The night after Lyam's return, all employees in the Dusk Boundary Division leave their offices to deal with the chaos of the evil spirits in a small district near their branch office.
Earlier in the afternoon there was a man who seemed to be the district leader who made a plea about the irregularities occurring in his territory, every night there are people who experience trance or rampage for no apparent reason. Knowing that the entire branch was sent to handle the case.
No one dared to argue against not doing the task, for now the one who ordered them to work in the field was Lyam who had taken over the task of Kashel.
Kashel himself was told by Liam to rest and become the boss completely without doing anything. But Kashel was Kashel, and he listened to Lyam. There was more to it than just staying in his room.
Until finally due to Kashel's exhaustion fell asleep, it was late at night as well. He fell asleep on the couch in his office, while Liam was still busy with office reports piling up doing Kashel's work.
Lyam did not disturb the sleeping Kashel, but he remained silent. After all Kashel was also in a comfortable position when asleep even on the sofa.
Kashel fell asleep until morning, Liam had finished his task and was now relaxing on another sofa not far from Kashel. He was reading another report he had completed.
Lyam he's not human. So not so need to rest, sometimes only occasionally he looks asleep or rest. Eating human food is also only when respecting or appreciating something, then he joined the meal. It needs more natural energy for its body than human food.
Kashel awoke from her deep sleep and seemed surprised. She was not comfortable when she realized it was morning. He also did not even care about the presence of Lyam who was right near him. Kashel is busy with her own business, she checks her phone and it is like sending a chat to Grizelle.
"Today we have to go to the Head Office" said Liam suddenly opening a conversation that morning.
"Can you go alone" said Kashel, he was very lazy to set foot in the Head Office.
"I got a report last night, you were told to come over there after last night. The unexpected appearance of the Border Portal back then, you should tell me the chronology." Obviously Liam.
"Sucks, what's their business about it. Nothing particularly terrible happened either." Kashel Mumbled.
"You can if you don't want to follow their will, come with me." Suggestion Lyam.
"Let's get ready for Head Office now." Joining Liam was worse than having to meet his family at the Head Office, according to Kashel. Go to the Border. A world that is neither the human world nor the spirit world. A place where no one else was there, Kashel did not want to set foot there anymore.
.
.
.
"You haven't changed" Lyam chuckled. And Kashel was silent.
I'm not going to pull my life goals because that's the only thing that's been able to keep me alive until now. Inner Kashel, with a strong desire he could withstand the great power that was within him. Despite his strength in the seal, he was aware that the power of the seal would not be strong if he did not have a strong desire as well to survive as a human.

Not long after Kashel's friends came home from their duties, they did not dare to complain about anything because what greeted them was Liam. Kashel is currently preparing breakfast for them before going to the Head Office.
They were all concerned about Kashel's situation after hearing that Kashel had to go to the Headquarters, fearing that Kashel was not ready to return to the place.
Since the appointment of the new leader and his chosen self as the vessel of the soul of The Borders, Kashel never came there again. This branch office stood because Liam took care of it. At Kashel's request of course.
After explaining he'll be fine. His friends were not so worried about him anymore, let alone Liam beside him. There's nothing to be afraid of.
.
.
.
On the way to the Head Office, Kashel looked at the necklace pendulum which was a symbol of the power sealed within him, and was one of the symbols of sorrow in Kashel's life.
Although the sadness was now not so painful after he found the people that were precious to him once again. He will not forget behind the story about the pendulum that he was looking at as well, there is a deep sadness there.
"Why are you looking at that thing?" ask Liam just for a little chat.
"No I was just wondering what would happen if I removed this necklace," after thinking of grief, Kashel thought of something else again.
"Try it if you're curious about it" said Lyam.
"Would it be okay for the past two years I've worn it never let go. If it's removed after that I'll wear it again." Kashel said he was curious actually.
"Give me," without further ado Kashel gave the necklace to Liam and suddenly Lyam threw the necklace out the window, leaving Kashel immediately shocked.
"Hey are you crazy?!"
"…."
"Why suddenly throw it away, what if the seal is broken. What will happen to both of us." Kashel yelled out with annoyance at Lyam.
