I Reincarnated as a Wicked Girl

I Reincarnated as a Wicked Girl
Chapter 3. Shopping With Vivian

Previous Story:

Eva decides not to think about the bad events at the tea party. Over time he forgets his conflict with Denis, and focuses on his homework.

He wanted to conduct a magic experiment with element paper. Unfortunately, the dormitory became an unsuitable place to practice magic. Because Eva was afraid she'd start a mess.

Then rumors spread that in the western forest, there was a magical beast rampaging. Eva is interested. He rushed to the forest and found that the destroyed place was suitable for him to practice magic. He began to train all the elements he had and make the place more destroyed.

Finally the villagers came because of the commotion made by him. And because of that incident. The western forest is called "dangerous forest" because of the high-class magical beasts rampaging there. Making the forest creepy and rarely visited by residents.

Three days have passed. I've finished the homework from teacher Wilson. I still need to wait three more days until the exam. Then you can go on to the next lesson. Haa~ is very boring....

I rolled around in my bed because I was bored. I did nothing but sleep in the dorm. I visited the library several times to read books. I still spend more time sleeping! I was so envious when I saw my classmates training every day in the field.

Turns out to be too strong it's troublesome~

"You're really not practicing?" vivian asked as he arranged some books on his bed. It seemed that he was focused on drawing the magic formation.

"I've been practicing" I replied tired as I turned down. I chopped my chin with my palm.

I meditated and learned some new magic. Of course I'm practicing okay. But of course I only answer this in my heart.

"It's boring~ Aren't you bored?" I asked while glancing. He was too serious about that formation strand. This girl even spent longer in bed than me!

Vivian shakes. "I used to be very curious about magic formations. My father was very good at magic formations. When I was a kid I used to play in his study and..." Suddenly he stopped his words. And his face immediately turned sad.

In a split second, Vivian recalled the memories of her childhood with her father, Marquis Zent. And those memories are so much fun. Makes him always think, why is his relationship with his father so bad?

"Let's take a walk~" I tried to divert the conversation when I saw his sad face. "Let's shop. As long as I entered the academy, I had never gone shopping. It would be nice if we both went!" invite me enthusiastically while wiggling my legs, happy.

"I don't like to shop" Vivian replied .

Hearing her reply, my smile instantly disappeared quickly and my face turned sad.

Hah~ Vivian sighs.

"alright. I will accompany you" he said as he closed the book in front of him. Seeing Eva's disappointed face moved her heart in an instant.

My eyes immediately sparkled when I heard his answer. "I want to go to the market! I want to buy some snacks too!" I said enthusiastically. "Do you have four recommendations for shopping?" I asked because I know Vivian knows more about the capital, because she lived here as a child.

"I know some unique places and places with famous food" Vivian said while thinking.

A TAP! I immediately stood up swiftly.

"What are you waiting for, come on!!" I said enthusiastically while pulling his hand.

"Ehhh?? Now??"

I did not respond to Vivian and SHUUU's questions at all!! He flew out of the dorm quickly.

"How's it?" vivian asked as he observed Eva's expression. He was carrying in one of the famous clothing stores. The clothes sold in this store have an elegant and luxurious design. This clothing store was also famous among nobles and empires. And more importantly, it's the queen's dress shop!

As Vivian walked with the noble girls, they were very happy to visit here. So he thought Eva, who was a high ranking noble, liked things like this as well. But the assumption is wrong! The girl in front of him looked displeased and her expression pouted.

"Come on" I said as I walked out of the store. I'm not interested in a dress shop at all! Isn't there anything as interesting as in the Magic Tower? Ahh.I miss the Magic Tower. I miss grandpa. I miss the stupid master I've never seen his nose stick in a while.

"You don't like it"

I'm nodding. "Is there no attractive shop? I mean a unique shop and the like? I honestly don't like luxury. Seeing those flashes made my eyes hurt" I said scowling.

