Zaya was stunned to read a piece of document that was currently in her hands. His forehead was slightly wrinkled from confusion. This afternoon, Dean's Assistant and Aaron's Legal Officer brought in some asset ownership documents and handed them over to Zaya.

A luxury house, plantation land, apartment located in the city center and a fantastic amount of money. All that they claim has changed ownership into Zaya's.

Zaya is confused. He did not ask Aaron for compensation for his divorce. Zaya didn't even mention child custody when they divorced the other day. Zaya has really taken everything off. He doesn't want anything from Aaron. Then why did Aaron give him all this now? Does Aaron feel that Zaya will starve to death after divorcing him?

"All this now belongs to the Madam. Madam just signed it here." Aaron's Legal Powers show Zaya a place to sign.

Zaya looked at the middle-aged man, then turned to look at Assistant Dean.

"I didn't ask for any of this." Zaya finally opened her voice.

He sighed, then thrust back the files before Aaron's Law Power.

"But Mr. Aaron still gave it to the Madam as divorce compensation. I'm only in charge of delivering it, madam. If you don't want to accept it, you can return it yourself to Mr. Aaron." replied Aaron Law Enforcement.

"This is Mr. Aaron's goodwill, ma'am. Better take it." Dean's assistant chimed in too.

Zaya was silent for a long time to falter. Then he took a breath back.

"All right." he muttered later.

He also grabbed the pen that had been proffered from Aaron's Law Power and affixed his signature to the place that had been directed before.

"It."

Zaya handed the documents back to Aaron's Legal Authority.

The middle-aged man then restores the files, then reinserts some of them into his briefcase. Some of it was handed over to Zaya.

"Thank you for the cooperation, madam. Excuse me first." pamitnya later.

The lawyer left Zaya without Assistant Dean.

Dean's assistant was still sitting in his seat and showed no sign of leaving. There was something he wanted to say to Zaya.

"Madam, I also want to convey something" he said later.

"So before coming here, I had a chance to meet with Young Master Albern. Young Master asked me to give this to Madam." Dean's assistant pulled something out from behind his suit.

Zaya accepted it as she looked at Assistant Dean questioningly.

"It was a painting made by the Young Master, Madam. The Young Master took the painting race at his school and became a champion" Dean explained.

Zaya stared at the painting with an inexplicable feeling.

"He wants to give it to me?" ask Zaya reassuringly.

Assistant Dean nodded.

"Truly "answer.

Zaya was stunned for a moment. He was deeply moved to receive this gift from his son. He slowly wiped the painting with a warm feeling. Zaya is happy to know that Albern still remembers her and considers her to be a mother.

"Thank you, Assistant Dean." Zaya finally said.

Assistant Dean nodded in agreement.

"I'll excuse you then, madam." Assistant Dean excuse me for stepping down.

But Zaya hurriedly held him back.

"Wait a minute, Assistant Dean." Zaya asked.

Dean's assistant sat down again.

"May I ask Assistant Dean for help?" ask Zaya later.

"What help, ma'am?" ask Assistant Dean.

"I want Assistant Dean to help me transfer all these ownership documents to Albern's name" Zaya said.

"I don't need any of this, Assistant Dean. I want to give it to Albern alone." added Zaya again.

Dean's assistant looked confused and thought a little.

"Young Master already has everything, Madam. What Mr. Aaron has, one day it will all belong to the Young Master. The madam didn't need to do any of that." Assistant Dean replied at last.

Zaya smiled.

"I know." he muttered.

"Since he was born, I've never given anything to Albern. I didn't have much of a chance to show him my affection. Now that we are far apart, I want to give something to him, although this is also not the result of my own hard work. I just want her to remember me as her mother. Which mother never gives her child anything?"

Zaya sighed with a somewhat laughable look.

Dean's assistant seemed to digest Zaya's words.

"So, please help me just this once, Assistant Dean. I beg you." persuade Zaya again.

It was obvious that Assistant Dean was very sympathetic towards Zaya. But he also did not want to do something that could provoke Aaron's anger. If Aaron finds out Zaya didn't accept the gift, his master will be angry, right?

"I can't, Madam." Rejected Assistant Dean with a sorry look.

"I beg you, Assistant Dean."

Dean's assistant was silent and sighed.

"I already have a place to live and work, although not too big. But at least I can support myself. If I accept all of Aaron's gifts, I can never escape Aaron's shadow. I will always feel indebted to him. I don't want to be entangled in a miserable state my whole life, Assistant Dean." Zaya said slowly and sounded rather sad.

"Please help me. I'm no longer Aaron's wife, so I can't take any more gifts from him. On the other hand I also want to give something to Albern as a sign of separation. I don't want him to forget me. So there's no harm in me giving all this to Albern, is there?"

Zaya kept trying to persuade Assistant Dean.

Dean's assistant seemed to be thinking for a bit longer. He was eager to ignore Zaya's request, but on the other hand he also wanted to help his former Master's wife. Dean's assistant knows how Zaya's life has been with Aaron. Of course he felt concerned and sympathetic. But to help Zaya shift the assets Aaron gave to Albern, Dean's assistant had no idea what would happen to him if Aaron heard about it later.

"Aaron doesn't need to know this, just between the two of us." said Zaya as if knowing the anxiety of Assistant Dean.

Assistant Dean's eyes were rounded. He was surprised by what he heard. He had no idea how his Master's ex-wife had become so brave now.

"Aaron wouldn't have known if no one had told him. It'll be both of us' secrets. So you don't have to worry, Assistant Dean." added Zaya again.

Dean's assistant swallowed his saliva.

Finally, after Zaya's unrelenting persuasion, he agrees to help Zaya transfer Aaron's assets into his own. Along with that he also felt worried about his own fate in the future. But Assistant Dean comforted himself believing everything would be fine.

After finishing everything, Zaya chose not to return to her cafe. He went straight home to rest. Persuading Assistant Dean earlier was enough to make him lose energy.

Zaya is relieved that she does not need to accept the gift from Aaron. Not without reason Zaya did that. While he really wanted to give Albern something, he also did not want to be involved with Aaron anymore.

Zaya wants to start her new life without Aaron's shadow. His school that has been operating with the money from Aaron has now used his own personal money.

Although not denied if the cafe was established using money given Aaron as well, but at least Zaya worked hard to develop the cafe until it became what it is today. So it could be said if the cafe was the result of his labor.

Zaya wants to rise up and become more independent.

From now on he will try to live without Aaron. He is determined to build the future with his own efforts. He will prove that one day Albern will be proud to have a mother like her.
