Part 13 – Soul Sucking Spirit Case
Head Office Report goes to the Dusk Boundary Division. A red envelope, a sign of a dangerous case. Carrying by Anna, Anna was the one who became the bridge of the Kashel division and Headquarters. Of course his loyalty was to be an employee of Kashel.
Kashel read and looked at the report with doubt, looking at the fallen victims. Photos of victims whose bodies dried up like suction leaving skin and bones.
"Why our division is even being asked to face this task, this is a dangerous case." Kashel muttered a little annoyed. I don't want to put his friends on such a case. Even though his friends are famous for being deft. That should be the job of the Head Office handling dangerous cases.
"You were also told to read the letter inside the envelope." Obviously Anna and Kashel found an envelope of their own, an official letter from the Head Office.
Until finally, the inner Kashel. Kashel read the official letter and put on a vexed face. The person asked to handle the case was Kashel himself, even central to the point of sending him an official letter.
"Haha, these guys." Kashel squeezed the letter while laughing sinisterly. Anna left Kashel's room after that.
Suddenly a message came in on his phone, it was from Rai.
Since you've handled the case of the Spirit of Grief Producer well, this time I'll give you a new task of overcoming the Spirit of Soul Sucking. Don't deny it this official order. Don't be mad at me either.
Kashel immediately turned off her phone, without replying to the message. He just took his breath. For over a year Kashel, had not done any heavy duty in his division, and it was his fault yesterday that Kashel accepted the task that would make him bother so on. Usually, members of the division are only used to become reinforcements by helping each division's tasks to and fro.
"What's the problem?" Lyam came from outside the office. Seeing the lethargic Kashel leaning against his chair he played the chair turning it left and right. Kashel remained silent, pointing only to what was on the table. Liam then took the file and read it.
"This case must indeed be dealt with immediately, this spirit will endanger the balance of the world if it is left." Lyam muttered explaining that if it was indeed a task they had to live, Kashel snorted resignedly again feeling the burden on his shoulders was too heavy. But can't refuse it anyway.

Kyler came into Kashel's room, brought her a report of her work. He accidentally saw a report belonging to Kashel, he was immediately interested because he knew the case as well.
"The chairman got the order to handle the case apparently," Kyler was excited to see the report. Lyam doesn't care about the young man. He was looking at the sky that turned dark as if it was going to rain. Kashel was seen massaging his forehead looking at Kyler's behavior.
"Chairman I want to take this case." Pinta Kyler's.
"That case is dangerous, I can't let you in danger for handling this case." Kashel said he was still playing with his chair.
"It's okay, chief, if you know I've almost died once." Kyler.
"And I won't let you experience the pain of death a second time." Kashel is still not calm especially after listening to Kyler's explanation, he does not want his friends injured.
"I'm in charge of the case myself" Kashel explained to Kyler.
"Let me accompany the Chairman" Kyler insisted.
"You'll die if you're caught off guard in this case." Lyam comes along and Kyler gasps in shock at Lyam's sharp words.
"I'll stay!" Kyler was very sure of that.
"Alright, but you have to listen to my orders. Don't act like a child, never underestimate your enemies." Kashel warns Kyler. Given how Kyler first acted, Kashel must be vigilant when it comes to including Kyler.

Evening has come, it is time for Kashel, Lyam and Kyler as well as the spirit of his protector Quirin. Prepare to go handle the case.
They immediately put on their fighting attributes. Kashel was wearing a black robe and also a mask that resembled Liam. Kyler also wears his black clothes. Because this is a dangerous case so from the beginning they must be ready to fight.
Kashel's friends are amazed by Kashel's appearance as it awaits a serious Kashel, after he receives a dangerous case. They never saw Kashel in his fighting attributes. It's prime for him. Kashel was embarrassed to death, so he ran to the corner and squatted there.
He wants to change his clothes as usual, but his identity will be known to many people because the case is in the middle of the city and of course there will be people from the Head Office as well. He had to turn into a Guardian like Liam.
The thing he wanted the most, was to wear these clothes. His identity will not be known to many people, the clothes he wore will not be torn or damaged, despite a fatal attack.
Because the clothes used were made with magic abilities and had to be released with magic anyway. Worse, Kashel does not know the magic of changing clothes either, otherwise Liam takes care of it.
Chain took a picture of Kashel like that and sent it to Grizelle too. Kashel was upset that Chain had photographed him. But Grizelle, who immediately replied with a picture of the heart, made Kashel so excited.

