Ch. 112 - Preparation of Training
"One more thing?"

The explanation of the Frog Leaf made Xin Chen laugh awkwardly, just from his face was the frog was afraid of being killed horribly by the Lightning Fox which was indeed angry when it was terrible. Generally the forces of nature can be felt more strongly when entering certain and hidden areas. Xin Chen was already trained to recognize various types of forces like this, yet only this time did he feel an extremely powerful force of nature.
As they entered the passageway that was occupied by the reddish-striped bat, the beasts flew about unnoticed and flew wildly looking for a way out. Xin Chen protected his head by crossing both hands.
"We've arrived."
The Frog of Leaves released Xin Chen and let him stand on his own without any help, as Xin Chen opened his eyes and saw what was in front of his eyes he became extremely stunned.
As far as the eye could see Xin Chen could see thousands of bats flying within this mountain. They were at a high altitude and could feel the wind from down there rising upwards, Xin Chen tried to peer down and there was an unusual stream flowing underneath. The stream caused a small electric shock and as Xin Chen tried to see more clearly, the river was a nest of Electric Eels.
"Gee... Electric Eels that much if sold..."
"Your mind is just money, Chen."
Xin Chen raised his head, he had just realized that in the middle of the inner part of this mountain was a single stone soaring upwards. It is in the middle and quite small. In that place the Lightning Fox meditated, around it bats flew. The noise and the roar of the wind felt very heavy here.
"You ready for your training?"
"I'm ready, Master." Xin Chen greeted him from a distance, on the other hand Frog Leaf said she had to return after delivering Xin Chen here because she had to move the bodies of the humans while guarding the forest to make sure no more humans tried to enter this secret place. The strong wind that was supposed to rise upwards started moving irregularly around the Lightning Fox. Xin Chen frowned in astonishment as the bats around the Fox screamed. Unexpectedly the bat that looked like an ordinary beast could spurt out a huge fire. They attacked because the wind blew their bodies away.
"Fire and Lightning. Those two elements you'll easily purify here, Chen." The Lightning Fox finally opened its eyes, Xin Chen who had just heard the words immediately turned his face around. The fire bats that had just been preoccupied with the strong wind now turned to look at him from a distance. It seemed that they had just realized Xin Chen's presence in the demon cage and were threatened.
"I won't hold these bats back if they want to attack you, in which case you'll have to hold on until you completely purify the power of fire first."
Xin Chen was a bit panicked when the Lightning Fox started to close its eyes again, if it had meditated the Fox would not be able to be summoned again even if it was crying or screaming. Meanwhile Xin Chen only realized the number of bats he saw at the beginning was only a small part of it. These bats themselves have the fire element due to the natural forces that extend their life and the influence of the mountain that is filled with the fire element.
The Lightning Fox itself that said the element of lightning and fire was centered in this place, the power of fire emanating from the mountain and lightning by the clouds that usually struck to this place. All that accumulated power made the demons who settled on the mountain three times more immune to attacks than the ones Xin Chen had encountered out there.
Xin Chen could not see clearly, the sound of bat screams that exceeded the number of thousands and were very deafening invaded his sense of hearing, this was fatal with his eyesight as well. Every time the bats passed near his head and the frequency of their voices went up, Xin Chen could only protect himself.
While he did not dare to kill these bats for fear of happening the same as he did against the Fire Hedgehog. Xin Chen covered both of his ears in pain, blood began to flow between his fingers and flood his clothes.
In the midst of such an urgent situation the Thunder Fox remained completely unmoved, Xin Chen knew he would still be severely tortured by those bats and decided to fight back with the power of lightning anyway.
Unfortunately the Lightning Sword that usually had a huge impact on his opponent now felt like a rusty blade on the bat's body. Although their body size was ten times smaller than the Fire Hedgehog, their endurance was not arbitrary. Three times the thrust of the lightning sword did not make them stop attacking Xin Chen and instead determinedly advanced, the claws from their feet scratched Xin Chen's cheeks causing a scratch wound.
Not yet finished there, it turned out that the Lightning Fox had witnessed Xin Chen's suffering. "Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you. Human Eve made the demons here go wild, they're not the same as you would find anywhere else. The demons here are already trained to soak in the melts of fire.