"Not stop the car!" pinta Kashel to the driver who was taking them both to the head office.
"Just keep going sir!" lyam said the driver followed Liam's orders rather than Kashel's requests, but the driver was actually sweating coldly in fear of Liam due to the sinister aura of his body. Though the driver did not know that Lyam was actually a Guardian.
Not many people know about the bond of Kashel and Liam as a container of soul and conscious form The Borders. Including this driver, he just did not know why he could tremble just by hearing the voice from Liam.
He paid no attention to the conversation of Lyam and Kashel about the seal just now, though Kashel said it out loud. His fear dissolved his focus to listen to those two people's conversations.
For Kashel, he is indeed one of the family of Kendrick's descendants no one wants to respect him because he is considered a person who was born a failure of that family. Kashel regained consciousness when the driver listened to Lyam more than he did.
.
.
.
"Are you crazy, why don't you tell him to stop too!" Kashel was holding the collar of Liam's shirt.
"Look down at your neck" said Liam flatly and Kashel looked down at his neck. The necklace is back.
"Now you understand what would happen if the necklace were gone."
"Back." Kashel spoke in a soft voice full of shock as he looked at her necklace.

Finally they were at the Head Office of The Borders Organization. A place filled by his extended family.
It had been two years that he decided to no longer set foot there, and decided to open his own branch office. If there was any business at Kashel Headquarters would have sent his men to attend the meeting rather than himself going to the place.
Kashel could only draw her breath in self-soothing. Before entering the elevator many people looked down on him they were people who knew Kashel a long time ago.
There were people whispering with the appearance of Kashel whom they considered impolite. Because everyone who works there wears neat casual clothes. But Kashel did not care, because he only wanted to be in that place for a while did not want to stay for long. After that the people who looked down on Kashel were frightened while being stared at viciously by Lyam.
Kashel only appeared wearing a blue dongker jacket with a plain white shirt, loose black pants and white sports shoes, he also wore a black hat. While Liam he uses a black shirt coated with a long black suit with all-black clothes. His pale white body and fiery red eyes, with dense black hair. Makes him look good in his clothes.
While walking beside Kashel he was more seen as a guardian or bodyguard of Kashel because of his higher body than Kashel. Many did not know that the person next to Kashel was a Guardian disguised as a human. Usually the Guardian shows its form in the form of a Guardian so that its appearance looks different from now.
.
.
.
He was on the top floor of the building, a place filled entirely by his extended family. His parents, his uncle, the branch family and all the important people of the Kendrick family were there. And of course the people who know who Kashel really is.
While entering there, there were some who knew who Kashel was now looking at him like a monster, the Kendrick family of today on average did not like the Guardian or Lyam who now stood by his side.
To them the Guardian was simply a threat that could harm humanity due to its terrifying strength. Unlike Kashel's friends in the Twilight Boundary Division, though they were afraid of Lyam they never viewed Kashel as a monster for being part of the Guardian, in fact they thought Kashel was just a young man as usual.
It was there that Kashel met his parents.
"Dad, Mother." Kashel greeted them politely. Yet the two of them just gawked away as if not recognizing Kashel as their son. He also met his younger brother who was still attending the Spiritual Academy. His sister did not recognize Kashel, she only stared in confusion as her parents were called by Kashel's father and mother.
The boy thought he heard wrong because he was playing his phone.
"Yoo!" he said to Kashel, and Kashel responded with a smile. He did not expect to meet with his sister, although his sister did not recognize him, but he was grateful because his sister greeted him familiarly.
Since childhood the two had been separated, although Kashel knew who his parents were, he was never recorded on the family list. Even he knew he had a younger brother but he was never allowed to see him, he could only see his younger brother who had grown up from a distance.
Being in that place Kashel felt that something was eating his heart, he was really sad. But you can't be angry either. And he can only give up.
He finally entered the room which is currently led by his cousin Rai Clovis Kendrick.
"Hello Kashel long time no see. It's not wrong for 2 years. Since I became the leader of this office." The young man reached out his hand to shake and Kashel of course replied to him directly.
"And the Guardian too, he's really always attached to you Kashel."
