Section 18 – Rage of the Spirit of Darkness
Not feeling it had been almost a week Lyam had not returned, Kashel began to get tired of the state of himself which was only allowed to be in the office for his security.
Because without Liam the energy of Kashel could be felt by the Spirits and it could attract the attention of the Spirit of Darkness gathered around him whether it was just approaching or attacking.
In this office, there is a layered barrier that can hide Kashel's energy.
Actually if Kashel was willing to use his abilities for himself, Lyam would definitely allow Kashel to roam outside. But this young man was different, Kashel would not use his own power if it was just to protect himself.
Kashel only wants his power to be used to protect others. Because he considers having his own way to protect himself with his own abilities and he does not like the power that can eliminate his feelings as a human being.
If using that ability for someone else, the power that Kashel has still has meaning, even though there is a feeling that is lost it feels able to return when he sees the person he helps smile happily.
However, the stubborn Kashel was before he understood his power, distrusting the words of Lyam to keep wandering around, and once attracted the attention of the Spirits for his actions.
From then on Kashel would not leave if he was alone. Not to mention Liam's anger at her at the time, who said he would take her with him anywhere if he kept putting himself in danger.
Kashel also now does not want to go to places that he does not like let alone places filled with dark energy.
And it just so happened that Kashel was also deterred by the attack of the Spirit of Darkness who was attracted by the energy possessed by him.
But sometimes it was during the day that Kashel could have walked alone even if not for long, for in the daytime Kashel had much work to do if Lyam was not by his side.

Kashel was seen busy typing reports on his computer that night, he thought tonight would be a quiet night, but he suddenly sensed that there was a Border Portal that had appeared. He then sent a signal to the Head Office and the Head Office began sending his people to where the Border Portal had appeared.
However, Kashel got word that the place that Kashel pointed at was the Border Portal which happened to be in the middle of the city, after the Head Office examined him there was nothing there or even any signs of the Dark Spirit appearing. It looks so clean.
For the first time the information sent by Kashel was considered false. Actually, the people who tracked the emergence of the Border Portal was due to sophisticated tools that have been made by The Borders Organization Headquarters.
Though the fact that is hidden until now it is still done manually by a man who was chosen as the container of the soul of The Borders itself, namely Kashel and not a tool, is not a tool, the tools they want are still being researched.
As a result of the mistake on that day, the Headquarters this time really accelerated the research of a magic tool that could track the existence of the Border Portal.

"Kashel, I heard that the Head Office will create a tool that can track the existence of the Border Portal. Are you okay?" Chain is worried that Kashel is afraid that he will be offended by it.
"It's not even good if it's like that, at least they have their own business. Not constantly using myself, although I was worried also if the tool even failed and many victims fell because of it." Kashel leaned himself on the chair while drinking the coffee on his desk. Look at the window nearby.

That night, suddenly the sky in the middle of the already dark city turned extremely dark. Kashel watched him from afar. There is something strange about the cloud. Alarms sounded from Kashel's computer, Kashel only worried about people affected by the black cloud.
It was the beginning that Kashel pointed out a few days ago that there was a Border Portal that had appeared before, but his family was too arrogant and indeed sought the fault of Kashel so far to blame him, he said, with a troublesome alibi people as a result of showing the appearance of the wrong portal.
"Kashel why do you look so calm?" Freda entered Kashel's room suddenly because he heard a warning alarm that went off as well as his other friends.
"I can't do anything right now, because Liam's not here. That energy is dangerous to me because that kind of energy can possess me." Kashel watched the black cloud, it was energy that could possess Kashel if he was close to it.
Just looking at it Kashel knew it, if to go there at least Kashel had to be with Liam to be safe or make a protective spell with his strength if he wanted to be alone, but there was no way Liam would let it go if his energy was that big. It is dark energy. The raging Dark Spirit.
"I'm just worried about the people who are trapped by that black cloud." Kashel muttered continuously paying attention to it, he wanted to go there but if he forced it. Kashel will only add to the problems that are there.
"Can you evacuate the people who are there. That black energy, could be seen by ordinary humans like a storm." Kashel explained to his friends. Just like that time when the appearance of the Soul Sucking Spirit. An undetectable powerful spirit reappeared in the City Center.

