I Reincarnated as a Wicked Girl
Chapter 6 The Elf Conflict

Previous story:

Their final destination was Fram House. They found the house with the help of Rexus' nose. Fram turned out to be an elf nobleman. This news was quite shocking for Eva. He did not expect that Fram was the son of a prime minister.

Fram didn't really want that legacy. She runs away from home desperate for her inheritance. He wanted to be an adventurer.

Eva unknowingly gives Fram a strange idea, which is to pretend to be dead to avoid inheritance rights. And Fram actually did that stupid idea, making Ren very dizzy.

We were in the Elf Palace for three days. Diana has also spent time with Emerta every day. On the fourth day, Diana decided to return. He couldn't stay any longer because Evan was so vulnerable.

But Rexus and I will stay longer because we have another goal: to meet the old Dragon.

Today is the day of farewell. I, Emerta, Ren, Diana, Rexus, Fram looked at Diana who was standing in the magic circle with Evan.

"Eva, don't act recklessly here" Diana warned.

"Em" I nodded obediently. I will act carefully.

"Mother, see you later" Diana looked at Emerta with melancholy eyes.

Emerta hugged him. This is their last hug before Emerta visits. "Take care of yourself and be careful" Emerta patted gently on his daughter's shoulder. Then he took off his embrace.

"of course. Mom too. Take care of yourself and be careful" Diana said.

"Fram and Rexus, I will wait for you guys to return" Diana said with a smile.

Fram and Rexus nodded small.

Ren poured a drop of his blood on the magic circle. A dazzling light emerged from the magic circle enveloping Diana's entire body.

"Ren, take care of them" this was Diana's last words before the figure finally disappeared.

"Of course" Ren replied. Diana was no longer there.

Today we will meet the old dragon. Ren has given us permission. But he couldn't come because he had to clear up some things in the palace, including the conflict between elves that had happened lately. So Fram will take us.

"Give this to Damian. He wouldn't attack you if he saw her" Ren gave me a green crystal ball the size of a marble.

"Who is Damian?"

"The dragon"

"Oh"

I nodded in understanding and placed the crystal ball carefully into my shirt pocket.

We finally started our journey.

"Is the place far away?" I asked Fram with a curious look.

"Far enough" Fram replied unconvinced. "Maybe if we fly it will be much closer" he replied again after thinking for a while.

We also used flying magic when we set foot out of the palace. I felt very strange when I saw the elf village from above. Because after coming out of the barrier, I didn't see anything below. There are only trees because this place is a forest. It was as if a barrier was covering the entire village. It reminds me of Ren's tree house.

We crossed the forest with flying magic. I enjoyed seeing the view below us.

"Are there no magical beasts in this forest?" I asked Fram.

"Of course there is. That was why the residence of the elves was very difficult to reach by ordinary people, because the journey to get here was very difficult. You need to get through some strong animals. Not to mention the street criminals" Fram explained in a complaining tone. It was as if he had had had had this kind of experience before.

I'm sure he must have experienced something like that while running away.

"Because we still have a lot of time. I'll show you something interesting" Fram said suddenly. Excitedly he flew higher.

I followed her. But Rexus who was inside the rattan bag complained. "It's very disturbing" he cursed as his bag swayed under the pressure of the wind.

I ignored him and continued to follow Fram. We flew quite this. This is the first time I have flown this high. Honestly, this consumes a lot of mana. That's not a problem for me. But for normal witches, they wouldn't be able to do it.

I saw Fram. I was a little amazed at him. It turned out that the little boy was quite strong and skilled. The result of training his hundred years of life was not in vain as it turned out. I can't imagine how powerful Ren yamg has been through training for thousands of years.

From this I realized, that the strength of the elf race was truly above that of humans. Their longevity is a very determining factor. They could train longer and cultivate their strength. Honestly, I'm a little jealous of that. If only I had a long time to train.

But the gods are fair. Although they live long, they are very difficult to get offspring. They had difficulty multiplying their race. That was why young elves like Fram were highly valued in this place.

Fram stopped after he felt a suitable spot.

"Look over there" Fram pointed down.

My visibility became wider after flying higher. But I don't understand what Fram wants to show me.

"What ? I didn't see anything" I replied scowling.

"Look at the yellow line over there" Fram said again.

"That yellow line restricts the territory of the elf race" Fram looked at me with an innocent expression. "The yellow stripes are formed because they color the tree yellow. I think this part sounds really funny. But knowing the border in the elf forest was important" he sighed before explaining again. "There are only two races that have a large territory in this forest. They had a race of dark and light elves. The left side was the dark elf territory. The right side was the elf region of light" she indicated her location.

