Uncle Lacey, Jeremy, confused. "I heard you were fired by the Hamilton family. Who do you think you are to make a deal with me?"

Emily's telling the truth, "The Hamilton family? What joke! They mean nothing to me!"

"I am now part of the Schneider family as a procurement specialist."

"I will be in charge of procuring a huge project worth ten billion, which will be launched soon."

"I want you to take over Lacey's steel mill. As long as you can get it, I'll have you take over a billion steel orders. We'll split the profits in half for each of us."

"What's? A billion?" Jeremy's heart was racing when he heard the luck involved.

He agreed without any hesitation at all, "Sure! Let's finish the deal!"

"To be honest, I've been preparing to get Lacey's steel mill as well. I am in the final stages of preparation. Everything will be ready soon."

"If everything goes according, that steel mill will be mine tomorrow."

Emily replied, "I can't wait for the good news! I'm also looking forward to working with you."

Jeremy sipped two glasses of water after he hung up the phone to calm himself down.

He rushes to pay for his father, Adam Hinton, a visit right after he regains his composure.

Jeremy started a conversation with his father. "Dad, I have something to talk to you about."

"Speak" Adam answered.

Jeremy told him what he was doing. "Dad, when we decided to take different paths with each other, you gave me a ten-acre plot of land while Daniel was given a five-acre plot of land."

"I mean, I'm not in business either. I could not have fully utilized the piece of land given to me. Instead, I think Lacey might need it because she's developing her business."

"Is it okay for me to exchange my ten acre plot of land for the five acres Lacey has?"

Adam's eyes widened. He glared at Jeremy, "Hmph! I think what you want is a Lacey steel mill, right?"

"He built a factory on a piece of land given to them. If you manage to get a piece of their land, it means you'll be the owner of that steel mill."

"Jeremy, I'll be honest with you. I don't think you can run your own business. Please allow Lacey to take care of the steel mill instead."

Jeremy was embarrassed that his father had managed to see through his plan immediately.

"I'm sure you're aware of Zeke's presence, right? Lacey is currently in love with him. I'm sure he'll hand the steel mill over to her if he asks for it."

"Does that mean you want outsiders to reap what we've sown before? Seriously? Do you want to leave one of us alone?"

Adam suddenly put a serious expression on his face.

Before long, he let out a breath of euphoria. "Md. You're correct. Okay, you got my approval. I don't want outsiders to be owners of a piece of land either."

Adam searches high and low for legal rights to a five-acre plot of land owned by the Lacey family when he informs Jeremy of his decision. Eventually, he finds her and hands her over to Jeremy.

Even though he had distributed the plots of land he had to his sons, he still held the legal rights to the land.

An official title is just a piece of paper, but it feels overwhelming to Jeremy. It was not just paper for him.

What was in his hands would give him a fortune of ten billion.

He picked up Lily and rushed to the steel mill as he earned his official title.

Lily has learned that the assets belonging to the Lacey family were worth a billion when she worked as a lobby manager.

From then on, he had always wanted to get Lacey's steel mill. Lily was the one behind the idea of getting the steel mill by force through a legal title.

Meanwhile, Zeke enjoys being around the irked Lacey at the steel factory because she is one of a kind even when she is angry.

Lacey could no longer calm him down. "K-You... This is not a laughing stock!"

"If you can't explain yourself, you better stay away from me for the rest of your life!"

Zeke retorted rhetorically, "Sway from you? I'm afraid your parents won't let that happen."

Lacey almost cried because her husband was shameless. He really used his parents to fight him.

"Damn it! Stop using my parents to fight me! You dick! I will be in charge of my marriage! | no matter what they say!"

Zeke asked back, "Lacey, do you think I'm the kind of guy to go back to his ex? I will never take back my words!"

Lacey shouted furiously, "Males are all the same! They tend to repeat the same mistakes over and over again!"

"Stop lying to me! What about this video here? Why didn't you tell me what was going on?"
