This time it seemed like they had reached their destination, the place they were resting on now had been deadlocked. There was only a very high rock cliff before them.
When the eyes look, to the right and left ends there is no visible limit. And if climbing it is also quite impossible because the rock cliff looks more like a giant door of a smooth horn.
"Is this the place we're looking for?" even Rainer was still unsure.
Then Kashel who was already wearing his spirit glasses felt that something was pulling him, he walked right.
"Kashel what's wrong?" Kashel remained silent and did not answer Rainer's question.
Kashel was aware of what he was doing but he couldn't do anything, he felt very eager to follow his compelling feelings.
Then he stopped in front of a stone that looked like a door.
"Kashel are you okay?" ask Rainer to worry.
"My head is a little dizzy Uncle," the energy that attracted Kashel affected him.
"What is Kashel's dark energy?" rainer and Kashel asked.
"I don't think Uncle, dark energy isn't the same as this. This energy feels soothing and bright." Kashel.
"It seems that what we seek leads us ourselves to him." Rainer got the answer.
Then Rainer put his ear on the stone wall. He felt that inside was the entrance to the stone cliff, he felt that there was a wind blowing and he only needed to destroy this gate first to get into it.
Then he took out a bolt of lightning from his hand and punched the rock cliff. The stones collapsed and suddenly a strong wind came out from inside the cave. Rainer and Kashel were stunned.
The cave was filled with a very crowded Spirit of Darkness, lucky that it was still day so that the Spirit of Darkness that came out was immediately destroyed when exposed to sunlight.
Even when the gate was destroyed, the darkness was still very strong in there. The cave looks very dark.
"What should we do now, Uncle?" ask Kashel. It all depends on Rainer's decision.
"We must complete that mission today Kashel, opening this gate. If we don't find the sword of light as soon as possible, more and more darkness will gather here." Obviously Rainer and Kashel nodded. He would always follow wherever Rainer went, even if it was dangerous.
.
.
.
They also chose to go along the contents of the rock cliff during the day. When entering it the Spirit of Darkness was attracted by the presence of the two of them. But Rainer and Kashel activate their protective spells so that the Spirit of Darkness cannot get close to them. Some are not even aware of their existence.
Again Kashel felt led by something like he knew the way to the direction they were looking for. Rainer followed him, knowing that Kashel was the one chosen by the sword of light. Like him who was also chosen as a container for the soul of The Borders.
Finally from the dark place was a faint light. Kashel could take over again. But at that time Kashel was silent, he was confused why he was often affected by such magical energies. Wanted it dark, light, or neutral magic though. Kashel was disturbed by it.
"We have come to our destination Kashel. For two weeks we walked, finally." Rainer looks happy.
"I won't go there Uncle, the sword will let Uncle take it." Pinta Kashel, he no longer wants to act out of his own control due to the influence of great energy.
"I, I don't like Uncle. When I lose control of myself." Kashel looked at his hand, he hated when he was being controlled by something.
"Because of that, strengthen your heart Kashel. Strengthen your heart so that things you don't like can't control you." Rainer told Kashel to look at him.
"But I won't force you, son, all decisions are in your hands here. Because what you can't choose is only if what happens is destined for you." Rainer walks after him and will not force Kashel, Rainer wants the boy to have his own desires and determine what kind of life he wants until finally fate chooses him later.
However, after that Kashel chose to follow Rainer.
"Why did Kashel say he didn't want to come?" Rainer asked Kashel who aligned her steps.
"Like it or not like I'm already here Uncle, staying there is not necessarily going to keep me safe. But certainty promises to follow Uncle, I will always keep it." Kashel said, although the white magic energy affects him, he will still try to be himself.
Seen in front of the sword was a Knight of Light in a steel vest, his face invisible for wearing a battle helmet exactly as Kashel had seen in his dream a few days ago on his way here.
The Knight of Light then took out a duplicate sword of light from his hand as Rainer and Kashel approached and entered his territory. But he only attacked Rainer back then, not Kashel.
As Rainer exited the boundary of his territory that looked like the magic circle of the Knight of Light it retreated and did not attack again and returned to its place.
"Uncle!" Kashel ran towards Rainer who appeared to be injured due to being hit by the Light Knight's attack.
THE BZZT!
Kashel was surprised because he was confined to the magic circle and could not get out of the area.
"What's really going on, Uncle?" The panicked Kashel asked, he could not if he was constantly confined there.
"You were chosen to try to pull the sword out of Kashel." Answer Rainer.
"Why can? I'm not that good a man. Why should I?" Kashel protest.
"If you don't do it you'll never get out of that place Kashel." Rainer again.
Suddenly Kashel's view of Rainer closed, the barrier blocking their visibility even Rainer who from the outside did not know what was happening inside the barrier. Even the barrier was soundproof as well.
"Uncle! Uncle!" Kashel kept shouting trying to get out of the magic barrier.
"Free human, right now you have no choice but to. Choose to pull out this sword, or die." The Knight of Light spoke.
"But if you fail to unplug it, you'll die too." Clearly again.
"Why do I always have to be cornered with hard choices." Kashel sat down to think for a moment at that.
"Sucks, I'll try. If you die, you die. No one will care about me either." Kashel no longer cares, he still imagines a future that will have many friends, but he has to go through this first and can only be sure to get through it.
The Knight of Light allowed Kashel to pull out his sword, and Kashel went up on the stone altar where the sword was stuck. He gulped his saliva in fear, but inevitably Kashel had to be brave.
Upon touching the sword Kashel recalled all his painful past. But, he then chose to make peace with that past, it was a sign of Kashel's immense kindness.
