Dahayu waited anxiously, moving back and forth in front of Atha's classroom while scratching her fingernails. Many times he turned his head towards the classroom that had been abandoned by the lecturer, leaving students who started out one by one.
"Who's day?" ask one of the students who just came out of the classroom.
Dahayu raised her head, looking at the flap-haired youth with the checkered shirt standing before her. He knew the young man was one of the friends who often hung out with Atha.
"Atha. Is it still inside, isn't it?" The answer asked back. Once again look into the classroom to find out where Atha is.
"There was. Just come in." Said the young man, Brian, who then immediately passed without waiting for a further response from Dahayu.
After Brian left, Dahayu was still clamoring. Quiet in a place with a head getting noisier.
She squeezes her own hands to quell the nervousness, squeezing her brain to find the best way out of the problems that now ensnare her and Atha.
Until suddenly, Atha appeared from behind the door and immediately pulled her hand to enter the empty classroom.
Dahayu flinched, somewhat unprepared as Atha roughly pulled her arm and forced her to sit on one of the seats in the front row. The young man also closed the classroom door violently causing a loud thumping sound.
"Where?" atha asked with a straight look to Dahayu's bead of eyes. He stood before the girl with his arms folded in front of his chest. "It came out, didn't it?"
Dahayu took a deep breath and exhaled violently while reaching into her bag. From inside the bag, he took out a small object that looked like a body temperature measuring thermometer and placed it on the table.
Atha lowered his head, looking at the little thing with a feeling of no excitement. He was fixated for a few moments with a heart that suddenly felt sore when he found there were two red lines adorning a small object that turned out to be the test pack.
"No way." Murmured Atha. He turned around, began to grab his own hair in a frustrated motion.
"It's impossible, Ay." Deuteronomy. He turned back, staring at Dahayu with a pair of eyes that looked cute. "If Kinara finds out, she could be destroyed."
"Gue didn't want this to happen either!" sergeant Dahayu. He grabs a test pack from the table, only to throw it at Atha's body before it lands on the hard floor. "Gue doesn't want to get pregnant with your son, Atha!"
"Gugurne." Said Atha, lightly.
Hearing that, the emotions that had been raging in Dahayu felt increasingly becoming. It felt, he wanted to kick Atha's head so that her brain could function a little. So that the young man could think before speaking.
"It's not that easy, motherfucker!" furious Dahayu. His gaze was sharp, as if it could tear apart Atha's handsome face in just a matter of seconds. "Lo think it's easy to find a really competent doctor and want to do the illegal act? You think abortion isn't a risk to my life's safety?" he continued with a voice that started to shake.
To be honest, Dahayu started to feel scared. Earlier this morning after she had a test to test if she was actually pregnant (and the results turned out to be positive) Dahayu was already confused. He was busy browsing the internet to find out the safest way to abort the content that was still in the age of the first trimester.
But nil, she barely found a safe way to get rid of this damn fetus from inside her stomach.
Dahayu often hopes that she can die quickly, at least so that she does not have to see the relationship between her parents are increasingly chaotic and over time will be destroyed. But, Dahayu did not want to die silly. He did not want to die in his attempt to kill another life that grew in his stomach.
And now what? Atha lightly asked her to drop the womb?
"How do you want it? We can't defend that kid!" atha's voice began to rise. Then, he moved forward, leaning towards Dahayu with both hands resting on the table. "That child was a mistake, we can't let him be born into the world." Strictly Atha once again.
"Fuck." Grumpy Dahayu. His hands clenched beside the body, trying hard so as not to fall into the handsome face of the young man before him.
"Lo bastard, Atha." Deuteronomy.
Atha did not answer. Because he knows, he's a bastard.
...****************...
Kinara slightly ran as her little legs almost reached the corridor towards Atha's class. Although he was already wearing an umbrella, but the wind that blew quite strong in fact still made the water droplets carried up to several tampias to his clothes.
