Wedding Invitation (Extra Part 4-Epilog)

Zaya prepared Baby Zi's needs and put them in a small bag. Then after everything was sorted out, Zaya approached Aaron who had been watching him.

Zaya took the tie she had prepared beforehand, then paired it on Aaron. The smell of masculine perfume Aaron always managed to tempt his sense of smell so that he likes to linger when pairing his husband's tie.

Aaron smiles. Then Zaya hugged him with anxiety.

"If the tie isn't over soon, I'll be late for this morning's meeting, honey." Aaron said, kissing Zaya's cheek and neck.

Zaya giggled amusedly. It turns out that Aaron realized that Zaya is currently in the mode of wanting to linger with him.

"Stop, Honey." Pinta Zaya on the sidelines of her crisp laughter.

"Okay, I'll put your tie on fast. But please stop first. Amusedly.." Zaya was still laughing because Aaron was still kissing his neck area.

Aaron stopped too.

"If I hadn't had a meeting this morning, I would have devoured you by now." He muttered passionately.

"Basic bawdy!" Zaya punched Aaron in the chest, then continued to pair her husband's tie. While Aaron actually chuckled when Zaya said he was perverted.

"It's over." Zaya said a few moments later.

Then he held Baby Zi who was engrossed with his toys in bed.

"Do you really have to go to a cafe?" Aaron asked when he saw that Zaya was ready to leave.

"Yes, Honey. Kara's on leave because she's cravings right now. Fina would probably be overwhelmed if she had to alone handle the cafe along with the one in the other branch." Answer Zaya.

Aaron took a breath. It was obvious that she was a bit objected if Zaya had to take her daughter with her to the cafe. But Aaron can't protest, Zaya is needed in his cafe at this time. And Baby Zi herself was impossible at staying at home. This cute baby is so clingy with his mom that he doesn't want to come with anyone but Zaya.

"Don't worry, Honey. There is already a special room for Baby Zi to play and rest. If I'm really busy, there's Jennifer too who'll help keep our daughter." Zaya tried to calm her worried-looking husband down.

Regarding Jennifer, after Assistant Dean returned to work, the dashing girl had indeed turned into a personal assistant who also doubles as Zaya's personal driver. Every time Zaya travels, Jennifer is always accompanying, so Baby Zi is also close to Jennifer, in addition to her Mama.

"Are you sure you can trust him to look after our daughter?" Aaron asked with an unconvinced expression. Aaron doesn't doubt Jennifer if it has anything to do with fallen trees. But to believe him to keep the baby? I don't know. Aaron's a little hard to imagine.

They went downstairs to breakfast on the ground floor. Aaron wants to hold his daughter, but his daughter refuses and just wants to be carried by her mother. As a result, Aaron was only able to bring a bag of Baby Zi needs.

Aaron and Zaya join us at the dinner table. There was Albern who had gone down first. While Baby Zi was placed on a special chair and immediately in a breakfast bribe.

After they finished, everyone was getting ready to leave. The car and driver are ready. Dean and Jennifer's assistants were already there.

"Sir." Dean's assistant seemed to approach Aaron with something in his hand.

"There's a wedding invitation from Miss Carissa." Assistant Dean said as he handed him something in his hand that turned out to be an invitation.

"Carissa's getting married?" Aaron half-mumbled as he accepted the invitation.

Assistant Dean nodded.

"Yesterday afternoon someone drove him to your room, but you're home. She said her marriage was held in Singapore, and her future husband was a heart specialist." Assistant Dean again.

Aaron seemed to read the invitation at a glance. It says there Evan Bramasta's name as his bride-to-be.

"Why am I so familiar with this man's name." Aaron Mutters.

Zaya becomes curious and takes the invitation from Aaron's hand. And as he read it, his expression was the same as that of Aaron. Zaya seemed to be linking her eyebrows together. Seems to be thinking.

"Evan Bramasta? A heart specialist? What is this lest...Brother Evan...?" Zaya looked surprised.

Dean's assistant seemed to nod politely.

"Huh?"

Zaya looked stunned.

'Sister Evan and Carissa? How could? When did they meet? Are they in a match?'

Questions popped up in Zaya's mind. She wondered how her brother would suddenly marry Carissa, Aaron's childhood friend. Is there an unexpected story behind the invitation that came this morning?

Zaya wondered, but on the other hand Zaya also felt happy. Carissa is a good girl. Zaya believes Evan will get his happiness with Aaron's childhood friend.

Zaya hopes Carissa can treat Evan's heart injury caused by him. And can live happily like he is today.

After discussing about the invitation for a while with Aaron, Zaya and Baby Zi finally went to the cafe. Evan and Carissa's wedding will be held in a week, and Aaron has asked Secretary Jeff to clear his schedule to attend the wedding.

In the car, Zaya is still struggling with her thoughts about Evan, while Baby Zi has fallen asleep in Zaya's arms. This beautiful princess does have a habit of sleeping if she is done with breakfast.

Suddenly Zaya's phone rang. The name of the person in his mind was seen on the screen.

Zaya swiped the accept button.

"Hi, Dee." Evan's voice greeted.

Zaya smiled hearing that. He had long wanted to hear his brother's voice. Zaya misses him a lot.

"Hi, Brother Evan. How are you?" Zaya replied to Evan.

"I'm good? How are you doing yourself? I hear you have a daughter now?" Ask Evan.

"Yes, brother. It's almost seven months old now." Answer Zaya.

Evan did not immediately respond. He was silent for a moment.

"Have you accepted my wedding invitation?" Ask Evan later.

"So that's right Evan? Carissa's husband-to-be is Evan's right?" Zaya asked back.

"Yes." Yeah." Answer Evan. Then he went back to silence. Somehow his facial expression was at this moment.

"Sister Evan, congratulations, yes. I'm glad to finally hear the good news from Brother. I pray that Brother's wedding will go well. Aaron and I will try to come." Said Zaya happy.

"Thank you." Evan's voice sounded soft.

Zaya. Somehow Zaya felt that Evan was not too happy with her marriage. Could it be that they would get married because they were in a match, not because they were in love?

"Sister Evan..." Call Zaya.

"Yes?"

"Carissa is a kind and sincere girl. I'm sure she can be a good wife to Brother. I believe Brother and Carissa will be a couple that always be bestowed happiness." said Zaya sincerely.

"Thank you." Evan again thanked Zaya. But this time his voice changed.

They were silent for a moment.

"Dee, it's been a while, yeah. I have something to do." Evan said later.

"All right." Answer Zaya.

The phone connection was cut off.

Zaya was still staring at her phone screen. There are a lot of questions Zaya wants to ask Evan. But of course Zaya has no right to do that. Currently Evan is trying to open a new page with others. Evan is getting married. Whatever Evan will experience after this, Zaya has no right to interfere.

Zaya only hopes that her brother will get happiness in his marriage. Hope so.
