palace which looked like a silver giant castle. Ray could see besides the guards surrounding every corner of this place, there were also thirty-two array stones forming a tier four array array array.
Estas led Vali and Ray into the trial hall, as three people appeared within the trial hall making the entire attention of the trial participants attracted towards the three people. Meanwhile, Julius's view was precisely on the person Ray brought. “Estas, Ray, what exactly happened?” Julius asks Estas and Ray about Mark's condition.
“This julius..” Estas felt awkward and confused as to how to answer her foster brother's question.
“Secretty, Grandpa Julius, let me explain this. I will also explain about everything I know about the assault that occurred in Silver City.”
