Chapter 73 INVESTIGATION

At a fancy restaurant, Nina had booked a place for dinner with Reino. The warm atmosphere had already been felt since the two of them had entered the place. The dim lights that decorate the ceiling create a romantic impression for visitors who are mostly young couples who are kasmaran. However, apparently Reino himself did not notice it. Since leaving earlier, he was thinking about Kanaya at home.

"Please, your table is on top" said one waitress as Nina showed her a VIP customer card.

Nina and Reino walked together following the maid to the 2nd floor. As soon as he reached a table in the corner of the open room, Reino pulled out a chair and let Nina sit.

"Thanks, Rei."

"What do you want to order, miss?" the waiter handed me a menu book.

"What do you want to eat, Rei?" nina asked Reino who was busy with her phone.

What the hell is he doing? I should be able to distract her, Nina said inwardly.

"It's up to you, Nin." Reino replied briefly. The view does not switch from the phone screen. He was typing something there.

Reino smiled after receiving a reply from Kanaya. A kissy emoticon ended his brief conversation with his wife.

"Oh, yes Rei, the food at this restaurant is delicious. You must be addicted." said Nina deliberately harassed the attention of the man.

Reino put his phone back on the table. He only realized that he had ignored Nina's existence since then.

"really? You come here often?"

"Well, that. I like the atmosphere here. Warm and romantic. Ah, but baby, Rei.." said Nina letting her sentence hang just like that.

"Why is that?"

"I envy them." replied Nina as she unraveled a smile, pointing at the pair of friendly visitors across from them.

Reino only realized that almost all restaurant visitors are young couples. Romantic scenes became a common sight there.

"Then quickly find your soul mate."

Once again Nina smiled. The two brown eyes looked at Reino with intense gazes, making the man feel a little uncomfortable. He knew Nina was trying to get his attention. However, his feelings for Kanaya were stronger than anything. He had fortified his heart since he first came to know Kanaya.

"It's a shame, Rei. The man I want now belongs to someone else" Nina said without further ado.

"Don't say that, Nin. I appreciate you as a friend. Let there be no misunderstanding between us." Reino said in a serious tone. He felt he had to clear the boundaries between them.

"Hey, relax, Rei. I was just kidding. I know my position." I asked Nina to cover up her embarrassment.

A moment later a servant came to bring their order. The two enjoyed each other's dinner barely speaking a word.

I better be careful with what I say. Don't let me make her angry and stay away from me Nina said in her heart.

"Thanks yes, Rei, would like to accompany me to dinner. I'm so happy." Nina said after their dinner.

Reino escorted Nina to her doorstep for courtesy. The woman looked over and smiled at him.

"Together, Nin. I'd better go back to my room. I haven't been able to call my wife this whole day."

"What do you mean, Nin?" reino replied that he did not understand Nina's intention.

What's he talking about? Is he drunk?

"Nina's? Are you drinking?"

Nina laughs. Several times the sound of the clanking of glasses clashed with the table.

"I'm just drinking a little, Rei. I'm not drunk. I'm still sane." said Nina.

"Nin, where are you now? Hello..hello...?" reino repeated when Nina's voice suddenly disappeared.

Reino tries to call back Nina's phone. He was worried that the woman was really drunk.

"Please take care of him. I'll be there soon."

In a hurry Reino changed clothes and then immediately headed for the bar that the person was referring to. And sure enough, he saw Nina was heavily drunk there.

"Sorry sir, you'd better take this lady. He drinks too much." said a bartender behind the bar table.

"thank you. This is for you." said Reino while giving some money as a tip to the bartender.

Reino immediately lifted Nina's body and brought her back to the room.

"You are evil, Rei.." - Nina involuntarily as Reino laid her body on the bed.

Reino covered Nina's body with a blanket. Tucked a little pity in the corner of Reino's heart when he saw the state of the woman he once loved.

"Rei..don't go.." prevent Nina as soon as she realizes Reino is about to leave. He tried to get up but his body staggered and collapsed again. Reino reflexes support Nina's body to avoid falling.

"Rest, Nin. Don't think of anything." Reino's advice was wise.

"No, Rei. I want to be with you tonight." Nina said as she tightly hugged Reino's body.

"Don't be like this, Nin. I still respect you as a friend." replied Reino trying to let go of Nina's hand.

"Again, Rei. Let me be with you tonight."

With a quick gesture Nina kissed Reino's lips, trying to********** voraciously.

"Stop, Nina! You're over the limit!" snapped Reino in a high tone to make Nina flinch.

Nina pecked at where she stood as she saw Reino's two eyeballs gleaming with emotion. He had never seen the man angry.

"Enough, Nin!! Never dare to do something like this again. You need to know, my feelings for you have been gone since you decided to choose that man first. Moreover, now I have Kanaya. He is everything. There is no place for another woman in my heart. Keep it all right!" resolutely Reino before passing left Nina's room in annoyance. He decided to fly back to Jakarta tonight as well.

"Rey! Waitaminute! I-i'm sorry!Aharghhh!! Shit!!! The village woman!! Just look at it later. I'll take Reino from you!" nina yelled annoyed after Reino left her in the room. He could not believe that the man had completely forgotten him.

Calm yourself, Nin. You still have one more chance.

Nina took her phone and called someone.

"How did it go? Are the photos clear?" ask Nina.

"Hmm.good. Send me. I will give you a great reward." Nina said with a triumphant smile.

Wait for Kanaya, I'll give you a surprise.