Vivian slightly flinched hearing her answer. This friend is so hard! She's not a normal noble girl. He did not like the things that noble girls usually liked. 'So where should I take him?' thought Vivian was in a daze. He knew of some famous places among the nobles. Shirt store, jewelry store, cosmetic store, bag shop, and hairpin shop. He also knows some fancy and delicious food. But this girl doesn't like things like this!

Note: except good food. Eva would love it!

"Hum...." Vivian tried to remember while puffing her cheeks. He sorted through the memories in his brain and thought hard.

'She's so cute' I'm shrieking in my heart. Though he has the face of a mature girl with sharp eyes. I didn't think he could be this big.

"AH! I know!" said later. "Come on" she immediately pulled Eva's hand. "I'm sure you must like this place" he said confidently.

Vivian pulled me and led me through some small streets. We arrived at a very unique shop. The shop was not made of brick like the existing building structures in the capital. It is made of tree trunks. And I saw some parasite creeps still hanging on the shop wall.

'Hmmm.this feels nostalgic' This shop reminds me of the witch grandmother shop in the Magic Tower. Although the aura produced by the two shops was different. This shop had absolutely no dark aura and was filled with life aura. Smells good too. Like the smell of the woods.

Vivian started pulling me in.

And when we entered, I was immediately presented with an amazing view.

"This...shop of magic tools...?" I muttered in amazement. I saw there were a lot of shelves. And on each shelf displayed several diverse items. There's a special shelf of spell books. Special rack magic tool. Special rack food and magic potion. These were all similar to the ones in the Magic Tower. Although not as good as in the Magic Tower, I was quite amazed that on the small street of the capital there was a shop like this.

"Yes" Vivian nodded. "This shop is not very famous among the nobility. But I heard rumors that the famous royal witch often visited here."

Vivian put her lips to my ear and whispered. "You must be surprised. I heard this is the principal's shop.."

My eyes are shocked. Oh? The head sekola's shop?

Uwah!! Then the goods sold must be great, right?

"Sorry ladies. Can anyone help?" one of the shopkeepers approached us.

I was a little surprised when I saw him. "The dwarves...?" I was confused unintentionally.

"ah! I'm sorry!" I said panic.

The dwarf just smiled. "It's okay, miss. Everyone who sees me always makes a surprised face" he said happily.

"What do you want to find?" friendly tanya.

Uhh..

I don't know what to look for yet. I really haven't devised a plan to buy things at a store like this.

"I'll look around first okay?"

The dwarf raised his hand and allowed us to go around.

"If you have any questions, you can ask me"

"All right"

The dwarf resigned himself and returned to the cashier's table. I really didn't know the dwarf was at the table by the door. As he sat down, he was completely invisible because his body was too short.

Books huh? I guess looking for some spell books isn't bad either.

I followed Vivian to the bookshelf and began to look one by one at the spell books on display. There were different types of advanced spells and there were even high-level spells! I didn't expect this shop to also sell high-level spells. From what I heard high-level spells are not sold, only available when you study at the academy or become a student of the Magic Tower. All this proves, that the true possibility of the owner of this store is the principal of the academy.

Without a second thought, I picked up a few high-level spell books from various elements. And stack it into a few piles.

'This book must be expensive, right?' I was thinking doubtfully. A rare book like this must be expensive! I'm afraid I don't bring enough money.

I glanced at the cashier's desk and took some of the books there.

"Excuse me. I can ask you how much the book is worth?"

The dwarf just smiled.

"We don't sell it"

ZOE! I immediately looked in shock. Not sold? Then why are you putting that thing in there!!

I really wanted to scream, but I tried to control my emotions. Are these dwarves playing tricks on me?

"Don't get angry first" said the dwarf amusedly as he looked at Eva's face that was flushed red. "Specifically this book we don't sell it for money or anything. But you can copy the contents of the book with a recording magic tool. The payment is only by manamu"

"Aah!" this is so weird. I know enough that recording the contents of the book is prevalent. But paying with mana is pretty weird.

