Runa was stunned for the sake of seeing what was happening before him, how could a woman just hug a man carelessly? Even she kissed Arkan's right and left cheeks, which made Runa even more upset was that her husband was silent when the woman did. As if they were used to it.

“What should I help you with?” Arkan asked while letting go of Saina's embrace.

The woman was Saina, she was crying and not looking as usual, her clothes looked shabby and cheap. She was almost no different from the old Runa, seedy and unattractive, as if the attraction and light in her body disappeared to nowhere.

Arkan quickly took one step back so that he was on par with Runa.

“Oh, yes. This is my wife, Runa,” Arkan said as he turned his head and raised his hand to embrace the smell of his wife to get closer to her. The man slightly bent down to stroke Runa's flat stomach, saying, “She is pregnant with my son now.” Arkan said as if showing off while smiling comically at Saina.

“She Saina, my friend.” Said Arkan next.

The two women shook hands and said their names.

Runa had never seen the woman before, but, after Arkan introduced them, she remembered the story of her sons,  that there was once a woman who lived in that house and Badri liked her to be his daughter-in-law in other words almost being Arkan's wife. But Saina has bad behavior so Arkan drives her away.

No one expected why the woman could come back to the big house with a different appearance. He was not at all his old self who always looked elegant, neat and charming. All the clothes he wore were expensive items even because it was also Badri who liked him. The old Leaki assumed that Saina would be useful for the future of the family and also the company because it has the ability and can be proud in the presence of many people.

Unlike Runa who is simple and does not have the intelligence, in taking care of the company is also not a scholar. But it was precisely such a woman who became the warmth in the family and also in the end Badri also liked it.

Saina glanced at Runa, she thought that before the woman was a girl who had once been recognized as Arkan's adopted child, they were very similar. But he was like hearing the sound of lightning striking above his head, and then the lightning turned into a huge cloud of cloud that made his heart foggy. When Arkan had just introduced the woman as his wife.

“What? Did I not mishear you were married and married to a woman like this?” Saina could not believe she said as she looked at Runa ridiculously then, turning her eyes away with a small laugh, like laughing at herself because there was nothing funny there at all.

“Ya.” Arkan answered him briefly while tightening his embrace on Runa's shoulder.

“Ah, that's right Arkan, is this your taste? Turns out you've changed, huh?” sahut Saina looked at Arkan with a pusher. Ignoring the woman beside him.

“Then do you think I should marry a woman like you? Just look at you now!”

After Saina left the Arkan house that time, she did not hear any news about Arkan and his family because she thought everything was fine. Then he went abroad for a long time, taking care of his parents who were then sick until they died.

Who would have guessed that both of Saina's parents left so much debt that all the remaining property was used up to pay their debts so this is how she is now.

A few months ago he came back and tried to dig up information about Arkan as well as his family, but, no news was too shocking, all mediocre. However, who would have guessed when he came to this house Arkan actually admitted that he already had a wife and, now the woman was already pregnant with their child. Moreover, when Saina saw the woman who became his wife and was very similar to his adopted son.

“Is he the brother of your adopted son?” ask Saina.

“What's the Province, you mean? She's her mother!” said Arkan still with a smile as if that smile was mocking Saina.

“Ya.” Arkan answered him briefly but, able to make Saina speechless and shed tears.

Runa was stunned to hear the words of the two people who were nearby, he did not expect that Arkan, recognizing her as a precious woman in his life, it meant that she was better than Saiina.

He had heard the story from Winsi, that Saina is a woman who looks perfectly beautiful and smart, works in an office and has money. What does it mean to him to be compared to that woman.

But now the world seems upside down that, the woman came to expect Arkan's help in order to contain her and, not to be a vagabond anymore. Saina says everything but Arkan does not take it seriously.

Seeing this, Saina fell silent and her heart broke. Destroyed not only his wealth, reputation and rank but, also his heart and love. However, he did not want to look weak due to his destruction, had he still had a little support, then he would have been able to rise again.

Sania steps towards Badri's room, hoping to get some support from him. It had been so many years, but, he was sure that the old man was still strong enough to provide support to him, at least give one of his restaurants that he can manage and keep him alive.

Saina's footsteps were followed by Runa until she sat down on the side of the old man's bed lying weakly. The woman did not expect that the uncle she thought could support her, it was already this weak to talk she had been difficult.

“Let Dad rest,” says Runa, “He just slept, pity if woken up if he wakes up a little more often at night and coughs.”

Saina looked back where Runa was standing nearby quietly. His face was impressed indifferent. He did not see Arkan around them because the man was cleaning himself in his room. It had been since yesterday that he had not taken a bath because he had accompanied Erlan during the treatment period. Although, in the hospital there was a bathroom as well but, he did not bring his clothes.

“Wah, wow, look who is so pretentious here .. do you feel you have become the dream daughter-in-law that Uncle likes, so?” Saina said as she stood up then, folding both her hands in front of her chest. Ignoring a male nurse who was standing not far from there and watching them.

“What do you mean? I'm talking as is ... just ask him,” said Runa while moving his chin towards the nurse who was guarding Badri faithfully.

“Uncle likes me and supports me, you should know that!” sania's voice sounded loud enough that Runa turned her head towards the bed.

He held hands and dragged Saina out, arriving at the side yard of the house. He was worried when he woke Badri who had just fallen asleep after eating and taking his medicine.

“Come! We'll talk outside!” Saina.

“Let go, me!” saian said as he flicked his hand from the clutches of the hue violently. “Do you think you're the only woman in Arkan's heart right now, your husband still likes me!”

Runa was stunned to hear Saina's words. She thought that maybe what the woman said was true because she saw for herself how Arkan did not resist when Saina hugged and kissed the cheek, even crying on her chest for a while.

“But, I am still his wife not you,” said Runa.

“Can't men marry more than one?”
