Chapter 6 Magic Gun

Ren meets Eva because he wants the girl to help him in his strange research. Eva agrees because she wants to ask Ren about the whereabouts of her grandmother, Emerta. There was a silent conflict between Sayn and Ren before they left, but it was not very important.
Eva and Ren head to the tree house. There Ren gave soda drinks the results of his research. She also teases Eva with some men who are close to her. But Eva continues to deny her relationship so the atmosphere between them becomes very awkward.

"I want to show you something" Ren broke the silence of their awkward atmosphere. He stood up and picked up a strange item. Then give it to Eva.
"See this"
I immediately gawked in surprise when I saw the item Ren had shown me. "It's a gun!" I said excitedly while holding her enthusiastically.
"Try using that. Let go of your magic" Robert said with a smile.
"How do I use it?" I asked while tilting my head in confusion.
"Just let go of your magic" Ren replied ambiguously.
"Any magic?"
"Yes"
So, I unleashed my fire magic mana and DOR! Suddenly a fire bullet came out of the gun. The bullet was thrown quickly out the window, piercing through the tree trunk and DASH! The tree was burning!
It's shocking! We don't need to use high-level spells to make powerful attacks! Very effective!
"Try with your other magic" Ren ordered.
"It's so amazing. If I use this thing, I can attack from a distance!" I say amazed.
Seeing Eva's over-exciting expression, Ren smiled slightly. Somehow he also felt happy when he saw his expression.
"You can have that magic weapon" Ren said later.
"Eh?"
"You can have it. I'll give it to you. You were the first to get a magic weapon from me" Ren explained with a hint of pride in his voice.
"Are you really going to give this to me?" I blinked in disbelief. Unconsciously I felt a little happy to hear that statement.
"of course. There was a first experiment. The first attempt will always be the worst. So it doesn't matter" Ren said later.
Okay. My pleasure disappeared in an instant.
"And did I not make you an experimental man. So I need you to try the gun's security. Could it be that the magic tool will explode or be damaged? We never knew it" she continued with a pouting face.
Eva's expression changed immediately. The small smile on his lips instantly disappeared. He looked at Ren with a pouting face but he did not say anything. It was as if he was cursing Ren in his heart.
'Basic old man jerk!' of course Eva cursed in her heart. And he kept repeating it until he was satisfied.
Ren observed the change in Eva's expression. He thinks it's very funny. The little girl laughed earlier, then suddenly her face turned sullen in an instant. It makes her feel entertained. And subconsciously, he chuckled because of the little girl's behavior.
Eva who realized that she was laughing could only curse in silence. He continued cursing Ren while staring at him with glaring eyes.
I shouldn't have trusted his words. It's really embarrassing to smile like that when you know you're misunderstanding. But still I felt very sad when he declared I was just a human being. My presence is really not that important...
