Dul
164. Three Week Time

Annisa immediately looked at Dul with one hand closing her mouth. The girl patted Dul softly. “Do not joke,” Annisa said.

Dul again thrust the AA initialed necklace to Annisa. “Where? Do you want to be my wife today? No more waiting words. It's the latest, right?”

“I want. I'd definitely like to. I will not accept any other man besides Abdullah. Papa knows that. Now we just ask Papa,” said Annisa.

“Whose name are you?” Papa Annisa looked at Dul with a flat face.

Dul opened his hat and reached out to Papa Annisa. “Sorry can introduce yourself now. I Lettu Airmen Abdullah Putra Satyadarma from the combat corps of the 14th Air Squadron Lanud Iswahjudi. Behind there are my parents, Akung and Uti, Pakdhe and Budhe, Bulik, my sisters, also my friends who are also friends of Annisa. With all humility I beg Om to accept me as the daughter-in-law and husband of daughter Om, Doctor Annisa whom I have known for more than ten years.”

“Pa ...,” call Annisa. He shook his arm like a child asking for something. “Abdullah has brought all his family. Icha will not marry anyone other than Abdullah if Papa needs another affirmation.”

“Ariz also likes this Mas Pilot. Uniform's good. Ariz also wants to be a fighter pilot, Pa.” Ariz took Dul's hat and put it on.

“Truly want to get married today? Sure?” Papa Annisa dressingan asked with an unconvinced look.

Dul gasped as the question reminded him of the original plan. “Iya. Today if Om gives you blessing.”

“OK. Today. Where?” Papa Annisa was happy to see the look of Dul who did not seem to anticipate the sudden permission.

“Mas Dul .. The Papa asked. Where?” Annisa swapped to shake Dul's arm. He then grabbed Dul's arm and took him a little away from his parents. “Don't be just a lie,” snatch Annisa.

“No, coke. Notwithstanding. You wait here. Don't go anywhere,” message Dul, bring Annisa back to her parents and pat the girl on the shoulder. “Do not go anywhere. It won't be long. Okay?” This time, Dul panicked. He came to the group of parents with a face of fear.

“Why? How about..gimana? Annisa didn't accept your proposal? What's the papa saying? Mother's son rejected? Let the real Mom want to find a daughter-in-law.” Sejah was already preparing to advance when Dul held his arm.

“Not. Not accepted. But I was wrong to say. Mom came here first. Don't get angry.” Dul embraces Sejah out of concern that his mother is being emotionally ignited. For a long time his mother did not like the attitude of Papa Annisa who he considered too selfish. “Begini .. Akung said that I have to apply for the fastest wedding because women do not like to wait. And in my case, Annisa has been waiting a long time. So …. Then ...”

“Then?” All the parents almost said that.

Dul looked at the curious faces nearby. Robin and the almost half-gawning Son, Joseph patiently held a large bouquet of flowers. Then Mima who clucked impatiently. “Come, Mas. We're all waiting,” upset Mima.

“Then I talked to Annisa not only applying, but also getting married today. The paper is where.” Dul grimaced looking at all the parents one by one.

“Nah, right. How's that, Dad? I told you not to fuck about getting married. Can't rush that. Dul must ask permission from his superiors. Make an idea. Not good reaping hope from girls people.” Bu Yanti continued to nag while occasionally looking at Annisa who was staring at them with a restless face.

“Who reaps hope? Dad seriously time suggested to Dul so. Although what you suggest is a little different, but why can't it now? Annisa's been waiting too long for certainty. If only applied would not want to. He also had to show his parents that the man he had been fighting for, was also fighting just as hard. Who said you can't get married now? Get married first, then report the boss and get married officially. The important thing is to be confirmed to Annisa's father. Come on, Bara, Heru, let's talk to Annisa's dad. The woman talked to her mother. We have to reach an agreement today.”

“Newly this time hear Dad nagging so long. Bener, right, Ma'am?” Sukma elbowed Sejah and Fifi on his left right. Fifi assented while Dijah still seemed shocked because his mouth was open and his face was confused. With teetering, Mr. Wirya took Dul and walked back to Papa Annisa.

A restaurant was finally chosen the two families were talking seriously. Mr. Wirya, Bara, Heru, Papa Annisa and of course Dul, chose a table in the corner to talk seriously.

Robin decides to serve the women who are all waiting with restless faces. It helps the waiter take down the food from the tray and serve it to everyone there. One by one.

