The Borders

The Borders
Part 15 – Anger Kashel

After failing to protect someone's life Kashel felt a burning fury in his chest. His chest felt tight, annoyed mixed up there. The power of the Borders started to get out of control because of it.

Lyam also began to lose consciousness because the emotions that Kashel had also affected her. He began to transform into the figure of the Frontier Dragon but in a small form, even so his strength was powerful enough if only to defeat the Dark Spirit without a fight.

The evolved giant octopus-shaped Dark Spirit shattered Kashel's artificial barrier. Then his tentacles wanted to attack Kashel, but the attack seemed to be repelled by something even as a result of the attack was not a wounded Kashel but the tentacles belonging to the Spirit of Darkness was destroyed to half.

"Groooooaaaaarrrr!" the shrieking cries of the Spirit of Darkness were due to pain and could not regenerate the parts of his body that disappeared. Causing the effects of strong winds in the surrounding area. But the wind had no effect on the changed Lyam and the infuriated Kashel.

Lyam began to fly and attack the Spirit of Darkness with its wind claws dismembering the tentacles belonging to the octopus that wanted to attack him. The octopus kept screaming in pain. But it seems that Lyam and Kashel did not let the giant octopus die by instantly disappearing.

But they wanted to torture the Dark Spirit first. As a result of ingested anger they feel satisfied torturing the creature. Finish him little by little. Until finally the creature disappeared without the slightest remnant.

But Kashel's anger had not disappeared until there, as a result of his great power mixed with emotion finally the power got out of control, the barrier created by Liam before began to crack. Inside Kashel went on a rampage with the power of The Borders coming out of his body. While Liam at this time he was just silent, because he did not see the enemy around him.

"Free!"

"Free!"

"Free!" Kashel said in him he was so upset that he cried there. In the presence of the Perbatasa Dragon that was also within him.

"Great power, what a great thing!" Kashel resentfully continued cursing in his consciousness.

"Akh!" suddenly the power began to swallow the existence of Kashel. He could not move, The Borders soul opened its eyes which were currently burning very brightly.

"Take me off!" Kashel thrashed but remained unable to move.

"Great power is useless, get you out of my body. I don't need you!" Kashel shouted very loudly. He's very upset.

"I hate this power, it's useless!" due to his uncontrolled emotions, the energy from The Borders devoured him until finally Kashel sank into his own rage. His consciousness slowly disappeared.

I do suck, Kashel thought before closing his eyes losing consciousness.

Light emerges from the necklace that Kashel wears, the seal that Kashel has activated because Kashel has lost control of him. Magic circles appeared around Kashel and from the points of the magic circle chains appeared then shackled Kashel firmly. Both hands, legs of the neck until he was unable to move due to the white chain, appeared to impede the movement of Kashel.

"What makes you so sad?" the white-robed figure admonished Kashel who was currently staring blankly at the empty room that was in his subconscious. He crouched on the head of Kashel lying down.

"Uncle!" Kashel immediately regained his senses and sat down.

"I'm not strong anymore uncle, I'm completely useless to anyone. Even protecting one life I can't. Like when I had to protect Uncle." Kashel, who had been sitting down, cried in front of the man.

"I can't be part of this great power, it won't be useful if it's me, why me too." Kashel covered his face he could no longer bear with his own sadness.

"There's nothing to dispute with that Kashel." Said the cloaked man.

"What doesn't matter, because I'm weak. One life is lost." Kashel was upset by himself.

"You do have a great power Kashel. Even so, you are still just an imperfect human being, who one day must have a mistake. Whatever plan you've made to protect others." The man in white was holding onto Kashel's shoulder and then he started to move away.

"Uncle where are you going? I'll be alone again in this place." Kashel extended her hand.

"Be aware, there are a lot of people out there waiting for you. You're not alone anymore. If you stay here you'll only hurt other people Kashel. That power, not your power you have to control it as badly as you do. To protect everyone." The man slowly faded.

"Stay your life, even though your destiny has been decided from the beginning." The white robed man disappeared.

Kashel who regained consciousness began to control his emotions again, he did not want to harm others because of him. He then noticed his fiery red eyes as it began to dim back as usual. He was shocked because he could not move, currently the seal is still active the chains are still shackling him.