"Pay with where?"

The dwarf nodded and took out a large box. I was quite surprised that such a small body could lift a box that was twice the size of him. He lifted the big box out of the dimensional space.

"Look at the paramater" he said as he pointed to some numbers. "One book, five saxes" he said. "Miss only needs to send the lady mana into this box until the parameter is five sax. Just put your lady's hand on the crystal down. But there are rules. Miss can only copy the contents of the book if where miss is enough. If it's not enough the lady can come back later to copy the other book" the dwarf explained.

"No need" I said directly. I'm pretty confident in my manpower even though I don't know how big.

I started holding the crystal in the box and glanced at the book I had chosen. I picked ten spell books. That's fifty sax, right?

I started circulating mana and the parameter lights started to glow. I kept pouring mana and the lights kept shining up. After a few minutes it finally came to the fifty sax. Ah~ I sighed. I didn't expect this to be exhausting enough. These fifty saxes actually consumed nearly a quarter of the mana in my body!

"Umm.do I copy it"

"...."

The dwarf did not answer. He stood in his place. And her eyes widened to look at Eva.

'How is it possible?' thought the dwarf didn't believe it.

'Just now...just now..This girl spent fifty sax mana and she did not faint at all or get exhausted? Isn't she just a noble girl? How is that possible?'

The dwarf's little body began to tremble in fear. 'Is this girl a monster in disguise?' thought the dwarf with sweat pouring down his forehead.

"Haloo!! Hey!!" I tried to wave my hand because the dwarf just stayed in his place. Why is this little guy so weird. Is she constipated and want to go to the bathroom?

"I.iya miss.." replied the dwarf stammering.

I still look at him confused. But I didn't think about it anymore and carried a pile of spell books beside me. I started to pull out magic tools to record. It took a few minutes until all the spell books were recorded. When I finished, I put it back on the shelf.

Then I started venturing into the other shelves. I found some unique magic tools as well as healing potions. Of course I bought it right away!

When I came to the cashier's table. The dwarf started saying that I should pay him where else. Whahuh? This shop is so weird. He really does not use money as a means of transaction, but mana. Weird, really weird.

Vivian also finished picking out a few formation books. And of course Vivian's case is the same as mine. He had to copy the formation book with a recording device and had to pay for it with mana.

After we finished shopping. Vivian and I started leaving the place.

"Thank you" we both smiled at the little dwarf.

The dwarf just waved his hand with a smile as well.

The dwarf continued to look at the two girls in front of him until the two girls opened the door and disappeared.

"It's scary" he said in horror as he wiped the sweat on his forehead with his hands. "I have to tell the master. How could a monstrous existence hide in a small place like this" he said while shaking his head. "And again it's just a little girl...."

***

"Ah, I'm tired." said Vivian sadly. "That shop really drained my magic"

"This shop is weird. Is the pay rule like that?" I asked while frowning.

Vivian nodded. "But not always. Sometimes some small items can still be bought with money."

"But that's not fair. If you want a lot of stuff, you can die because your mana is drained to dry."

"For what did they collect mana? The payment by which this is really unique..."

"I heard rumors.but these are just rumors." said Vivian, looking at her right and left. "I'm with them gathering mana to make magic tools. A magic tool that could annihilate a single country" he said in a whispering tone.

I shudder in horror.

"If it really happened. Isn't that awful." I said goosebumps.

"Come on, this is just an okay rumor" Vivian said pouting.

"Because we've bought the things we want and are exhausted. It's time to recharge, though,. Come time to eat" said Vivian Glad.

I saw Vivian who was smiling happily and walking cheerfully. Looks like he found some good books. That's why his feelings can be so happy.

"Cute girl" I muttered.

I'm confused as to why a girl like this could be the antagonist shop in a novel.
