Chapter 2: Destiny
Previous story:
Eva and Robert are on vacation. They enter a virtual world with friends 'beach' and 'flower fields', then enjoy their time. While they were in the flower field, they rested on a hill. They relax while looking at the view. At that instant Eva immediately contemplated her future, would she still be able to have fun like this in the future? And Robert immediately asked Eva about her nightmare because he was suspicious of her behavior. On the other hand, Robert paid a visit to the Magic Tower, and the elders intended to welcome the envoys from the academy as well as the kingdom...

I looked at Robert looking at each other and was silent for a few minutes.
"What's up..master?" ask me one more time.
Robert turned his gaze. Start cupping his head over his arms and lie down while looking at the sky. "Eva, have you ever had a bad dream?"
"...."
"Dreams about the future, have you ever experienced it?"
I'm surprised!
How could Robert ask me something like this? I remember what I will experience in the future. Isn't this bad?
"Of course." I said lirh.
"Everybody has had nightmares" I said ambiguously.
Robert looked at Eva to notice her expression, then he frowned. Feeling suspicious.
'Did the nightmare I had have anything to do with Eva? So Eva's dark magic made me experience it too?'
"What dream?"
"?"
"What are you dreaming about?"
"Ahh.I dream a lot of masters.I dream of being a vagabond, I have no money. Then I also dream of hunger" I replied erratically.
"Hehehe...Isn't the sky a beautiful master?" I said try to divert the conversation.
"...." - ".Robert remained silent.
"Then, I'll tell you my dream" said Robert suddenly, which jolted my mind.
He looked at me "because you won't answer..."
"...."
"I dreamt of the life I lived. From my childhood to my adult death. At first the dream passed as usual. I grew up in a magic tower, studied and became your teacher. But that all changed when I started growing up. I ran away from the magic tower to avoid power struggles and became a teacher in the academy. At the academy I found a very attractive girl, and I fell in love with her. Unfortunately the girl's face was blurred, so I didn't see it clearly. I saw you too Eva, but Eva in my dreams wasn't the Eva I knew. Well, your attitude is the same, nimble, outspoken and arrogant. But the Eva I knew in my dream was more impressed as a selfish girl and had no mastery of magic at all. Unlike you who are now very enthusiastic to learn. The Eva I knew was very interested in power and luxury. Even underestimated the people around him because of the high level of nobility. That's what makes me not like it."

Robert looked at me again.
"Isn't that..awful...?" he said with a smile. "The dream was a bit different from what I experienced. But I really don't know why I can dream like that"

I'm really shocked. I was so shocked this time. Robert's dream is a storyline in a novel.
But I really didn't know Robert also fared tragically in the story. He was killed by his own father. The novel ends when Denis and Reina live happily, becoming the new king and queen. So, the story of the other side characters is not told at all.
How could Robert dream of the events in the novel?
I looked at Robert.
"Masterr.." call me shrewd. "What if something in the dream really happened?" manyu timid.
"No!" rebut Robert outright. "This event will not happen. Even if that happens, I won't let it!" firmly answer.
I gave myself another question. "What if it's destiny?"
"I'll fight him!" robert replied firmly. "I don't care if it's destiny or anything. I'm not gonna let that happen!"
Robert got up suddenly and immediately hugged me.
"I will never ignore you, hate you and even put you in danger. I will also never become weak and make me die in a miserable state" he said softly
I was shocked to hear Robert's words. Unconsciously my body shook.
You know, at first I was just using Robert. Being close to her, being spoiled, and teasing her to get her interested in me. So that he can protect me. But, after hearing Robert's earnest words, I felt guilty. I was moved that Robert would really protect me and not let me be in danger like in the novel. But, using his kindness like this...Am I not too evil?
As I contemplated my actions, unconsciously my tears came out and I cried. "I'm sorry.me..."
Robert's confused. Why did the girl in his arms suddenly cry? He didn't scold her or say rude things to her!
"Why apologize?"
"I've used your kindness, master...."
The puft! Robert held his laughter. She let go of his embrace and gently stroked Eva's head.
"Basic boy..."
"But I'm still confused. Why do you dream like this?" said Robert.
"Eh?" i jerked.
Robert already knows that his nightmares are related to me? Wh why? I didn't tell him, did I?
Seeing Eva's confused face, Robert laughed.
"Hahaha, you're such a bad liar~" Robert sneered in a mischievous tone.
"Oh!" I snatched a frown.
"So why can?" ask Robert again.
"I read a horrible story book, then accidentally dreamed of it and imagined it if it happened to me" I said evasively.
I couldn't have told Robert that I saw everything in the novel. That's a really ridiculous answer! I can't possibly say that I see the future. It would be even more ridiculous!
Robert clenched his forehead in disbelief. He knew Robert was hiding something. But he gave up asking again because Eva didn't want to tell him.
"Masterrr....Come back" take me.
I didn't lie this time. I'm really hungry! I want to eat meat.....
"All right..."
They are also out of the virtual world. Robert took Eva somewhere.
"Where are we going?"
"We're going to the dining room. Didn't you say you were hungry?"
Oh? turns out there's a canteen, uh no, a place to eat in the magic tower huh...

Robert led me to the dining room. As we passed through a courtyard in front of the dining room, we saw the magic tower disciples forming a circle and were crowding something. I glanced at the crowd, and saw the tip of the heads of several elders amidst the crowd. I was curious, and moved forward through the crowd. Then I found a familiar figure in the center of the crowd.
At that moment, our eyes immediately looked.
"Eva?"
"Denis.." I said in shock. "Eh, no, crown prince. What are you doing here?"
