The Borders
Section 69 – Rigel and Rainer Meeting

All the painful memories rippled through Kashel's mind, but Kashel kept trying to pull out the sword, and it didn't matter to him because he didn't care about it, what matters is his life now.

"Let'soo!" Kashel pulled out the sword bit by bit and the sword was in his grasp. The knight of light guarding the sword then fused with the sword.

Kashel was still in a state of unconsciousness his eyes looked white when it was on Kashel's body also gave off a light that made his body look brighter due to the influence of the light sword energy he held. The surrounding dark spirits slowly attacked in unison but with a single swing of the sword it all vanished.

"Let'soooooo!" Kashel shouted once more, this time trying to remove the sword from his hand. He could lose himself if he kept holding the sword. The desire that made him always wanted to destroy the darkness.

KLANG!

The sound of the sword slipped from Kashel's hand and he fell unconscious afterwards. Rainer immediately caught it so as not to fall into the hard ground.

The sword of light was still emitting its rays. Suddenly an open portal was the Guardian. It comes when you feel the task has been completed.

Then he took hold of the sword of light and it vanished into him.

"These swords will also belong to this child again, and it won't be long." His voice looked at Kashel who was fainting due to the influence of the considerable energy he had just fought.

Rainer just kept quiet, for the peace of this world. Someone has to sacrifice to keep the happiness of others and it is they who have to fight for it. Those who are elected.

"We need to get Rainer back, let the kid me take him. I'm gonna fix the energy that's messed up on this kid's body." Obviously the Guardian took Kashel from Rainer's sling.

"Good, Sir." Rainer.

"This kid has fought hard." The Guardian again.

Rainer then walked beside the Guardian into the portal and returned to the nearest City Center in the Western continent.

"Uhuk! Uhuk!" Kashel woke up from his sleep. His body was all sick, and it felt like he had not slept in the soft place he felt.

"You're sober?" ask Rainer who peels the apples next to him.

"What's going on, Uncle. Where are we now?" kashel asked confusedly. He couldn't get up, his body still hurt. The Guardian only restored Kashel's stamina so he could wake up faster.

"Ughh! It's sick." Rintih Kashel's.

"Eat him don't move too much Kashel." Rainer said giving a piece of apple to Kashel.

"Thank you very much, Uncle." Kashel said and ate the apple.

This is not a hospital, Kashel thought.

"Uncle, how's the story we got here?" kashel asked confusedly.

"With Kashel's magic." Rainer answered briefly eating his apples.

"Then why don't we use magic from the beginning to get there, Uncle." Kashel protest.

"Dude!" his moans.

"Said don't move Kashel too much." Said Rainer again.

"That is what we do so that we may be seen as carrying out the struggle of Kashel. Hence we can finally obtain that sword of light, and again by not walking where we can directly get there to use magic, we must also know the route of its journey." Obviously Rainer left his seat and let Kashel lie down on his own.

"So where is that sword of light now, Uncle?" ask Kashel.

"It's in the hands of the right person Kashel our client." Answer Rainer again.

"You don't need to know." Rainer came out of the room without saying anything more.

SHOOOOOOK!

There was only the sound of a fan blowing in the simple inn room.

"Eyeah!" Until the end, Kashel did not get the answer. Perhaps it was one of the reasons the Guardian did not cure Kashel completely. To make it easier for Rainer to keep his mouth shut and not lie to Kashel in the slightest. Because Rainer is a man who doesn't like to lie and prefers to be quiet. Luckily Kashel was also not a human who always wanted to know.

Kashel's spirit glasses were damaged and needed to be repaired at the syndicate's facility. It was there that he met Rigel for the first time.

Kashel was then scolded by his family for damaging the glasses. But since Rainer was by his side, no one dared to be rude to Kashel just to scold him.

Be it he went alone to the Syndicate Facility of The Borders Organization back then and saved Rigel there. But in doing so, Kashel was again scolded but that time he was scolded by his own father.

"You are insolent, you dare to go against the rules of Kashel Headquarters."

"I'm sorry dad." Kashel was frightened.

"Don't hurt him sir, I'll work in this office. Working in the field is okay. But don't hurt him sir or I'll tear apart this office with my fire." Rigel let out a fire from his hand, but Kashel saw nothing.

Kashel's father broke out in cold sweat because of the threat from Rigel. That rigel includes the dreaded rare element controller. So actually, the desire for him to work under the orders of the Head Office was a great advantage, so after that Kashel's father released Kashel who he wanted to punish.

Rainer listened only from behind the door, had Rigel not defended him, Rainer himself would have helped Kashel.

"Are you okay?" ask Rigel to worry. Kashel just nodded.

"Thank you" said Kashel, with a pale face. There Rigel meets Rainer.

"Kashel are you okay?" Rainer approached Kashel, Kashel merely nodded.

"Here you go, Uncle I'm fine." This time Kashel was able to smile again.

"So, did you get Kashel's new friend?" asked Rainer looking at Rigel.

"Ah yes, introduce him Rigel. Rigel, this is my uncle, his name is Rainer." Kashel.

"He's your uncle, but he doesn't look like your father at all." Rigel watched Rainer while bluntly speaking. Even the face and nature are very different, like not a real family. Kashel remained silent because they had no blood ties.

"Wouldn't a family be formed without blood and bonds, as long as they love each other they could be your precious family." Rainer explained and Rigel immediately understood, that Kashel and Rainer are people who bond with each other without blood and ties.

"Ah, Uncle is right." Rigel said, directly allowing. Kashel just nodded.

A female employee brought Rainer a file for her to apply for work at the Head Office, the woman was seen shaking when giving the files because she had to stand in front of people who she thought were creepy, and Rigel instantly accepted it, the woman hurriedly left after explaining everything to Rigel.

"I'll do well here Kashel, if you have your own branch office you hold, I'll be your accomplice there." Rigel said he left Kashel after that. They never met again after that. Because they are engaged in their respective work.