"That's Rai, straight to the point. Why did you call me here?" kashel asked not to be pleasantries.
"Don't be in a hurry I haven't seen you in a long time. The work here is so busy that I can't visit your office, even though I'd love to go there." Rai embraces Kashel's familiar shoulder, during which Rai often sends Kashel messages but Kashel only replies to him occasionally. Mostly from Rai's message, he asked Kashel to come to his office. Of course Kashel refused, as this was the official call.
Perhaps in his family, it was only Rai who had never harmed Kashel before, although he did not help him as well when Kashel was bullied as a child.
"Let go of you heavy!" Kashel put Rai's hand away. Lyam only looked at their familiarity.
Rai could become the leader at the Head Office because of Liam who appointed him as the next leader. Lyam saw the young man, at least more deserving of being appointed as a leader because of his still not as arrogant nature as his other candidates. There was kindness in his heart probably just because of his growing environment that made him look haughty.

THE CZECH!
A woman enters the room, she is a cousin of Kashel and Rai as well. Kendrick Aqilla. She was a judes girl and was very happy to judge Kashel first. He is also one of the future successors to the Kendrick family. But he was not elected and now he hates the Guardian for not choosing him as leader. The woman directly walked out after seeing who was inside even closed the door loudly.
He did not change, Kashel. He was a little sad because even now the woman still did not like him.
"Well Kashel I'll explain, yesterday I checked the surveillance cameras of your office. Investigate how the portal might appear."
"Lyam, you've seen it too, haven't you?" rai and Lyam asked.
"I don't understand how you can explain," confounded Kashel, he had not had time to check his office's surveillance cameras after the incident, only sending his data to the headquarters.
"After all your friends came in that morning. There are people who use robes wandering in the office yard. Do you know him?" Rai explained while showing the video footage.
"I don't know him." Kashel replied, looking at the video footage.
"If he's not human I must have felt an alien presence there because of the limiting spell, but I don't feel anything means he's human. But what's he doing there?" Kashel asked again not understanding.
"Note, it looks like he threw something at the diner." Rai said while pointing at the monitor.
"Night, the thing he threw turned into a border portal." Obviously Rai again sped up the video.
"What! So it contains the power of the border. Yes I remember, at that hour we were all having lunch and after that I felt something bad. But it's not the same as when I sensed the existence of an open border portal. But it makes me uncomfortable." Obviously Kashel, he remembered the incident that afternoon.
"What is that thing exactly?" Kashel asked again.
"It looks like a crystal fragment," Rai explained.
"Maybe it was part of The Borders that disappeared, even though I don't know what part it was." Lyam.
"What part?" Confused Kashel he was even more confused because he had never paid attention to The Borders himself and Liam could not bear to not ask because he saw the confusion of Kashel.
"You don't want to pretend you don't see the real Borders?" liam asked coldly looking at Kashel.
"Hehe, actually I never dared to stare at that creature. Because it's too creepy. He's so big, even if it's his eyes I still look small. I never saw it right." Kashel spoke awkwardly, Rai could only pat his head knowing the fact that Kashel alone was afraid of his own strength, let alone others. And Lyam for the first time looked surprised by what Kashel just said.
"You are really outrageous Kashel, that power is yours at least take a good look at it. Even just by closing your eyes you can see it in you." Obviously Lyam pointed at Kashel's forehead.
"Stop! You're the only one who sees the monster if you want, it's you. Just seeing you is mentally draining." Ketus Kashel put Liam's hand away.
"If I'm a monster, you're a monster because you're the soul." Lyam smiled bitterly.
"But I'm like this because of you too!" Kashel still did not want to lose.
"Although that doesn't change the fact that you're the same." Lyam continued his words, Kashel still felt annoyed even though he could not deny the reality.
"Fttth! You two don't argue." Rai held back his laughter.
But the annoyed Kashel threw away his face not wanting to stare at Lyam. While Lyam he remained as usual.
"At least we already know that the crystal is part of the body of The Borders whether it's part of what." Rai said, then Kashel and Lyam looked serious again. They just have to figure out who the mysterious person is, why he has the body parts of The Borders.
