Marrying the Vampire Prince

Marrying the Vampire Prince
chapter 49's

His hand that was holding him, the hand that was supposed to stop him was trembling. Its bad. He wanted it so badly that he killed her. He didn't want to stop it. Her delicate hand caress felt like safety. He felt like a man dying of thirst in the desert and finally found a jug of water that saved it – only to be held as far as the arm. It was so close yet so far away that he felt himself almost insane.

His eyelashes lifted as his hands continued to caress him and Gavriel took a breath. Her hair became dark because it was wet. She was like a moon goddess that emerged from a mystical lake.

Gavriel fell silent and his mind was shaken. His heart rumbled in his head and he had to turn his head to stop himself from grabbing it. He was so brave that he drove him crazy. But geez! He's drunk too! He could see curiosity like a cat shining in his eyes.

He ruffled his wet long hair and pulled his head back. His mouth traced the fragile skin of his throat and licked and sucked and kissed him there as if he wanted to devour his entire body.

The savage desire was too much that Gavriel could barely think of it. He felt his mind was unable to follow his actions. This has never happened to him before. He knew he had to stop before things really got out of control. But how could he be when he felt it was better to suffocate than to stop? Is it possible to want someone this much?! Especially when this person was yanking at him as if he really and desperately wanted it inside of him?

Gritting his teeth, Gavriel struggled to control himself once again, against his better judgment. His awareness and memory of being drunk has given him sanity. He knew what effect vampire wine had on humans. Vampires in the capital made human women sip wine because it served as a potent aphrodisiac. And that's why her Evie's acting like this right now.

He let her move against him, letting her feel every inch of him. But it was getting unbearable, and he was afraid he would lose control again. Making a primitive sound, Gavriel grabbed his hips and guided him through its length.

"Oh my God, Evie." his voice was trembling and fiery.

The sensation spread, the heat spread as their sexes continued to rub against each other, creating unspeakable heat and delicious friction.

Gavriel cupped his wriggling buttocks and pressed him against his body, helping him slide towards him faster until he squirmed and both of them exploded violently.

After bathing Evie, Gavriel dressed her up and slipped her into their bed. He fainted in the bathtub.

Gavriel smiled and shook his head amusedly at his wife who was lying down in satisfaction. She then lay down beside him and noticed his sleeping face for a long time before he kissed her forehead and hugged her, as he joined her in his sleep.

A few hours later, Evie began to dream. However, it is more appropriate to call it a nightmare than a dream.

There was fire everywhere around him. He was surrounded by her and felt suffocated.

"Gavriel!!!" he screamed in panic as he looked around to look for her. He stood at the top of the watchtower near the wall.

Dacria burn. He shouted Gavriel's name again and again, but he could not see her anywhere. All he could see was fire everywhere. His eyes were filled with that red angry look.

Evie's eyes popped. He was sweating and panting as his wide-open eyes stared fixedly at the ceiling until he managed to stabilize his breathing. How long has it been since he last had a nightmare? He can't even remember it anymore.

For members of the Ylvia family, nightmares were neither ordinary nor ordinary. For them, this is taken seriously and is a warning message or an impending sign.

Surprisingly, it is very rare for family members to have nightmares. He heard that there were even some members who had never experienced nightmares in their entire lives. But Evie had experienced it once, but it was when she was a child, so she already knew what it was like.

Back home, if one of them had a nightmare, they would have to immediately admit everything they saw to the head of the family, the guardian of the dragon. This is a house rule that should not be broken, and everyone can only take it seriously because they know that their nightmares have a very high chance of becoming a reality. They should not hide it if they have ever had a disturbing nightmare especially related to the impending disaster – be it natural or man-made. The reason for that was because there was still an opportunity to do something to stop the disaster from happening. She remembers her mother telling her, there are many times they were able to stop nightmares from becoming a reality in the past all thanks to everyone who played their part in reporting whenever someone had a bad bream.

The still fresh images from the nightmare frightened Evie. Why did he see a dragon burning Dacria? The presence of a dragon can only mean one thing – that his father will be present here in Dacria.

A sigh escaped from Evie's mouth as she sat stiffly on the bed. She should have rejoiced with the knowledge that she was now convinced her father would come for her. But instead, he felt the opposite. Instead of rejoicing in happiness, he was scared and worried half to death.

Recalling from her nightmares about how Dacria was burned, Evie shivered, feeling frozen and worried inside. Why would he have to burn down an entire city just to get it? Is that really necessary?

Suddenly, he remembered how he shouted the name of Gavriel with despair and terror. And he felt the fear in him increasing and multiplying. What will happen to her husband? Why can't he see her in his nightmares? Why was he looking so desperately for her? Could it…

The door opened and Evie was pulled from her horrible thoughts. He was so immersed in his alarming thoughts that he did not hear a knocking sound.

"My Lady's..." Elias carefully stepped through the door after peeking at his head to check if Evie was awake. She was a little surprised that she was still in bed and wearing her nightgown. He usually wakes up early and usually does not linger in getting ready.

Evie gets out of bed. "Where's Gavriel?" she asked. Elias catches the desperate tone that colors his voice and wonders what's up.

"Your Majesty is waiting for you in the watchtower, Your Majesty." Also realizing that he seemed to be acting strangely, Elias tilted his head slightly. "Are you okay, Madam?"

"I'm..." Evie gulped, then struggled to calm down. "I'm doing fine. Give me a minute to change clothes."

"Alright lady. I'll wait for you outside." He leaned over and stepped out the door, closing it behind him.

He hurriedly headed to the sink and washed his face. Closing his eyes, he took a few deep breaths to stabilize his emotions. He should stop being easily overwhelmed and think properly. What's he supposed to do?