“This is for Mom Colored. A warm cup of tea that will warm the atmosphere. Create Uti, Bulik Sukma, Budhe Fifi also.” Robin put the cups of tea in front of the women, all of whom quietly threw their eyes to where the men were talking. “If this cold and sweet iced tea is special for Beautiful Mima and Doctor Annisa. Make these two little sisters too. If you make two kelen please take it yourself.” Robin deliberately spoke casually to relax the atmosphere. Son and Joseph just snorted because there was no special service from Robin.

From the men's table occasionally came a few sentences that could be captured by the women's and children's tables.

“It seems like you can't. I personally mind.” Papa Annisa's spontaneous voice made the women turn to the men's table.

“I also object,” said Mr. Wirya. “But what we have to understand here as parents is .. not us who live that household later. But they. We who are old, especially I who have been this old want happiness for all my children and grandchildren. And Annisa .. has long been considered my granddaughter. So, my consent is also in her happiness.”

Bara nodded. “Next week all the letters will be finished taken care of. As his guarantee for Annisa ..” I saw the women's table. “Jah .. can you come here for a minute?” Bara calling Dijah came to the table of the men.

“Ya, Mas?” Sejah stood right next to Bara, in front of Papa Annisa who could not be separated looking at the two of them.

“Wait a minute. I'd like to call Annisa too. Nisa ... can you come here for a minute?” Again Bara waved to call Annisa.

Annisa approached and stood next to the Seized. “Yes, Yah?”

“The wedding is not today. We all decided to do it next week. Forgive Dul for saying that. Next week all the papers will be taken care of and Annisa needs to come to Dul's office. Reception and agreement will be done exactly two weeks after that. We all need to prepare. As a guarantee, I asked Mom to lend me her wedding ring. Can, Jah?” Bara rubbed his arm while reviewing a smile.

Sejah raised his left hand and looked at the historic ring. A ring Bara gave them when they went on their first picnic, and the ring was returned when she refused Bara at the Safe House. Until finally the ring returned to his finger as a marriage on their wedding day. The colonized took off his ring and grabbed Annisa's right hand.

“Then this ring is oversize and Mother wears it on the middle finger of the right hand. Now it has moved to the left hand ring finger. Today I loan you to Annisa as bail until next week. Sorry ... if now I only love as a guarantee because this ring has a lot of stories. Three more weeks Mas Dul would love a better one. You know, if Mas Dul knew that this ring was very valuable to Mom. So ... soon we will meet in a different atmosphere. Dear mother Annisa,” said Sejah when pinning his ring to Annisa's finger.

“Three weeks again?” annisa whispered as Dijah pinned the ring on her finger.

“Three more weeks,” said Dul, come stand next to Colored. Looking with a sad look as his mother's beloved ring wrapped around his lover's finger.

Elsewhere, Robin whispered in the Son's ear. “Three more weeks the Dul married. You still got stabbed. I finally have a friend.”

The week we talked about was not long. Bara and Dijah leave for Magetan to accompany Annisa who will do an interview before the wedding. It turns out that only the elderly. The pair of youngsters came out of the superior room with a knotty smile.

“Udah done, Mom. Two weeks left, right?” Dul wrapped his hands around the shoulders of the Sejah. “Should Father and Mother not be tired here. Interview for a moment. Annisa can go alone,” said Dul.

“Depart yourself? Yes you can't. Unmarried. Later even assortment.” Seated patting the arm of Dul that encircled his shoulder.

“Mother Ring ..” Annisa shows a Sewn ring on her fingers.

“Two more weeks the ring is back in Mom's hands. Mas Dul already bought it instead.” He rubbed his ring in Annisa's hand.

After circulating his gaze to every corner of the office building where Dul and Annisa had just come out, Bara approached his wife's son.

“The party is two weeks away. You two get along, yeah. If there's a problem directly talking to Mom's Dad. There are no incidents because the invitation card has been spread. A week before the reception Dul and Nisa can't travel to far away places. Everyone agrees with what Dad said, right?” Bara looked at Dul and Annisa alternately until the young couple nodded in agreement.

Elsewhere, Mima comes to Tini's house with an invitation card in her hand. From far away he had seen a black sedan parked in front of the fence.

“Budhe Tini …! Budhe Tini …! Budhe Tin..

“I’m coming .. I’m coming!” sahut Tini from the inside. “Why not just go in? Even screaming from outside. Ordinary to just break through,” said Tini while pushing the gate.

“That's Paklik Dayat's car, right? I will be lectured later. Males. I want to give you this. Mas Dul invitation card for Budhe Tini and Pakdhe Wibi. Budhe will share and write his name.” Mima offered him an invitation he had brought.

Tini took the invitation from Mima and read it for a moment. Then he laughed out loud. “Oalah .. Seized soon want to have a grandson. Will be called Mbah Dijah.” Tini then continued her laughter.
