Ch. 48 - Three Problems
After hearing Chris' announcement everyone started to leave the hall. Not long after, only Phytagoras, Ray, and Chris were left in the hall.
Right now, Chris's eyes are on Ray, the longer he feels that Ray is becoming more unpredictable. Even Chris can confirm that Silver City survived the disaster this time also thanks to Ray's contribution behind the scenes.
Now Chris also began to think that all the stupid and brash levels he had done so far were only used as a cover. But what Chris never thought was Ray who is now different from Ray before, Ray is now a transmigator from another world with a far more advanced science and a much more complex scheme.
“Ray, now can you explain how you got all the information about this attack?” Chris calmed his mind and began to pry for information about Ray.
“Actually I don't have any information, I just measure and guess things that might happen with all the awkward information about some people.” Ray pulls out a paper leaflet containing detailed information about Mark and all the great things he's done over the past twenty years.
Chris picks up a paper flyer Ray issued and starts reading it. When Chris read the first part of the information there was nothing strange and awkward, but when he read the information section from sixteen years ago to the last piece of information there were too many irregularities and absurd things.
“Ray where did you get all this information?” Chris asked Ray.
“Underground organization, Dark Note.” Ray replied without hiding anything.
“The ability of Dark Notes in information gathering is indeed terrible, it seems like their ability is already on par with royal spies and materials may be more.” Chris had guessed the source of the information Ray had, but still felt a little surprised by the information gathering ability of the Dark Note.
“If they do not have this ability, maybe they have been swallowed by another group for a long time.” Ray casually chimed in on Chris's words.
“You're right.” Chris was silent for a moment. “Ray, how do you think we're gonna handle this intrusion?” Chris continued after a moment of silence.
“Which you say is true, these three maslah are things that are difficult to overcome by us.” Chris shook his head.
“For the third problem I have no problem helping to train the younger generation of Silver Moon Kingdom, after all at first I was also a person born in Silver Moon Kingdom.” Pythagoras, who had been listening secretly, offered help.
“Master Pytagoras are you sure?” Chris was surprised by the offer of Pythagoras.
“I'm sure, after all there are no restrictions whatsoever for members of the Witch Temple. I just need to help during special circumstances and keep the temple secret.” Phytagoras smiled in response.
“For the first problem I will have Dark Note help collect information for kingdom.” Ray added.
“Ray, what is your relationship with Dark Note?” Chris was skeptical of Ray.
“Uncle Chris, no need to know. I can make sure they will work together, and for the second time I will learn to start practicing Alchemy.” Add Ray with his leisure.
Now Ray's words even sound more ridiculous, “How to solve Alchemy problems just by you learning Alchemy?” Chris and Phytagoras in the Heart.
Ray, Chris, and Pythagoras continued to discuss the three problems Ray mentioned earlier, until three people ran into the Hall.
