Ch. 120 - Crazy Plan
A flash of light shot straight, Xin Chen prepared to receive the attack and strengthened his self-defense as well as Fire Flower strength to the highest level. When the light was about to hit, Xin Chen instantly absorbed it into the body and unleashed the attack with a number that was twice as large using his legs.
The ball of lightning returned towards the Eel Monster. There was an explosion large enough to produce a sound of vibration that shook the earth.
Actually Xin Chen was unwilling to use his legs but was willing to how else, if he were to forcefully use the Steel Phoenix Sword it was certain that the heirloom would be even more fractured.
The Eel Monster had dodged but the lightning attack was too big so that as far as he dodged it still remained exposed to the attack even though not directly.
"W-w-w-w-w-w-w-w-was I in the arena? You kicked that lightning bolt with your foot? With your legs??" The Electric Eel King saw Xin Chen nod with an innocent face, as if the high-powered attack earlier was just a child's play to him.
Xin Chen himself learned many things quickly with this undersea fight, especially in terms of self-defense. When he absorbed the power and found out the Fire Flower was very useful in the current situation, Xin Chen tried to flow the lightning power he received throughout the body.
The power of lightning seemed to fuse in his bones and made his body very resistant to lightning explosions or even hot temperatures.
This kind of thing he actually learned from the resilience of the fire bats in the mountain, they absorb natural energy to thicken their skin so that it is difficult to be penetrated by sharp weapons. And now even though his leg had the impact of the damage from the attack earlier at least he still retained a little strength to do some self-healing.
Xin Chen realized that they had not completely won from the Eel Monster, as the monster did not help Xin Chen swim quickly to look for air foam and catch the Electric Eel that was hit by the explosion earlier, they just die. Now Xin Chen had already gathered over twenty and he had successfully completed his task.
"You've collected it, haven't you? Then it's time to get back to the nest!" The Electric Eel King swam back in spirit, but after swimming a short distance away he realized Xin Chen was not following him and instead returned to the Eel Monster that was likely to go berserk after getting the crushing attack earlier.
"What else do you plan for man, damn it, at least if you take revenge on him don't drag me down, too" the Electric Eel King said. He observed the movements of Xin Chen's hand which seemed to drive him away from there. The demon instantly burned with emotion, how could he be expelled as if he was so weak.
"Alright if that's what you want!" furious that the Electric Eel King was so upset, on the other hand Xin Chen had prepared to receive a lightning strike from the Eel Monster. He was confident that his level of strength would become even greater than the previous one, for this situation Xin Chen was completely dependent on time.
His body could still withstand even greater force, but only for a few seconds and he would have to immediately unleash that power if he did not want his body to be injured.
The Electric Eel King opened his eyes aware of what was going on ahead there. He believed the Eel Monster was using its special power which indirectly made his heartbeat weaken due to the tremendous heat burning his skin.
Xin Chen felt the heat around him growing crazier, The Eel Monster no longer released its lightning power as it was. He sounded a mysterious voice and made the Electric Eels gather around him.
Both Xin Chen and the Electric Eel King both put on a wary stance. The attack this time seemed much more dangerous than the previous one and Xin Chen himself did not have enough strength to resist or even counterattack. He turned his brain back before the Eel Monster managed to prepare the attack, but it seemed that with this all-round cornered situation there was nothing more to expect.
The Electric Eel King knew better how they were in position now, he repeatedly stared at Xin Chen and the Eel Monster in turn. Thinking a hundred times there is no chance of winning and the most likely is that their lives will not survive.
The source of heat that had made the sea water boil was the appearance of blue fire on the sea floor, the fire came out and smouldered in the water. The sight that Xin Chen had never seen at all happened and was completely before him. Moreover, the sea water from above the surface rotated at one point above the Monster Eel. With Fire resistant to water and the extremely high heat, Xin Chen was sure that close to twenty meters he would be boiled.
"Now what? You were so confident before, where was your fighting spirit?" ask the King of Electric Eels.
The Electric Eel King was made cold hot, ever since seeing the unease on Xin Chen's face he was sure the desperate man had already run out of sense facing this Eel Monster. However killing him was impossible unless the Lightning Fox did it. Fighting monsters directly in the nest is not a good thing, like the Eel Monster they are facing right now.
Every time Xin Chen managed to injure him then he would gather back the power of nature and heal the wounds in a fairly quick time.
"Well then, let me just say. Once you harass him and intend to escape the act will endanger the lives of the demons up there. Even if you don't run away I can guarantee a hundred percent you won't survive in this place." The Eel King added again, "Originally you know in a moment that the blue fire will rage with the explosion of lightning. Dan–"
Xin Chen told him to be quiet, the Electric Eel King reflexively silenced his mouth and looked at the Eel Monster. The blue flames below rampaged increasingly into burning whatever was around, even the rocks that should have been extremely hard melted away just like that.
"Don't tell me you have other crazy plans?" The Electric Eel King started to have hope, in this position there was nothing else he could do. His life is at stake here, too. If it was true Xin Chen could save his life the Electric Eel King was truly grateful. At least that Monster Eel under the sea would no longer disturb the Electric Eel in its place and also make the water temperature soar up every time he went berserk.