He saw Liam standing far enough in front of him, the man had returned to his form as before.

"Lyam, are you okay!" Kashel shouted to Lyam. But the man only caught a glimpse of it then he opened the portal and disappeared into it.

"Fuck Liam! At least if you want to go tell me how to get out of these shackles first!" Kashel shouted but he could not anything his strength no one could get out either. He was completely unable to move, at this moment he could only throw himself in until the shackles were removed by themselves, while calming his emotions.

Moreover, it was made into a different place so that no one there could help Kashel or see Kashel like that.

Half an hour had passed and the moment after Kashel resigned alone would either be tied up until when, knowing it was his fault as well. Slowly the room faded as well as the chains shackled Kashel, the magic seal turned back into Kashel's necklace again.

I'mfree. Inner Kashel was delighted, realizing he was above the frozen lake that Kashel had left. The ice that was there started to melt. Kyler went to Kashel, and caught the exhausted Kashel.

"The two defeated the monster." Happy Kyler.

"Thank God you're okay Kashel." Rai said casually.

"I told you not to call my name, what if someone heard." Kashel nagging.

"Sorry, I forgot." Rai shut his mouth.

"At least there are not many casualties." Rai looked at the victim who was being evacuated at that time.

"Had I acted sooner, there might not have been a loss of life." Kashel muttered still feeling guilty.

"You've fought as hard as you can. If there's no you and the Guardian here. Maybe my life is also in danger and many will not survive. Thank you for protecting us all. Even though we're sorry for the loss of life." Rai bowed respectfully to Kashel.

"Truly chief you're great and cool!" Kyler gave Kashel her thumb.

"You don't have to do that." Kashel shrugged Rai's shoulders so that he stood straight again.

"Well, where's the Guardian?" Rai wander in search of Lyam.

"He suddenly left after we got out of control." Kashel.

"Are you out of control, how can you?" Rai asked for an explanation.

"You can't lose control we can't win, my own strength won't be enough to handle the evolved Dark Spirit." Kashel.

"It's important you're okay." Rai left Kashel after that. He has to take care of his other men.

Slowly the sun had started to rise, Kyler this time who brought the exhausted Kashel back to his office riding his guardian spirit.

Arriving at the office without thinking about her appearance or anything else Kashel went straight into her room and went to bed not caring about her friends who might whine for breakfast in the morning.

Kashel was completely exhausted, although this time did not faint because his strength was aided by The Borders still he was just a human who knew what it was to be tired.

Kashel was completely asleep until the afternoon this time. Nothing bothers him. Of course if it's like this Grizelle who takes care of their food. Fortunately today the woman is not busy with her own work. So that he can help to cook in that office.

Kashel woke up, in the late afternoon. Reports piled up on the table. No Liam means it's his job, and this time he can't go down to the field for a mission. Lyam left by not saying anything to her.

But Kashel did not care. Until finally, there were those who reprimanded him that the clothes that Kashel was wearing were still the same ones he was wearing during the mission last night.

Kashel was excited for it. He did not know how to change back to his human form. But he doesn't want it to be like that until Lyam comes back who doesn't know when.

Inevitably Kashel uses his ability to interact with the mind. Asking Liam to release his magic. But there was no response from Lyam when Kashel linked his mind to Liam.

But it seems that Lyam still listened to Kashel's request, despite not responding to it and releasing his magic so that Kashel returned to normal. After feeling the mind's connecting ability was unleashed.

Kashel had just thought about the unusual Lyam, not saying when he asked her to speak. Kashel did not know why Liam had immediately escaped after they got out of control.

And say nothing even after their minds are connected. The man thought of nothing as Kashel linked their thoughts. Kashel wondered what had happened to him, for if it were a serious Kashel would also be affected sooner or later.

But Kashel was willing to entrust it to Lyam, because Kashel had been troubled by the feeling that he was just a human being. Whereas Kashel never knew Liam's feelings for Kashel were deep and empty.

Lyam sometimes does not feel any feelings on the figure of Lyam. But his empty feelings could affect Kashel's feelings as well if he used the power of The Borders, Kashel felt his human feelings being swallowed by something, but Kashel continued to fight him with his strong feelings that were not easily swayed.
