The After The Rain

The After The Rain
New Round

The long-awaited day finally came. After passing through several dramas, Kinara and Sekala had finally become a husband and wife after Sekala said the kabul ijab smoothly in one experiment. All the attendees who witnessed the procession of uniting two human children into the sacred bond of marriage were cheering happily, too, at the smile that appeared on the faces of the bride and groom.

The words of congratulations and good prayers they have received along the course of the reception that was only held simple. Guests who come no more than a hundred people because both Sekala and Kinara both want to invite only the closest people who really know how their life journey until finally can stand side by side like now it's.

And now, when that grueling series of events was over after it had gone smoothly, Kinara had to give herself up to be carried by Sekala towards the man's house.

Mama and Papa and Andanu and Astari also take them to the car that will be driven by Sagara. In the trunk, there had been two large suitcases containing all sorts of equipment belonging to Kinara that the night before Mama had prepared in such a way.

After saying goodbye and spiced up a bit of drama where Mama hugged Kinara so tightly while crying, she said, Kinara and Sekala got into the car and Sagara as the driver immediately gas-tancap left the building where the wedding reception was held.

Kinara sat in the back passenger seat, along with Mother. Sekala accompanied Sagara in the front seat.

"If you need anything, suppose there is less at home, do not hesitate to tell Mother, yes, Ra." Mother squeezed out Kinara's hand which was placed on her lap.

Kinara smiled, replying to Mother's treatment by gently rubbing the middle-aged woman's back hand. "Yes, Mommy. Thanks, yeah."

"Together, my dear."

While in front, Sekala and Sagara still did not say anything. The relationship between the two of them is not as hot as before, but to talk at length like a brother in general is still too difficult for them. Let it be, it's okay. Neither Sekala nor Sagara will compel. They will simply live their relationship to what it is, letting it flow like water from upstream to downstream.

Thirty minutes drive, the car finally stops in front of a minimalist house with two floors. The front page is quite large when compared to the house on the right and left. The gate that loomed in front of him was also not too high, as if it did not want its existence to hinder the existence of the house itself.

"Just let me get the suitcase out of the trunk." Sagara. And without waiting for Sekala's response, the man went down first and ran straight to the trunk and dropped two large suitcases from there.

Not rejecting what Sagara is doing. He got out of the car after seeing Kinara and Mom do the same. The two women of different ages then walked first through the gate, with Mother holding Kinara's arm tightly together.

"I'm the one who brought the suitcase inside, "I want to take two suitcases that are in Sagara's hands. However, the man immediately held back the movement of his hand.

"Susulin aja bini lo there," Sagara slightly pushed Sekala's body, forcing his sister to immediately overtake the wife who was now standing at the door of the house.

"Bag,"

"Gue plak nutmeg lo if still mgeyel!" grout Sagara.

While exhaling slowly, then with a giant step following Kinara while removing the key from his pocket.

The door opened without any distress, and he invited Kinara and Mother to enter first while he waited for Sagara to reach his side.

However, when the new mother will set one foot on the inner floor of the house, Sagara suddenly just pulled slowly Mom's arm so as to make the woman stop her intention.

"Why, Mas?" ask me confused.

"Why would you like to do something?" Sagara asked back. Which not only makes his mother confused, but also Kinara and Sekala who now even look at each other.

"You come in, why?" mother asked again, still not understanding why her steps were stopped.

"Tomorrow," said Sagara. Then two suitcases that he had brought were handed over to Sekala. "Well, Kinara and Sekala would want to rest immediately." Further.

Mother was silent for a while, then looked at Kinara and Sekala in turn. He thought, it is true what Sagara said. Besides being tired, Kinara and Sekala would also want to spend time together.

So, Mom smiled then retreated to Sagara's side. "Mom's dropping by tomorrow, huh." He said while grinning.

Sekala and Kinara looked at each other again. Then Sekala became the one who nodded her head so Mom immediately turned around, while dragging Sagara to leave immediately from there.

"Be careful!" yelled at once because in a short time Mother and Sagara had arrived again at the side of the car.

Sagara just gave his thumbs up without looking, because Mother had pushed her body to get into the car immediately.

Then, the car drove through the darkness of the night. Leaving behind a trace of cheerfulness that had now turned into awkwardness when the gazes of Sekala and Kinara met again.

Supposedly, Kinara complied when Sekala told him to take a bath first, not even ngeyel and sent Sekala back to bathe.

Because, when he came out of the bathroom, there was Sekala who was waiting for him on the bed.

The man did not do anything that could bring out a red hue on both sides of his cheeks. But still, considering this was their first legitimate night of being husband and wife, Kinara's brain couldn't stop thinking that they would do that.

Oh, naw! Please don't misunderstand me. Kinara didn't want to think dirty or anything. He just ... ha .. isn't it okay to think about those things because they are now legally husband and wife?

"Remain there? Here."

Damnit damnit! Kinara almost swore loudly when Sekala knew how to get up from the lying position, and now sits while leaning back on the headboard of the mattress. With a faint smile, the man patted the empty space beside his left.

And as a good wife, Kinara had no choice but to immediately walk up to Sekala and slowly climb onto the bed to fill the void that was originally there.

"Aren't you sleepy yet?" ask Sekala, shifting her seat to be closer to Kinara.

"B-yet," suddenly, Kinara stammered.

"If so, give me a minute." After saying that, Sekala inched towards the nightstand to return to his position shortly afterwards with a mobile phone in hand.

The phone was played for a while, then the screen was thrust towards Kinara.

"I have a plan to remodel a little part of Orion. Want me to add a reading area, I continue to be available shelves containing books that can be read for free as long as the customer is there. Also, can help promote your book that was published last month." Sekala explained her plan to Kinara while sliding the screen of her phone which showed several different pictures.

"Well, how do you think?" tanyanya.

Kinara did not immediately answer, instead took the phone from the hands of Sekala to then he mastered like his own. The photos that had been Sekala show a little, he looked again one by one more closely. Then he nodded his head after he finished scanning and returned the phone to the owner.

"Again," he said. "Mas Kala wants to take the side, right?"

"Yes, the side is still the land area. Unfortunately, I rarely park there."

Kinara mangosteen again. "Later to help Mas Kala choose what books to put on the shelf," he said.

Sekala clearly heard the idea of getting full support from the wife.

"Thank you, yeah."

"No prob," Kinara followed up smiling.

Then, the conversation went everywhere. Not only about Orion's reshuffle plan, but also about their plans in the future. Whether Kinara will be working elsewhere (because she is no longer working in Orion after the application event) or just want to be home and do the things she wants from home.

Until finally, the night was getting late and unconsciously Kinara had fallen asleep with Sekala's arm as her pillow.

Having the sight of Kinara's innocent face sleeping on his arm made Sekala unable to hold back a smile. He looked at that beautiful face. Until he knew his face was moving forward on its own and he planted a kiss on Kinara's forehead after removing the strands of hair covering it.

"Good night, Kin." His whisper, then closed his eyes after chanting the prayer.

Sekala would never know, if Kinara was actually still half conscious. And all the treatment as well as the sentence he spoke could still be heard clearly by the woman.

Amidst her journey to dreamland, Kinara smiled, with a crimson hue that began to radiate across her cheeks.

He knew this was not the end, but a new chapter that he had to live with all his heart.

So all Kinara could do before his consciousness was completely lost was move slowly hide his face in the chest of the field of Sekala, smell the perfume of the man as a provision to wade a beautiful dream full of flowers.
