Chapter 58 THE ARGUMENT

That afternoon Kanaya returned home without waiting for Reino. Arriving at home, he deliberately busied himself in the kitchen, cooking for dinner the two of them. For a moment, he wanted to forget the burden on his heart.

Kanaya took the ingredients out of the refrigerator and began to process them. Kanaya's cooking skills need not be doubted. He inherited it from his mother in the village.

"Assalamualaikum, dear." suddenly Reino appears in the kitchen to surprise him. Kanaya herself did not hear when her husband came.

"Wa'alaikumsalam." Kanaya answered briefly.

His gaze remained fixed on the cooking that was almost cooked on the stove.

Reino knew his wife was furious. There was not the slightest smile that adorned Kanaya's lips.

"What cooking, honey?" tanya Reino was still trying to melt the ice but it seemed like Kanaya's mood was really bad right now.

"Chicken cooking soy sauce, mas." she answered briefly.

Reino approached Kanaya who was stirring her cooking and hugged her from behind.

"Mas! Move aside! I'm not done yet." he said tightly, making Reino would not want to let go of his embrace.

"Well, baby, I'll take a shower?"

"Yes!"

Reino temporarily chose to dodge because Kanaya was really mad at him. He went to the room to clean himself up.

"Yes, God, I'm sorry. I shouldn't have spoken harshly to my husband." he told himself, regretting his words earlier.

But your dishonesty has hurt me.

Kanaya immediately prepares dinner at the table and calls her husband for dinner.

"Mas, eat first. I'm ready at the table."

Kanaya spoke without looking at her husband's face.

"Where are you going, baby?" prevent Reino from holding Kanaya's hand when she leaves.

"I'm gonna take a shower, mas. Eat first." replied Kanaya removing her wrist from Reino's grasp.

"I'll be waiting for you at the dinner table."

Kanaya immediately went into the bathroom to clean herself up.

Reino waited for Kanaya at the dinner table for almost an hour, but she did not leave the room. Reino got up from his seat and walked towards the room.

"Darling?" call him as soon as he opens the door.

Reino finds Kanaya lying on the bed.

"Darling?" repeat while touching the wife's shoulder slowly.

Kanaya is not flinching. Tears flowed back into the corner of her eyes.

"Nay.look at me." pinta Reino in a soft voice.

Kanaya sat opposite her husband. His face lowered, but he could no longer hide his sobbing.

The crying broke too. Reino approached, clutching Kanaya's body into his arms.

"I'm sorry, honey. I know I lied to you. But I can explain everything." Reino explained trying to calm down.

"So you really lied to me?" Kanaya stared at Reino's eyeball with a teary face.

"How do you, my mother!" kanaya exclaimed with emotion while hitting the husband's chest.

"I'm sorry, honey. Please forgive me. I just want to keep your feelings."

"Take me off, mas!" kanaya protests, trying to distance herself from Reino's decapitation.

"Now I want honesty. What are you hiding from me?!"

"Yes, honey. I'll tell you everything."

Reino gently rubbed the tears that were still in the corner of his wife's eyes.

"Do you remember the woman in my room?"

Kanaya nodded. Of course he still remembered the beautiful woman who had also hit him at that time.

"She's Karenina, my best friend. We were friends from the beginning of college in one of the campuses in London. We're both pretty close..."

"So we haven't had dinner yet?"

The two laughed together. Reino dropped his wife off near the dinner table.

"Please, sir. Your dinner is ready." said Kanaya.

Reino is excited to eat his wife's dishes that seem to arouse his appetite.

"I can get fat for a long time, baby."

"It's okay, ma'am. That's a sign of happy with me." said Kanaya origin then got a pinch on his nose.
