Panicking because of Pacet

We walked down the path by foot. Right and left shady trees add a beautiful and scary impression along the way. The weather is very cold, the higher it gets colder.

I can't take my hand out of Indra's. Because the road that passes is very slippery and needs support to be able to run well. The rocks on the road added to the obstacles we had to go through.

"Mar, you're tired yeah, your breath is fast."

Ask Indra who heard the speed of my breath that was like being chased.

I just nodded, unable to answer his question due to my breath gasping. Though this is only half way to the first Curug. That's why I don't want to go to this place because the road is full of obstacles.

But if it gets in front of Curug it feels like it wants to continue here. The water is very clear to the point that we can keep it so clear and the water is cold like ice water. Usually I just sit on a big rock while enjoying the boiled pegs.. mantulll....!!

"Want me to carry?" Tawar Indra's.

I shook my head. Shame to see people passing by how?

"here.. Just rest first." Indra sat under a shady tree on a rock which he made his seat.

I sat nearby while adjusting my breath which was still panting. Still pretty far to the first post, but even further if we go back. There is no choice but to continue the journey.

The people who passed us always looked at me with a look that I thought was strange. Maybe they think we're dating, whose men are handsome while whose women are far from beautiful aka ugly. They might think, 'The boys want to be like the little girls like that'.

Not that I was prejudiced badly by them, but their attitude showed that. When they saw Indra, their eyes sparkled with admiration. While when looking at me his gaze turned into an ilfeel gaze and they shrugged their shoulders while glancing towards his friend. I'm shy.

Indra who saw me like that immediately patted my shoulder and reflex I was surprised because of shock. He seems to know that I'm not comfortable with people's eyes.

"Don't daydream. Let people think what about us. You don't baper ya." He said as he stroked my long hair. I nodded my head.

I took the hairpin in the bag and pulled my hair back. Ribet once walked with strayed hair that was blown by the wind. Indra tidied my bangs that were messy and filled with sweat.

"You're beautiful. But it's more cute." Said Indra who put my bangs to the edge.

Indra rubbed the sweat that soaked my forehead and nose with her hands, making my heart beat fast. Indra as if she could hear my heartbeat beating irregularly, she smiled at me.

"I can feel how you feel Maria. Do you feel nervous when I look at your face?" Indra said with a sweet smile to me.

"I, I'm just tired." I answered while arranging my heart not to beat.

"If you can't say yes."

"Yes." Yeah."

The time is 9:42. The longer the day will be towards the second Curug.

But it seems I can't go there, Ke Curug first only that is not too long distance.

"Dra, to the first Curug yes. I don't think I can make it to the second Curug. I'm so tired of my feet, so tired of it."

"But I'm embarrassed to see others."

Actually, I want to be in Indra's car, because my legs are already very sick. I don't know why suddenly my calf was like something was stuck.

I folded the tip of my jeans turned out to be Pacet. I was hysterical, screaming because I was scared of the animal.

Indra panicked and immediately took the animal and threw it away. Indra hugged me very scared. Let alone Pacet, lizard, I'm afraid.

Indra continued to calm me down, did not finish thinking it was Pacet why it could be in my calf.

Pacet is almost the same as leech, but different. Leeches daily live in water while Pacet is found in grasses that are wet after rain or attached to leaves, tree trunks, and rocks. We can also find these small animals in swamps or rice fields.

When sucking blood, this animal secretes a special substance in its suction that can prevent the blood from clotting. Even so, I am disgusted by Pacet. I don't like animals of any kind.

I didn't realize that Pacet had sucked my blood, didn't know when it came in and it was hysterical enough.

If the pacet is full, the body will fatten and immediately fall itself from its prey. Pacet is rarely used in the medical world, in contrast to leeches which are actually widely used in the field of medicine to overcome blood blockage and blood expenditure (plebotomy).

Finally Indra carried me, she crouched down so I could go up her back. I want to not have to be carried because I do not want Pacet on my legs that have been in a lot of pain.

Come back half way almost there. Because the first post or stall has been seen from a distance, it means Curug was already in sight.

I don't care about the strange gazes of people looking at me in a cradle. The important thing is that I don't see the beast anymore.

Also at the first Curug. I immediately sat in the stall, I saw Indra ordering a drink.

Indra comes with 2 cups of warm sweet tea and two chocolate flavored breads.

"Drink first, let you calm down." Indra offered the tea to me, and I thanked him for being very attentive to me.

"Thank you. Was it heavy carrying me?" I said while drinking the tea she loved earlier.

"Cook. I can carry you." Reply Indra who is now chewing on brown bread.

"Eat the bread. This is Abis we go straight to Curug.." Indra gave the bread to me. I wasn't hungry, but Indra forced me to eat the bread. I ate the bread and looked around. It's not too crowded, and I'd love it if there weren't many visitors like this.

After tea, we headed straight to Curug. Even with a limp walk, I can still endure this pain.

Arriving at Curug, I did not stop to see such a beautiful sight. It hasn't changed a bit, it's still the same as it used to be when me and my friends went here.

This place is so beautiful, God..
