Chapter 6 Secrets of Vivian 2

Vivian returned to Marquis Zent's mansion to pack up all her belongings. But who would have thought he would discover such an unexpected event.
He accidentally heard that his father, Marquis Zent was plotting something evil on Duke Court along with the person in a suspicious black robe.

In a small alley in the capital, there was a little girl sitting limp. Breathing gasps. His hair was messy and his face paled.
She was Vivian who managed to escape death after hearing something very shocking.
Vivian felt grateful to the artifact given by Eva. The artifact reacted quickly to make a shield and teleport his body away from the scene.
He was randomly teleported and had no idea where he was right now. Vivian had not even been able to recover her fear of observing the situation around.
She saw her dress skirt that was hit by the attack. Though only scratched a little, but slowly the dress began to blacken like burning.
"Poisons.." muttered Vivian with quivering lips.
He quickly tore the cloth that was exposed to the poison so as not to scatter in his body. He also took out the antidote potion from his dimension space and drank it. He knew the poison didn't hit him, but he was still frightened. That's why he's taking precautions.
It took about half an hour for Vivian to calm her mind. Once he started to be able to think clearly and stand up. Vivian was determined to head straight for Eva's residence.
He ran small from the small alley towards the main road. The atmosphere was very quiet and silent because the day had passed from midnight. Everyone had already stopped their activities so that everything was completely deserted.
Vivian stopped her steps. He came back terrified from that baseless loneliness. To be honest Vivian has never traveled alone in a capital like this. At least there will be a horse carriage and also the warden accompanying him.
But his chariot was left behind at the Marquis residence and he did not dare to go back there.
The streets of the capital felt scary to him. The road leading to the duke's mansion was still very far away and was impossible to do on foot. Vivian can't fly either. He had yet to learn that magic because his mana strength was still not enough.

Suddenly there was a sound of feet behind his back.
Vivian froze with wide eyes. His body shook again. He thought the black robe had managed to catch up to him. He was completely frightened and could not even move his body.
He slowly felt a cold hand touch his shoulder.
"Yeah!" he involuntarily shouted while crouching to protect himself. He really thought he was going to die this time.
"What are you doing?" someone suddenly asked him. I don't know why Vivian felt that voice was so familiar.
Vivian dared to turn her head and she saw two men. One of them was someone he knew. That person is Crown Prince Denis and his bodyguard.
Denis had just finished his duty to watch over the capital at night. Then he saw a frightened girl in the middle of the road with a trembling body. He thinks there's a crime going on in this place. But he found no one present on this street except the girl.
So Denis approached the foreign girl and rebuked her. And Denis felt the girl was very familiar. She is a noble girl who is often seen with Eva. And also the daughter of Marquis Zent whom he had seen as a child.
"What are you doing here?" Denis asked again for the second time. Of course she was confused as it was impossible for a noble girl to be alone in the middle of the road. He doesn't even travel in his car.
"Aren't you supposed to be in the dorm right now? Are you staying at your mansion?"
ask Denis again.
"I left the marquis Zent's residence. And forget my horse carriage. So I want to go back to the dormitory now" Vivian replied.
He could have asked Denis for help to take him to Duke Court's residence. But he doubted that thought. He also suspects Denis, though he knows Denis may not know anything. Vivian just wanted to keep her guard up and keep herself safe. However, Vivian knew that Marquis Zent was the right hand of the king.
"I'll drive you back" Denis offered to help out all of a sudden.
Vivian's face turned red and she looked down embarrassed. "Not necessarily your highness.I can go back alone"
But Denis doesn't care what he says. He used his magic to fly Vivian back to the academy.
Vivian gawked and shouted as her body floated, then darted quickly. In an instant the girl had already arrived in front of the academy's gate.
Denis frowned suspiciously as he sent Vivian back. He felt something was not right.
"Investigate the residence of Marquis Zent" he ordered.
Jensen frowned confusedly. But he still obeyed. "Your Majesty. Then what about his training?"
"Snooze that till we get the results of the investigation"
Then the two people disappeared in place as if fused with the darkness of the night.

Vivian returned safely to the academy. He headed straight for his dorm quickly because he felt insecure. He only felt safe when he touched his room because he knew that the academy would never let outsiders come inside. They also have their own defense system.

Vivian closed the door of her room with a stupefied sloth as she ran along the courtyard to head to her dormitory.
After her breathing returned to normal, Vivian intended to contact Eva using telepathy. He felt stupid for not thinking this way first. But it was still futile because Eva rejected the telepathic signal from him.
"Maybe he's asleep. I'll see her tomorrow morning." muttered Vivian while nibbling her thumb. He thinks he won't be able to sleep tonight.
