27. Seeking Answers

In the morning, at 07:00 at the residence of Ferdinan Augustine Pratama, who is the head of the Pratama family and also the grandfather of Darren Aditya Pratama. As he had talked on the phone with his grandfather before, he would come to the house to ask him something. Darren was finally able to meet his grandfather and his father at home today. "Ok, I'll just go right away then. Did you and grandpa know about the wedding news that came out yesterday?" Darren asked directly at the core of his goal to come to his house today.

"So dad and grandpa knew about that?" Darren said when he saw the response of his grandfather and father who was silent when he discussed it.

"Did you and grandpa do it?" Ask Darren later.

"No, obviously papa and grandpa don't know about the news either. Therefore, today papa is talking about this with your grandfather." Edward replied, speaking as he is.

"If it wasn't papa and grandpa who did it, then who did it?" Ask Darren.

However, grandpa and papa Darren were silent again.

"Do you know about this, too?"

"Yes, I know that's why I want to fix it now." Grandpa Ferdi.

"Serious about this?"

"I mean it's kind of weird, don't you think grandpa should be happier with this news?"

"I'll just take it off, I won't take care of your problems." Grief grandpa threatened a little.

"Bastard grandson, here you are..!" Said grandpa about to approach Darren who was teasing him.

"Look at your son, how the hell did you take care of him, how did he get to be like that?" Fretful grandfather Ferdi vent his regret on Edward who is also his son.

Edward was silent, because he could not control his own attitude. He only sighed when he saw the departure of his eldest son. Without trying to intercept him or chase him out, as if resigned to Darren's attitude.

In addition, Darren who was walking out of his family home looked happy. He showed a simple smile, because his grandfather had taken care of the news that had disturbed him yesterday.

"Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you I'm going to melbourne." Darren stopped his steps when he remembered his plan to visit Melbourne in the near future.

He continued his path again and chose to get out of the house without giving news of his departure later to melbourne to his father and grandfather.

Darren again stopped his steps, "Prepare a drink?" Darren smiled in disbelief when he heard it. "Where's aunt?" Darren asked who was now staring at Natalie.

"Auntie? Why are you asking him? Do you need anything?"

"No, I don't need anything. I'm just wondering, because you prepared the drink yourself."

Instantly the atmosphere between the two became a little tense with Darren staring coldly at his stepmother and Natalie smiling awkwardly at Darren's words.

"Aunt me to the market again, this whole thing is just a drink, so I can still make it for you." Natalie said she was trying to stay calm.

"Next time don't bother." Darren replies and passes away, leaving Natalie alone with the drink she still holds.

Natalie's expression changed as Darren turned his back. There was a bit of an upset feeling there, but he couldn't vent it.

Although the news of his wedding that has been circulating and had horrendous media it has now been handled by his grandfather, but Darren still can not stay silent and wait for the results only. He tried to investigate it himself with Lucas, about who began to spread the news, and their purpose in doing so.Although he actually had a picture of who did it, but because there was no solid evidence, but because there was no evidence,made him hold back for a moment.

"I have to sort this out before I go to Melbourne. But before that, I have to meet with Lucas first to discuss this." Said Darren who finally got out of his family home along with his car.
