Ch. 6 - Ainsworth Family
It had been a week since Ray's fight with the Variant Demon Beast. Ray who managed to escape from the city guards and the chosen people in Silver City city spent his time hunting and searching for information. Because before he is sure he can conquer people with absolute strength, Ray needs to understand the circumstances surrounding him to ensure he remains safe.
Now Ray already had a new residence, a spacious enough house with two floors and a basement for crafting items he bought for 43 Gold. In Ray's previous life he had worked in various professions to carry out his school, one of which was carving and forging which could be said to be in accordance with the skills needed in crafting items.
While these items Ray made were just ordinary items like a set of clothes plus a robe, and a half-face mask. Ray makes it to cover up his identity while wandering around searching for information through the underground world.

Ray picked up a set of robed clothes he made and wore a half-face mask. After suppressing his mana as much as possible Ray disappeared amidst the crowd of people.

Moon Palace is the residence of the Ainsworth Family which is the Silver Moon Kingdom's royal family. But in contrast to ordinary days, today within the palace there were many powerful auras of the chosen ones. There were even two auras that were far stronger than the chosen ones before him. The two of them were people who were already at the King Level with an average status of over 200. These two people sat on seats that were even taller than Silver Moon Kingdom King Chris Von Ainsworth, who was also Ray's oldest uncle.
The two people with king-level aura were kings before Chris who was also his father Julius Von Ainsworth. And the one sitting next to him was the former Silver Moon Kingdom commander Estas Rogue. Although the two were sitting next to each other yet there was a hot aura between the two that they were trying to cover up. And Julius had a face of shame and guilt when he saw his best friend.
Julius and Estas are best friends, Julius knew without Estas' help 70 years ago he would not have become a king. In addition Estas had also fought many battles to protect the Silver Moon Kingdom, until she lost one of her favorite adopted sons. Estas has only two daughters, her first daughter is married to Chris who is the current king and becomes his consort. His second daughter married his adopted son Ernest Dragnir and had two sons, now aged 21 and 17.
15 Years ago his adopted son and son-in-law Ernest led an army to block the attack of the Demon Race from the Blood Sun Empire and finally fell on the battlefield. The second daughter cried for almost a week, Tiffa's younger sister Ernest was also devastated at the time and often daydreamed.
Furiously Estas summoned all the elite forces of the Silver Moon Kingdom to repel the Devil Race. Estas fought a war for almost 10 years before repelling and taking over 10% of the Blood Sun Empire's territory and putting it into the Silver Moon Kingdom's power, before returning to Silver City. Upon returning home to Silver City Estas was instantly enraged. What angered Estas when she returned home to Silver City, was the condition of her second daughter who looked thin and had deep sadness and guilt when looking at a 10-year-old boy, he had a look similar to Ernest.
When Estas asked her daughter about the boy, her daughter's answer angered her. Without further ado Estas immediately sounded the drums of call for her elite troops and led them marching into Moon Palace to ask for an explanation on Julius.
Julius just bowed lethargic and said nothing. Seeing Julius' attitude, Estas knew that her best friend felt guilty but could not bear to punish her son. Finally Estas held back a bit of her anger, telling Julius to strip all her son's guilty peerage, and let him live as an ordinary citizen. Julius agrees to Estas' request, promising that Tiffa's son will be safe and sound.
5 Years have passed since that incident. Now Estas is back in a rage after learning that Ray is missing, and not only him, even all the Rogue Family are angry about this. Although Ray was only an out-of-wedlock child, he was still Ernest's niece and Estas' adopted grandson indirectly. But a week ago Ray went missing, and after all this was investigated it was related to his father Mark Von Ainsworth.
Amidst the hot atmosphere of the hall, a man in his 30s was dragged into the hall with his hands tied. Sweat rolled on his face, the fear of death clearly visible on his face. This man is none other than Mark Von Ainsworth Ray's father.