Sensing the aura of Kashel's power, his friends could not distinguish the aura of Kashel and Liam, so Liam felt like two people.
"I don't like this" Kashel murmured as he felt his strength flowing. Although there was a flowing force still Kashel was not skilled in martial arts, so he could only use his magic ability to survive. Though forcing it to use it excessively would overload Kashel's body as well.
"You okay?" Kashel was worried about Kyler, Kashel knew at this time the aura released by him was not much different from Liam. Kyler shook his head instead of being afraid, he was even more amazed by the ability that Kashel had.
Woah, his mentality is strong. Kashel's inner friends were amazed at Kyler.
After waiting until the messy Border Portal appears, and sends all the information to the members of The Borders Organization. Kashel, Lyam, and Kyler as well as Quirin set off for the scene.
There they saw many Boundary Guard Knights from various divisions. People whisper about the Guardian being among them and also of course Kashel the container of his soul that not many people know who his true identity is.
They did not expect this case, to be addressed by the Guardian directly. Maybe because the victims are already many, and began to scare many people as well. So far there have been seven fatalities. That's their mind.
"Now is not the time to gossip, work as you are told. So that no more casualties." Lyam said the nervous Kashel was silent, hoping that no one would recognize him. Everyone immediately dispersed and went to their respective guardhouses.
Kashel realized that someone was coming towards her. It turned out that it was Rai who was running an errand there as well.
"You're cool with this look, Kashel." Rai said, suddenly embracing Kashel, although from a distance the man still knew it was Kashel. Kyler only sees their behavior, he is still vengeful with the Kendrick family except with Kashel. Especially Rai the one who had defeated him before.
"Whisper, can you shut up. If anyone hears for nothing, I'm undercover. And don't be so familiar." Ketus Kashel on Rai the man was noisy according to him, lucky there were no people. Just them-they're all.
"Yes-yes. Oh apparently there's a little troublemaker here too." Rai meets Kyler who stares at him with a hostile expression, the last time he met the young man when Kyler challenged him at the Head Office and he ended up being defeated by Rai. Not because Kyler wasn't strong, but out of experience with Rai.
"You still mad at me?" Rai also wants to get close to Kyler.
"Don't get close," Kyler jumped away from Rai. Suddenly, Rai was already behind Kyler making the young man shocked. It has been embraced by Rai.
"Based on the child does not know manners." Rai twirled his fists around Kyler's head.
"Stop!" Kyler's staying away from Rai.
"It's been quite a joke," Lyam said, finally all silent.
"Kyler you're assigned tonight to work with the young man." Pointing Lyam towards Rai, Kyler did not dare to refuse because it was Lyam's order, although he was eager to protest.
Kashel was silent from earlier. He felt a dense darkness not far from them. After that they also felt the same way their enemies began to manifest themselves.
"Kashel let's go" Lyam took Kashel with him.
"Kyler listen to Rai, don't get hurt. Rai also take good care of himself." Kashel then left with Liam leaping quickly towards a place filled with a dark aura.
"You don't have to worry about me!" Rai waved his hand, and then looked at Kyler who was still looking at him unfriendly. But he will hold back, because that's an order from the chairman he respects.

Kashel discovered an aura of darkness emerging from the middle of the city's fountain.
"This energy is terrible" Kashel said. But then he felt the air not from that direction but in many places.
"The spirit of darkness deceives us" said Lyam.
"He's spreading his energy all over the place so we can't find his real body." Obviously Liam.
"I hope this time there are no casualties" Kashel said.
"We must annihilate this energy first so as not to affect the people around." Lyam uses the ability to destroy darkness by breaking down the sword that gives off the light that destroys the darkness.
Kashel uses the power of a barrier that uses her magic energy this time to avoid major damage from the explosion. Because the power that the Guardian has can be seen by ordinary humans as well.
Hence sometimes Liam does not use his elemental powers in order to avoid making damage in the surrounding area and so as not to be seen by people.
Unlike the power of the Protective Spirit that can only be seen by special abilities and attacks that can receive attacks from people with special abilities as well. The power of the Guardian can affect two worlds. And it is this power that the Spirit of Darkness seeks by eating human souls.
