Great Marshals

Great Marshals
Chapter 95

The Clemons have directed their hostility towards the Hinton family ever since the groom left Emily for Lacey.

These two gatecrashers are definitely not good.

As expected, a van stopped in front of the clinic where they appeared.

Under Emily's instructions, two workers carried a sign written out of the van and attached it somewhere above the front door of their clinic. Others drop party poppers and firecrackers.

The inscription – 'Save Clinic' is very eye-catching.

The Hinton family furrowed their brows.

Not only did the Clemons family set up their clinic here, but they were going to hold a grand opening today.

Their intentions were clearly like noon – to steal the thunder of the Hinton family.

Daniel lost his composure, "Madeleine, did you also set up a clinic here?".

Madeleine sneered, "Are you the owner of this place? Can't we open our clinic here?"

"By the way, our business license has been registered much earlier than you."

Daniel replied, "Why didn't you tell me earlier? If you knew, I wouldn't have set up my clinic here."

Madeleine sneered, "I wouldn't have this chance to embarrass you if I told you before."

Daniel asked, "What do you mean?"

Emily interrupts, "You'll find out soon."

With courage, he ended his words with a slitting motion of the neck.

Daniel's getting restless. "Oh no! It seems they are planning to fight us. They're determined to ruin our grand opening."

Zeke comforted her, "Dad, don't worry. I've invited the big cheese today; no one can keep the Hinton family in the shade."

Daniel could not dispel his worries, "Madeleine Clemons has ties with some officials. I'm afraid your friends from the business industry won't be of much help."

Zeke remained silent with a confident smile plastered on his face.

The office? That's my territory!

Daniel rushed to their side and welcomed their arrival. "Dad, brother, you're here! Please come in."

Adam Hinton asked coldly, "How much will you pay us for being a claque member?"

Daniel was a little confused. "You're asking me for money?"

Aren't you the one who should have given me the money as a token of support?

But you're asking me for money?

Adam Hinton reprimanded, "Hmph! How dare you set up your own clinic? You bite off more than you can chew!"

His words made Daniel's face flushed.

He didn't care if someone pulled him down, but he wouldn't let anyone insult his professionalism as a doctor.

He denied, "Dad, what's wrong with my medical skills? Did you forget that I was the assistant director of the hospital?"

Adam Hinton sneered, "You became an assistant director through the back door method. Nothing to be proud of."

Daniel is confused; he does become an assistant director with Zeke's help.

However, the hospital authorities would not let him hold the position of assistant director if he did not know his belongings.

Jeremy Hinton was impatient. "Dad, there's no point in us continuing to chat with Daniel. Let's support the Clemons family; they'll pay us a thousand dollars for it."

"I'm sure one hundred to one Daniel will be able to open his clinic today."

Daniel pumped his brother, "Jeremy, what do you mean by that?"

Jeremy hinted, "You've stepped on someone's foot, someone you shouldn't be messing with. That girl is a real jerk, you know."

Adam Hinton and the others walked towards the Clemon family clinic.

Emily greets her in high spirits, "Master, you're clever enough to know that the real motive they opened the clinic was to make a profit. You are wise and firm to break with them for the sake of justice.Greetings to you."

Adam Hinton gave him a small nod before he entered the clinic.

Emily boasted, "Daniel, even the people closest to you don't believe in your medical abilities. However, you're brave enough to keep your clinic open?"
