Chapter 28 YOU ARE MINE, NAY!

This morning Reino woke up feeling happy because last night Kanaya had accepted her love. His patience has not been in vain.

The phone under the pillow then looks for Kanaya's contact. He just wanted to hear the girl's voice now.

Calling Kanaya....

"Assalamualaikum, mas." a voice across there. The voice that Reino somehow missed so much, despite the fact that they only parted ways a few hours ago.

Love can make someone go crazy.🥰

"Wa'alaikumsalam, baby. Just woke up, right?" reino asked confidently because last night the two of them came home around 11.

"I'm in the office, Mom. This again mopped up the lobby." Kanaya replied in surprise to Reino. He wakes up and sees the clock on hp. Ten o'clock in the afternoon.

"Geez!! Honey, I'm bad luck.Hahaha." Reino let out a laugh noticing the absurdity.

"Hmm.Pantesan mas kok tumben has not come. I took a shower and left the mas."

"Yes dear. Meet you at the office. Mochhhh.."

"Oh, early in the morning."

"Haha."

Reino rolled around in bed so happy this morning. It felt like there was new energy flowing in his heart. And all because of Kanaya. He felt lucky to have it.

"Siang, May." said Reino sumringah as she entered the office.

"Corn, sir. Tumben sir late to the office?"

"Wake up bad luck, May."

Huh uh?? Mischance?? Not wrong with this? Never once has Reino arrived late to the office.

"What's my schedule today, May?"

"Signing the contract files, meeting in HI and there's a visit to the project in Kuningan sir."

"You should bring the files to my room immediately."

"Good, sir."

Reino walked into his room, took off his suit and placed it on the back of the chair. While waiting for Maya to bring the file, she chooses to disturb Kanaya by sending a short message.

Today work at the restaurant, honey?

Kanaya

Yes mas. Go home from work to the restaurant.

I anter yes, I will have a job deket your workplace.

Kanaya

Yes mas.

Kanaya put the phone in her pocket after she finished replying to Reino's chat. His feeling of being floated gained so much attention from Reino more than usual. He felt lucky to have Reino even though deep down he still stored the fear of loss that haunted him.

"This is the file, sir."

Maya notices her boss smiling herself at her desk and emboldens herself to ask.

"Sorry, sir. May I ask?"

"Please."

"Hmm.Why do you and Kanaya have a special relationship?"

Reino stopped signing the papers and answered his secretary's question with a smile on his face.

"How do you think?"

"Oh.oke, sir. I-i understand. Congratulations, sir. Kanaya is a good girl. Hope your relationship lasts."

That's beneerr! Finally, Reino got a good couple, too, than Jessica.🤭

"Honey, I'll pick you up tonight." said Reino when he arrived at the restaurant where Kanaya worked.

"Yes, my mom."

"I'm leaving first." said Reino while kissing Kanaya's forehead. For some reason it was now a habit for him to kiss the girl's forehead while parting ways.

Kanaya immediately got out of the car and waved at Reino until the man's car disappeared from view.

Thank you God for meeting me with her, Canaya's mind is happy.

"Day!"

"Eh, sister Bhishma. What's up, brother?"

The bisma gasped for breath as it stopped in front of Kanaya.

"Love, Nay..."

"Why Sinta?"

"He fainted."

Kanaya immediately ran inside towards the cashier table where she was on duty. And sure enough, he saw his senior was drowning on the floor. Some kitchen staff swarmed him.

"Quick lift to the back of the sister." Pinta Kanaya panics while she replaces Sinta's job at the cashier's desk even though her shift has only started in half an hour.

"Sorry, ma'am for the inconvenience. Please what do you want to order?" kanaya asked a customer who had not been served by Sinta.

Luckily Kanaya was quick to respond replacing Sinta's job which suddenly fell unconscious so that customers who came could be served well. The resto manager appreciated Kanaya's proficiency at work.

"Thanks to Nay for your hard work tonight. Even though you work alone at the cashier, you can still handle customers well. Goodjob!!" praise the manager.

"Together, sir. I just do my job." said Kanaya low. He did not mind replacing Sinta who was sick.

"Old tumben, honey?" reino asked as soon as Kanaya got into the car. For about half an hour he waited for Kanaya to come out.

"Yes, sorry? I had been sick so while the burden of my duty increased."

"It's okay, baby. We're going home now?"

"Yes, mas. I'm tired too."

Reino immediately started the car and drove it slowly. The atmosphere tonight was quite cold, Reino covered Kanaya with his jacket so that the girl could rest comfortably during the return trip.

A moment later Reino gave a quick glance towards Kanaya who had fallen asleep.

"I'm amazed at your persistence, Nay. If only you would accept my help, you wouldn't have to work this hard." muttered Reino as she slipped Kanaya's hair into her ears.

Actually Reino did not have the heart to see Kanaya work in two places at once for the sake of financing his family. He must be tired. However, the girl held a strong stance. He did not want to trouble anyone including Reino, even though he knew the man would be happy to help him if he asked.

"Honey.wake up. I'm here." said Reino woke Kanaya up slowly.

"Duh, I overslept. Sorry for that."

"It's okay, baby. I know you're tired."

"I'm going in first, ma'am. Be careful when you go home. No speeding." Kanaya ordered before opening the car door.

"Yes dear. You're resting?"

A gentle peck on the forehead, Reino gave it to Kanaya before heading home.

"Assalamualaikum, dear."

"Wa'alaikumsalam, mas."

Kanaya's coming in. His body feels tired. This day he could not rest at all. Right now, he just wanted to take a bath with warm water and immediately curled up inside the blanket.
