This afternoon, the rain fell quite heavily, making the cafe conditions not too crowded as usual. Either because the visitors who choose to turn around because they do not want to break through the rain, or simply that the Orion windfall is only as early as today.
Just when Kinara finished wearing an apron and stood behind the counter, Andanu was seen barging into the cafe in slightly wet clothes exposed to rainwater.
If Kinara would usually be mumbling to welcome the young man, this afternoon he was more honored to sing a more sincere smile.
Because after spending tears and shouting with Sekala last night, his heart began to feel light and his feelings were really much better. So, in order to celebrate her heart's recovery, Kinara would smile more starting today.
"Tumben lo welcome my arrival with a smile sumringah, usually ranting mulu macem mulem mother-emak." Cibir Andanu, when the young man had just arrived before him.
Kinara was not provoked, instead widening his smile as his eyes caught the presence of another figure who came shortly after Andanu.
That is Astari. The woman smiled brightly at him while showing him the one bag of groceries he was holding.
"Astari's mom is home from work?" he asked, ignoring the existence of Andanu who is now muttering without sound because his speech is not responded.
"I'm not working" I'm Astari, making Kinara a little surprised, but she still tries to control her facial expression.
"Resign?" the question then, after Astari put a bag of groceries that turned out to be a few packs of Regal biscuits and chocolate-flavored milk boxes.
Astari nodded, her bright smile still not fading, instead widening as her eyes caught the presence of the figure of Sekala who had just appeared from behind the door of the staff room.
Kinara who was aware of Astari's change in expression as soon as the woman discovered Sekala's existence suddenly threw a gaze towards Andanu, coding the young man through his eyes while smiling.
But basically Andanu was a bit stupid, the young man did not respond quickly and instead pulled Astari's arm and took her older sister to one of the tables.
"Gue order kayak usually, you make, spout!" exclaimed the young man before passing from the front of the counter.
Kinara's attempt not to mumble today was broken by Andanu's behavior. Just as the brat was sitting himself at the corner table, Kinara blabbed at length despite the extremely slow volume of sound.
Still blabbering, Kinara prepared two cups of Caramel Macchiato for Andanu. While Sekala who stood beside him could only be silent because honestly he did not understand why Kinara was nagging just because Andanu was acting like usual.
"If work can't be mengedumel, Kin. Be sincere," said Sekala when Kinara did not stop nagging.
The two cups of Caramel Macchiato that Kinara had finished making were placed with a slight jerking motion over the counter, then Kinara turned towards Sekala with a sullen look on his face.
"I nagged not because I had to prepare Andanu's order," he said, making one eyebrow Sekala raised.
"Continue?"
"I'm upset, Mas Kala, because no one is sensitive!"
Sekala's eyebrows raised higher, a sign that the confusion still has not found a bright spot.
"Surely speaking, Kin." Sekala said in the end, when he did not manage to guess the meaning of Kinara's words just now.
"That's right, insensitive!" Kinara nagged again, then without saying anything more, he grabbed the two cups of Caramel Macchiato and immediately delivered her to the table occupied by Andanu and Astari.
"But he's clingy because most yells just as grimly last night, huh?" ask Sekala, I don't know who. Perhaps to the computer screen that lights up, or even to the coffee maker who looks at him without sin.
...****************...
"Kin," call Sekala when she and Kinara are cleaning the counter in preparation to close the cafe.
Kinara who was wiping the area around the coffee maker turned his head, only to be made to snort because Sekala did not open the sound after.
"What did you say .. about me is insensitive, what does that mean?"
Kinara let out a long breath. Lap in his hand he just threw it on the counter, then he walked closer to Sekala who was standing behind the cashier table.
"Kala really don't understand?" he asked, with both hands folded in front of the chest and eyes that stared fixedly at the bead of Sekala.
At once, innocently and so honestly, shaking his head. Make Kinara cluck, although in the end still ready to explain.
"Gini, Mas Kala," began. Before continuing, he pulled the chair from the corner of the counter, dragged it behind the cash register and told Sekala to sit down. He himself decided to pull another chair from one of the customer's desks, and they sat face to face.
"Mas Kala knows why Ms Astari often join Andanu come here?" tanyanya, as a lure.
"Well because he likes the same atmosphere here? I see he often brings a laptop, maybe here it's good to work?" once again he answered with the most reasonable reason in the world.
Kinara clucked again. He was to wonder, is it possible that this human named Sekala Pranadipa never felt his name in love? Why is it so difficult to catch the signals given by Astari, even though the woman has openly shown her interest?
"Mas Kala's been dating yet?" ask Kinara at the end. Not that he would interfere in the personal affairs of his boss, he just needed to know so that he could determine where to start explaining to Sekala from.
And, when Sekala shook her head with an innocent look, Kinara suddenly just patted her own eel.
"Pantesan" he said, in a very slow voice.
"Why, anyway, Kin? Don't confuse me." Sela Sekala, who began to struggle because she felt Kinara was too convoluted.
Kinara looked at Sekala again, exhaling a loud breath before opening her mouth again.
"Mas Kala does not feel, if Mbak Astari is interested in Mas Kala?" tanyanya, which again only Sekala responded with a headband.
"Absolutely not feeling?" reworked.
"No, Kin. I don't feel. Anyway, based on what can you say that?"
"Yes, based on what I see every day!" Kinara. If Sekala wasn't the boss, Kinara might have hit the man's head since.
"The way Astari went to Mas Kala was different, his smile was different, too" Kinara still tried to explain.
"Different from where? Just normal, no."
"Different, Mas Kala! The gaze of Mbak Astari showed that he was again amazed by Mas Kala. Do you not understand, Mas?"
"You got it wrong, Kin."
"I didn't get it wrong, it was indeed Mas Kala who was insensitive!" Kinara started to gasp. Though he was originally calm, but somehow with Andanu and Sekala, his patience level was really like being wiped out.
"Kin, man,"
"Ih, it's so gaunt. It feels like I'm holding you two in one room, so you can talk and Mas Kala can see how different Astari's gaze is to Mas Kala." Kinara frustrated himself, clenching his hands in front of his face and showing an anxious look.
"Udah, don't worry. There, finish the counter, we need to close quickly." He got up, then pulled Kinara's arm and pushed slowly on the girl's back to finish her work instead of continuing to say nonsense.
Astari liked? Where's that theory from? Just-there!
