Ch. 37 - The Secret of the Eternity Pill
The seven demons at once protected the alchemist woman, their growls sounding to bully Xin Chen. One after another began to charge forward, while Xin Chen was still where he stood.
When the two demons pounced on him, the alchemist woman's eyes bought wide. Xin Chen simply broke through from there, like a ghost. Xin Chen's gaze started to head towards her, making the woman feel that something was wrong with her.
The white mist covered almost Xin Chen's entire body, but not with the sharp look of his eyes. There was something shining brightly on his head, the sparks started to spread making the originally white mist turn blood red.
The alchemist woman had never imagined the first time she had been so frightened when faced with such a small child. Truly looking like a Devil, slowly a terrifying aura began to rush at him. The deadly aura from the Blood Ghost Mask came out along with Xin Chen who kept on approaching.
"Fog Ghost... You look like–" Xin Chen was suddenly already behind his back, slashing using his full speed splitting his body. "Arghh!! It's better to just die!" xin Chen shouted unable to anymore, feeling that the child had no power anymore The Lightning Fox pulled him from the water and laid him on the bridge.
"Can you still live?" ask the Lightning Fox.
Xin Chen glared his eyes in annoyance, still had the Lightning Fox ask for his safety after killing himself like that earlier.
"If there were no pills then maybe I would have become hundreds of ghosts that are beating on you" Xin Chen grumbled. His breathing was still unstable even though he was already on land.
"What do you mean by that? Can explain?"
"The Sun God Pill. He said it was an immortality pill, I thought it was just a lie but today I really didn't die. I should have been killed once by that woman and a hundred times by my own teacher," she replied slightly sounding like cursing.
"Hahahaha it's because I wanted to check it myself. It seems right."
Xin Chen snorted, "By the way you should be able to help me when you were almost killed by that woman."
The Lightning Fox walked first, unconcerned about Xin Chen who was still trying to stand behind him. "You think I want to help you?"