The door of the room opened rather roughly, so their attention was all directed towards the door. It was Rai who ended up visiting Kashel's Dusk Boundary Division as well, although it seemed rushed.
"Kashel why you might not pick up my phone at a time like this, you see how dangerous it is there," Rai pointed outside standing in front of everyone, Kashel just looked at him with a somewhat annoyed look.
"We need your help, to overcome this mess." Kashel remained silent.
"Are you angry that people don't believe your lead anymore. Anyway you see now they're all obviously wrong, anyway,
"Kashel I'm trying to keep believing in you you know, but the Central Authority still wants to make the tool itself." Rai kept babbling.
"Then I need your men to help get to that dark energy center." Rai said seriously, after learning that Kashel could not participate in the mission.
"Seriously, what other division members no one is able to overcome it all, even so I did want to send my members to help there but there was no intention of me harming them by going to that dark energy Central Point." Kashel protest.
"All the members of the other divisions have sent their men also Kashel." Rai is still taking Kashel seriously.
"Alright but I want to ask them their opinion as well." Kashel.
"Friends, are you all right to be sent to Central Point?" Kashel asked. Everybody nodded.
"Alright, I'll send two people and the rest help evacuate the surrounding population. Anna and Erphan. I entrust this task to you both. Are you guys ready?" Kashel is still worried.
"Of course we're ready for Kashel" Anna said.
"In order to protect the people, we prepared Kashel." Erphan.
"All right, I entrust this task to you." Kashel smiled in response to them.
"Rai, have there been any casualties?" ask Kashel.
"Nothing, but everyone who was around that Dark Spirit or that ordinary human who had a weak soul had now fallen into a coma."
"The energy of their lives seemed to be sucked in by that Spirit of Darkness." Obviously Rai. On hearing this, Kashel was worried and hoped that Lyam would return soon and face this disaster.
"You see, I brought your men Kashel. You don't have to worry about them. I know that this member of yours is not a weakling that you need to worry about Kashel." Rai said before leaving.
"Kashel take good care of the office" Rigel said.
"Yes fine, but be careful." Kashel's feeling was a little calm as his companions no one looked doubtful on their faces.
Kashel notices his friends who seem to be darting fast like shadows, they all move using the magic energy they have had since they were born that develops after they bind a contract with the Protective Spirit.

Anna and Erphan had already reached the dark energy's Central Point, while the other members of Kashel were currently busy evacuating people who were still not affected by the dark energy.
While those who have been affected are directly handled by the healing team from the Head Office, including here there is Luan who is a member and there are members from other divisions as well.
Luan had more ability than the others because she was a former scientist so it was easy for her to clean up the black energy that possessed ordinary humans.
As long as the wounds were not physical wounds, those wounds from the Dark Spirit Luan could still treat them with her ability to clear that darkness from people's bodies, as long as it had not contaminated the darkness too much. But, if it was a physical wound Luan would use her ability like a doctor in general.
Because ordinary human physical injuries could not be healed with spirit power, unless Luan surpassed the limits of her abilities but it was dangerous because wrong-wrong she would spiral out of control and lose her clear mindset as a human.
Fortunately the people of the city were not so panicked by the sudden occurrence of black smoke appearing in the city.
The government said it was a natural storm, whose people needed to be temporarily evacuated from the site, for the safety of their health.
People believed it and did not panic because of the strange phenomenon. Although there are those who have lost their consciousness because they have been entered or contaminated by darkness but not so make people excited because there have been no casualties among them all.

Kashel could not calm down by just sitting still. He was agitated, he remembered the notice that was considered fake a few days ago, it had spread so badly.
Had he known that it was a powerful enough energy, Kashel would not have let it go and would have acted alone to stop it, even without the help of the center. However, the dark energy did its actions so clean that it was not discovered, as if someone was directing their actions.

At the top of the highest tower in the city was an invisible black-robed man watching the people struggling beneath him overcome the chaos to keep it from spreading.
Erphan seemed to realize that someone was watching them from above but when he turned his head, the cloaked person had disappeared.
"I don't believe it, facing this kind of Spirit is quite troublesome." Anna spoke as she continued to let out her wind element to get rid of the black smoke that wanted to touch her. Since the slightest bit of smoke hit her, it would instantly take away Anna's energy.
