Provincial Decree

Erlan pulled Winsi's hand with teary eyes, she did not expect such a remark would slide from his wife's mouth.

He did say that Winsi had the right to vote, but, she would not really let the woman go. He knew that if Winsi asked for a divorce from him, it meant that Runa and her family would go to Jogjakarta and, it would be difficult for her to re-establish their close relationship.

Parting with Winsi is tantamount to injuring himself, in fact, letting the relationship that has been fostered so far go to waste, by making a broken heart that is not bloody but, will clearly leave restless.

Hearing Provinsi say that, Erlan seemed numb and numb, they had been running for years and, she did not want their relationship to revolve in that state alone, no! He wants ultimately himself and Winsi to be on the same end and edge of love.

“Win, what do you say dear?” erlan said as she clasped his wife's hand tightly.

“Erlan, you don't have to worry, I know, what am I going to do!” sahut Winsi flat.

“But, Win..!”

“Erlan! Your wife was able to take care of Hanifa, but, why did you refuse? You know what's wrong, what's wrong?” darma finally spoke. The old man looked at Winsi and Erlan with a cynical look.

“Yes, I was also surprised by the woman who still wanted to survive the marriage when, obviously her husband already had a wife, besides her. I don't think you're such a stupid woman, do you?” said Reni while pointing at Winsi.

Winsi smiled wryly, upon hearing that there was someone else, who indirectly said himself to be a fool. Not every love has never heard what his brain says, even people who fall in love often the logic is dead, because the heart wants to walk alone. Then, when others think their relationship is wrong, then, they will use in the name of love for everything.

“There are many people who are never aware of mistakes, cannot understand the nature of the truth, accuse others with a lack of reason, then, they think that they are the most right, he said, then demand others to understand and, always want to be understood,” said Winsi after a long silence.

“What do you mean?” ask Darma.

“Yes, I mean like that, come on, I want to go home, after all Hanifa is asleep, right? I excuse.” Winsi said as she stood up, she grabbed her bag and walked out after glancing at Dinda who turned out to be eavesdropping on their conversation.

After that Winsi went out after rolling one eye on Erlan, then, grabbed the key of the bike.

Erlan still faces Darma and Reni, two parents who become guardians of Hanifa. He still wanted to talk privately, therefore, by being forced to let his wife go home alone.

“Bude, Pakde, I won't abandon Hanifa, don't worry. So, I beg you, do not interfere in my personal affairs with my wife again.” Erlan.

Indeed those who sat before him were old men, but, he still had to be firm about his personal affairs. Who can stand if he has a woman or wife but, can not fulfill his rights. Erlan was just an ordinary human. What is his basic desire as a man, wrong?

They are not necessarily patient if they are in his position now, they are not necessarily strong if they have to bear the burden as heavy as it is. Everyone had the right to be happy, including the two old men before him, who knew their intent of forcing Erlan to take care of Hanifa at home. Perhaps one of the reasons was because they wanted to be happy, to be able to see his nephew up close.

Patience has no limits, but it is for the strong. God always has a way of getting every man closer. Perhaps, with his strength man could go through the test. And with his weakness man will seek his creator then, pleading for help.

So, there is nothing wrong if humans choose to survive or give up, because everything is in accordance with their respective portions.

“Well, I understand that you really want polygamy, but, about Hanifa, I'll talk to the other brothers first!” said Darma.

“Please, it's the right of all family members. Bude same Pakde do not worry about the results of Father Hanifa's plantation, I think Hani is not a woman who is crazy about possessions to demand all the results that you have enjoyed when she was sick. I'm sure he won't bother though, he's cured later.”

Suddenly Darma and Reni were stunned, the two people lowered their heads, not expecting Erlan to know about all the plantation produce that Hanifa was entitled to have them enjoy all this time.

“Then, excuse me, Bude, Pakde, if you still want to see Hanifa, please, this house Bude house also ..” Erlan said as she moved from her seat.

Elsewhere, in the kitchen room of the mansion, Runa was urging Hasnu about what was happening, she was sure that the man who was far above her knew something.

With a heavy heart Hasnu told his master everything. Although, actually he had intended to shut himself up and, let Erlan tell himself what happened, but, in fact, he could not keep quiet for too long.

Hasnu knew about Erlan and Hanifa, even before Arkan breathed his last. He thought that at times the problem would be a time bomb, in fact it is true that now the family situation is heating up because Provinsi and Erlan, clearly show that they are hostile. Runa was anxious because she did not know what happened to her own child.

Winsi desperately refrained from telling her mother the truth, just because she did not want Runa to be disappointed. However, in the end the woman remained disappointed as well, so knowing the news about Erlan having two wives from other people.

“Why hasn't Pak Hasnu talked about this big news in the past, anyway?” said Runa.

“I'm sorry, Madam .. I don't intend to lie to Madam, I just want to see that the children themselves are telling the truth to Madam.”

“But, Sir? Ah, nevermind. I'm disappointed too. Why doesn't Arkan want to talk to me!” Runa was crying, she put her face on the table, resting on her arms.

Winsi's concern that if she was honest, it would seem true .. This would make Runa even more disappointed not only to Erlan and what she had done but also to her husband who had passed away.

Not to mention, Runa's cry subsided, there was already the sound of her youngest child's cries being awakened, making the woman ignore the feeling and wipe away her rough tears. While Winsi came through the main door while removing her helmet.

“Mother? Why are you crying?” said Winsi who when passing and cross paths with Runa, saw the woman wipe the rest of the tears.