The umbrella was closed when Kinara's feet managed to touch the corridor. Waving her hair wet with rain, Kinara walked down the corridor to reach Atha's class. He was too busy taking care of the remnants of rain water stuck to his body and clothes, until accidentally his body hit someone who was walking from the opposite direction.
Before him, Brian stood looming, staring flatly at him as the man used to. For some reason, Kinara felt that Brian did not like her. He never felt that he had done anything to disturb the man.
"If the way his eyes are pressed, do not make doang displays." Ketus Brian in a low voice, but quite painful. The man said nothing more and soon passed from before Kinara.
While Kinara could only sigh slowly in response to Brian's response which he thought was excessive.
Not wanting to drag on in the uncomfortable feeling due to the unpleasant interaction between her and Brian, Kinara continued on.
As his steps drew closer to Atha's classroom, his smile grew wider. I can't wait to meet her boyfriend. There were many things he wanted to tell, which he had to endure this morning because the man was enjoying his sadness.
The classroom door opened slightly when he got in front of him. Kinara peeked a little through the gap. However, the smile that originally developed until the ears slowly disappeared when he found not only Atha, but also Dahayu in the classroom. Just the two of you, and you seem to be talking about something serious.
Kinara could have barged in right away, but he instead decided to stay silent in the doorway. Sharpen his hearing to eavesdrop on what was going on between Dahayu and Atha.
"Gue doesn't want to get pregnant with your son, Atha!" yelled Dahayu suddenly.
Kinara who was moving brought the ears closer to the door stopped. His brain was squeezed, forced to work harder to translate the information his ears had just heard.
"Gugurne." He heard Atha speaking in a flat tone and coldly impressed.
"It's not that easy, asshole! Do you think it's easy to find a really competent doctor and want to confess to the illegal act? You think abortion isn't a risk to my life's safety?" dahayu's voice began to tremble.
"How do you want it? We can't defend that kid!" Kinara slightly flinched as Atha knowingly raised his voice. He even had to take one step back so surprised. During this time, Atha often raised her tone, but only this time did Kinara hear Atha elevate her voice with overflowing emotions.
"That child was a mistake, we can't let him be born into the world."
For God's sake, Kinara didn't know what to do. Especially when he saw Dahayu staring nyalang towards Atha.
"Fuck." Said the girl with a stifled voice. "Lo bastard, Atha."
Then silence. Kinara heard nothing more. The two people fell silent with gazes that dodged each other.
Kinara, meanwhile, was rendered limp helpless when her brain finished processing all the information she received and came to one conclusion: Dahayu was pregnant, the son of Atha.
"Pregnant woman, son of Atha?" Kinara repeated the sentence that flashed across her head with a stern bitterness.
A smile rises unavoidably. Her shoulders slumped in a dramatic fashion and Kinara felt herself almost losing all consciousness as the sentence repeated itself in her head, like a broken record, which, if listened to constantly, she said, his brain function may also be disrupted.
Dahayu pregnant son of Atha. Is there a joke more stupid than this? Wh why? Why is the universe so fond of joking with him these days? As if taking all the treasure that he had enjoyed so far was not enough, so the universe again took two things that were equally valuable to him. Dahayu and Atha.
With a bit of consciousness still remaining, Kinara swung her steps. He barged in. He could only stare blankly at the two people who now looked surprised by his sudden presence.
"Ra," call Atha.
But Kinara did not answer. He continued walking past Atha, then crouched down to pick up the test pack that was helplessly lying on the floor.
Kinara smiled wryly when she found two real red lines plastered there. A clear mist began to envelop her eyes, and she felt her chest begin to fill with so many things that it made her feel claustrophobic.
"Explain's." He muttered while standing.
Kinara looked at Atha and Dahayu in turn. Then, he stopped at Atha, staring fixedly at the man while thrusting the test pack in his hand towards the young man.
"Explain to me, Atharya."
