Chapter 9 VACATION Part 2

Kanaya gets out of the car immediately following Reino. The two were greeted by a middle-aged woman at the door of the mansion.

"Welcome, sir." greet the woman politely as she gestured for the two to enter immediately.

"Thank you, bi."

Reino pulls Kanaya's hand to follow her into the house. The girl was confused. Whose house is this, anyway? Why not just go to the hotel? Should he be in a hotel with other friends? Many questions raged in Kanaya's mind now until she finally dared to open her mouth to answer her curiosity.

"Sorry, sir. Why are we here?"

Reino who had just taken off her waist bag spontaneously turned her head.

"This is my home" Reino replied briefly. He put his waist bag on the living room table. At first glance he saw the look on Kanaya's face that was getting confused.

"Here sit down first" Reino said as she patted the sofa hinting for Kanaya to sit next to him. The girl complies. He takes his place on Reino's side but keeps his distance between the two.

"Why so far? Scared huh?" Reino smiled in teasing him.

Kanaya blushed. Why is it so easy to guess the contents of his head.

"It's not so, sir. It's just that we're just the two of us in this room, I feel uncomfortable." Kanaya honestly finally.

*So much quieter than that, Nay. Not like your best friend, Rita, who looks like Chinese firecrackers. Reino smile*.

"Then, go straight to the hotel. But today the event is free. Tomorrow morning we take a walk around Bali. So I broke up to stop by here for a minute. This is my parents' house, we usually use it for a vacation." Reino explained at length but Kanaya still could not catch the point.

*What am I invited here for? inner Kanaya wonders*.

"Butii.later I was escorted back to the hotel right sir? Rita doesn't know I'm here yet. Hape I finished the battery sir." Kanaya said carefully so as not to offend Reino, because honestly the girl was a little scared when it came to being alone with men.

"You take it easy, Nay." Reino caught the worry the girl beside him felt. "After lunch, we went back to the hotel. Actually, Rita and Dewi know that you're the same as me."

"I mean father?" kanaya asked frowning her forehead a sign of wonder.

"Did you think we met at the airport parking lot just by chance?"

"Then?" kanaya's curiosity grew bigger. Kanaya unconsciously inched closer to Reino, waiting for the man to continue his story. Now they sit face to face on the sofa.

"So that's when the group has boarded the bus, I see Rita and Dewi are still at the exit waiting for you, Nay. They said you were still going to the toilet. Yes I told Rita, let you be with me. I told them to leave first because the others were waiting on the bus. You've been to the toilet for a long time." Reino gently nudged Kanaya's forehead making the girl embarrassed. That little touch made his heart rustle smooth.

Reino noticed Kanaya's change in face that always blushed as she made physical contact with the girl from the first time she met, hugged her on a motorcycle, held her hand and touched her forehead like just now. He asked inwardly, could this be the first time that the girl has come into contact with the opposite sex?

Reino is the ideal man\-male of all women. His near-perfect physique and supported by the wealth of his family, of course, became a magnet for women. It has become commonplace if every time there are women who try to approach him. Whether it's with sincerity or just for the sake of his wealth. However, that does not make Reino easy to fall in love just like that. All this time he had never felt really\-totally in love with a woman, but at Kanaya, he felt different things.

"Sir... Mr Reino is daydreaming anyway?"

This time Reino was wrong. Kanaya shakes her arm just now, breaking her imagination about the love story in her life.

"Bik... Masakin boiled noodles dong. Two huh?" pinta Reino saw how busy Inah was in the kitchen.

"Well, how about some boiled noodles, sir? This aunt wants to cook Mr. Reino's favorite rendang."

"Take it later. I want boiled noodles made by Bik Inah. Don't forget to give a cow's eye?" her door was spoiled on Bik Inah, the person who had been her nanny since she was a baby.

Reino leaves the kitchen and returns to the living room looking for Kanaya. However, the girl does not exist. He traced the front porch to the park did not look batanv nose.

\*Where are you, Nay? restless Reino looking for it\*.

Shortly searching, Reino saw Kanaya on the other side of his house, sitting on a long swing of wood while looking out at the sea. Reino looked at him from a distance. Kanaya's hair was blown away by the wind. His sight was far-flung. Sometimes he swings his legs to keep the swing moving.

Reino walks over to Kanaya but is unaware of Reino's arrival behind him. Kanaya was closing her eyes enjoying the gusts of wind on her face. He had never been on a vacation in his entire life. The most luxurious vacation for him is to go home to his grandfather in the city next to his hometown which is only 2 hours away. That's all he's grateful for.

"What's wrong, Nay? Here the wind is strong." said Reino while sitting on Kanaya's side.

"Yes, sir. But I like. This is the first time I have been able to go on vacation. I have never been to Bali, sir." Kanaya admitted it straightforwardly.

"Then tomorrow you are satisfied with the streets." said Reino, his hand suddenly stroked Kanaya's hair and slipped it behind his ear.

*Duh gusti, why is this heart pounding\-thump? It feels like my heart is about to be dislodged, he whispered inwardly*.

Kanaya turned her gaze the other way, avoiding the two eyeballs of Reino who were looking at her fixedly.

"Master, come eat first. Mienya is ready at the table." make Inah wave, forcing the two to enter immediately.

"If I could borrow a charger, sir?"

"In my waist bag there is. Just take. Oh yeah, Nay, don't call father dong. It's outside the office. Call Reino. Or Reino mas." said Reino when the two were at the dinner table.

'*Mas Reino' Kanaya repeated it in her heart. Why is it so strange to call it 'mas' now. Kanaya scratch\-head scratch*.

"Let's eat, Nay. Cold hunting will not be good."

"Yes, sir. Uh I mean mas, Reino." the error is stamped. He quickly spooned the noodles into his mouth and chewed them. Reino smiled. He himself ate with his own. But his gaze did not shift at all from Kanaya who was increasingly nervous in front of him.

The clock on the wall of the middle room chimed 6 times. Kanaya's worried. It's already night. But outside the rain falls down hard. Reino decided to go back to the hotel tomorrow.

"It's raining so hard, Nay. We'll just stay the night, okay?" take Reino to him.

Kanaya did not answer. He hesitated and worried. It is inappropriate for a woman to stay in a man's house\man. Kanaya knows all about that. Seeing Kanaya speechless, Reino understood. He did not want to force her to stay.

"OKAY. We're going to the hotel now, okay?"

Kanaya was shocked by Reino's words. He looked at his boss's face, trying to find out if the man\-man was angry about his attitude.

"Mas Reino doesn't have to bother sending. If I may let me go with Reino's driver only."

"Ga nothing, Nay. Let's go now."
