67. Darren Finally Remember?

Flashback, before he came to Arka school.

"What do all these photos mean? Why are there so many pictures of me with this woman?"

Darren, who still did not understand and did not believe what he saw, asked for an explanation to Arsen who had brought him the photos.

"Sorry, this photo I found when I came to your old apartment in Melbourne." Answer Arsen.

"What did you say? So, this photo you found in my old apartment?" Darren stared in surprise at Arsen's reply.

"Yes, right, sir." Answer Arsen.

Darren smiled in disbelief, as he had just returned from his old apartment, and at that time he could find nothing there but a silhouette of a shadow that he saw, he also fainted there.

"Then, what else did you find there?" He asked something else.

"I found this in your bedroom drawer first." Reply Arsen who then gave an item to Darren.

"Is this what you found in my old apartment?"

The question got a nod from Arsen.

"It turns out a lot of things are stored there apparently." He opened a small box that was like a ring.

And right, inside was a ring that still looked good even though the box was a little dusty. He stared in a confused and also fixated expression, at the ring in front of him. After seeing it, somehow his expression became sad when he looked at the ring, as if he felt pain that he could not explain.

Darren was powerless when he saw the ring, and immediately closed the ring box.

"Can you explain the woman I'm with in this photo? Did you find anything about him?" He said that he chose to close the ring box and then asked Arsen.

Arsen begins to explain it to Darren, starting from the background of Airin to what Darren's relationship in the past with an Airin or the woman in the photo.

Darren listened to Arsen's explanation as he stared at the contents of the report Arsen gave him. He matched Arsen's explanation with the report he gave him. Until he was quite surprised when he heard Airin had a child from Arsen's explanation, he made her think back to the figure of a child that he accidentally saw some time ago when he met Airin at their meeting at that time.

"Ah., so that's his son." His murmurs were still listening to Arsen's explanation.

"Is he married?" Darren asked later, stopping Arsen from speaking again.

"She's a single mother." Answer Arsen.

"Single mother? Is she divorced from her husband?" Ask Darren again.

"No, sir."

"What do you mean, by no?" Darren looked confusedly at Arsen.

"From what I've investigated, she's never been married before."

"Huh, so she means she has kids outside of marriage?" Darren was stunned to hear that he could not believe what he was hearing. However, Arsen's nod immediately answered his confusion.

"Then do you know who the father of the child is?" He said again with a little curiosity.

"I found this when I visited your old apartment, it might answer your question." Arsen did not immediately answer it and chose to give a new photo and flash to Darren.

Darren accepted it with a puzzled look, but his expression turned startled when he saw the photo inside.

"In the flash, there's footage of him visiting your apartment." Arsen explained.

Darren who knew what was really, of course felt shaken, so speechless. In his relationship in the past with Airin who turned out to have been dating, to a child who looks similar to him.

"Wait a minute, did you make sure that he was.." Darren stopped his heavy speech. "If he were my son?" Said later.

"This is just my guess, because as long as I've been investigating you during your stay in Melbourne, it's the only woman you date and meet." Answer Arsen.

"That means you're not sure if he's my son, is it?"

"I'm sorry, yes sir." Jawba Arsen honest.

"Take me to meet him." Darren Pinta.

"Sorry.."

"I said take me to see the boy." Darren said with a cold expression.

"Well, I'll get the car ready soon." Arsen rushed away from Darren.

Flashback ends with Darren finally coming back to reality.

Darren who had just returned from coming and meeting Arka was seen in a chaotic atmosphere. He also tried to match back his meeting with Airin who several times accidentally met, especially on the expression that Airin always intended every time he saw it.

"So she was so mad at me." He said when remembering the meeting with Airin.

His mind grew chaotic when he remembered that he had been in contact with Airin first.

"Is this why he's mad at me? Because I can't remember about her?"

Darren was sitting limp when he thought back to this shocking thing.

"Damn it, my brain really can't digest well." The frustration.

Not only the statement of the relationship with Airin in the past, but with the reality of him who is suspected of having a child adds to the chaos of his feelings.

"What do I have to do now?" He was confused at his current condition.

"I still don't remember any of this, but if he's really my son, shouldn't I meet him?" He thought again about the possibility of that happening.

Darren churns at thoughts that continue to ruin his feelings. He saw it again in his photos when he was with Airin. He could not speak when he saw a picture of himself with Airin who looked happy.

Suddenly, a shadow of his memories with Airin appeared in his mind, making him groan in pain and only able to hold on to it as the now-clear memories continued to appear in his head.

"So, the voice I've been hearing all this time, is her voice." He felt a great pain in his chest and head.

"Is this punishment for me from you?" His words were now wearing a sad expression.

The look on his face changed when he remembered that, both of his eyes were reddened by that memory and his body felt pain from that memory.

"I'm sorry." He said that he could no longer hide his sadness.

Darren cried as he continued to endure the pain in his chest that suddenly felt tight. He could not hide the pain that attacked his heart and his feelings. Although his memory has not been fully recovered, it is because of the vivid images and evidence from Arsen's report that he finally realized his mistake.