I nodded in understanding.

"Don't get lost in the future okay"

"Not going"

"Then at the end of the forest. Right at the border between the dark and light elf region, there was a huge cave. It was the dragon's abode" Fram added.

I nodded in understanding. Then it was very natural that the dragon was angry when there was a conflict between the two elf races. He lives right on the border of their territory.

"Alright, done. Let's continue our journey forward" Fram added.

He's driving us. I felt weird when I saw Fram's little back guiding us. It was as if I was hanging myself on a six-year-old boy instead of a hundred-year-old elf.

The trip only took fifteen minutes before finally arriving at the destination.

None of us were exhausted after using flying magic for long enough. Fram is pretty amazing. I wonder how strong this little elf is. I've never seen his power at all.

The large cave in front of us was very striking. Even the front of the cave is decorated with crystals, making it look luxurious. I think that this old dragon really likes shiny things.

We also entered. As we entered, a natural grass carpet greeted us. These grasses look very soft. No grass is too long as these grasses are cared for every day well

The walls of the cave even have ornaments. Does this old dragon like artwork? I could also see magic lights neatly lined up on the cave walls.

We continued to enter until I could finally see clearly the dragon. The dragon is huge. Almost as tall as the palace. His body was curled up like a cat now and his eyes were closed. Yes, he was soundly asleep in the glowing grass bearing underneath.

"Damians..." Fram suddenly exclaimed.

Rexus jumped out of the rattan bag enthusiastically.

The dragon also opened his eyelids slowly.

Ren is very busy with his work. Ever since she came back she had to hear a pile of problems that made her dizzy.

Ren didn't want to think too complicated. He just wanted to destroy all the sources of his problems. But if he did that wouldn't he really be stamped as the evil king ?

Ren has killed a lot of people. But that doesn't mean he's bloodthirsty. He only killed the people he wanted to kill. He doesn't want to kill everyone. Including his own race.

Lately the conflict between the elf races has been surging. All this happened because of the territory. The other party wanted greater territory and declared war with the other races.

The race that became the first victim was the leaf elves. The race cannot fight and is always peace-loving. But now the peace-loving race was joined by the light elves.

Ren had no idea how the Light Elves had acquired the territory of the leaf elves without taking a single life away. It was as if they were benevolent elves. But they are good.

Finally, the most feared conflict took place. Dark elves and light elves started fighting each other the moment they met. As if they were mortal enemies.

Ren even heard some of them were injured. The other party is demanding accountability.

"You guys hurt our friend" that was the reply from the king of the light elves, Vien, when he got a telepathic signal from Ren.

Vien is the same age as Ren. They were rivals as children. But unfortunately their fate is slightly different, even though both are kings. Yes, Vien is married and has a very beautiful daughter. It aroused envy in Ren's heart.

"You also hurt our people" Ren replied coldly.

Actually they hurt each other. There's nothing to blame here. It's just that no one wants to give up.

Vien is compensating. Ren also demanded compensation. This continued because no one wanted to give up. Eventually, they cut off each other's telepathy.

"Are we going to war, Your Majesty?" ask Drian enthusiastically. Most of the dark elves were so crazy about fighting. Peaceful life is not suitable for them. Drian had long since held back her itchy hands to plunge into battle.

"No. We'll wait a little while" Yeah, Ren will wait for Vien's response. If they don't find any agreement, Ren will declare war. He wanted this conflict to be quickly completed so that he could continue his valuable research. After all for Ren, it wasn't difficult to kill Vien. But it was a pity to have to kill such a good person.

A few hours passed, Ren was still busy with some conflict resolution documents that occurred. But he suddenly got some shocking news from Vien.

"Your men have hurt my daughter" Vien's voice was cold as ice.

Ren freezes. He did not expect that there would be anyone who would dare to injure Vien's daughter. Even if they are in conflict, that is impossible.

"Who dares to do it?" ask Ren again.

"A human girl and a little elf" for some reason while saying this, Vien's tone of voice was slightly mocking.

Ren flinched. He recognized them. They were Eva and Fram who had just died in the palace a few hours ago. They had just left for a while, but how had they already made trouble like this?

Ren held his dizzy head.

"So what compensation do you want, right?" Ren surrendered. But if Vien wanted such an unreasonable thing like his territory or throne, he would declare war to the light elves without a doubt.

"Wedding..." Vien replied in a soft tone. "My daughter's wedding..."
