Unlike other regions that had more than one City, the Southern Region only had one Mother City. The city was protected by the towering high walls surrounding the great City. Although covered by a large wall, there was still one building that was still visible from outside the wall, that building was Wunderlicht, he said, The great castle bears a silent witness to Ignis' tyrannical rule before he decides to become a better man. The Southern Region does have only one parent City. However, the City was much larger than the cities of the other regions combined.
"We're going straight to Wunderlicht." Ignis.
"That big place? Can't I just go to the inn? I'm not ready to meet your family yet, I don't even dare call you father if I ever actually meet them." Reply Indra.
Ignis did not respond and kept going.
Indra is still a little afraid to meet his father's original family, because you could say he is an "unwanted" child he fears his existence will not be liked. However, Ignis looks unconcerned and still brings Indra to his Castle. Indra stopped when he saw the gate of the castle, this castle was much more magnificent than Avalance's.
The troops guarding the entrance were confused when they saw Ignis carrying a stranger in their eyes, and they had never seen Ignis take a stranger into the castle in their lifetime.
Without waiting any longer, Ignis immediately led Indra to his throne room. The servants, guards, even the advisers were confused to see Ignis bringing a stranger into the throne room, Indra was also a little confused to see the King's advisers, he knew very well that his father was the King of the Tyrants. It was impossible for him to have an adviser, or maybe his father was really trying to change.
When the two of them entered the throne room, there was a red carpet that stretched from the door to the great throne of the King. Unlike the Avalance throne room, the Ignis throne room looks more alive and contains more people.
Indra stopped in front of his father's throne, and Ignis continued to step until he reached his throne, he sat down and crossed his legs and then folded his arms while looking at Indra. Besides the throne there is also a place for the Queen and under the throne there is a place for the King's advisers.
Ignael and Iglea also stood under the Throne as Princes and Daughters. Beside the King also stood the Prime Minister. The Prime Minister is no stranger to Indra, especially if not Ken.
"Advisor, Prime Minister, do you know who's standing in front of me?" Ask Ignis.
"Not your honor." Answer one of the Advisors.
"Absolutely not, your honor." Answer the Minister as well.
"Good, now I'll introduce you officially. His name is Indra, he is my eldest son who comes from the Western Region. You didn't hear me wrong, he's my son." Ignis.
How surprised they were to hear that, they were all shocked except for the Queen and her children, of course they already knew. Indra just stood there doing nothing.
"Now, I will announce it to the entire population of this Region. Gather them now, Prime Minister." Ignis again.
Indra looks surprised to hear that, according to him it is not a good idea.
"Wait a minute!" Indra said cutting.
"What's up, Indra?" Ask Ignis.
"I'm not ready for that." Answer Indra.
"All right." Ignis replied without a second thought.
"You can go." Ignis continued to the Prime Minister and his Advisors.
Shortly after the Prime Minister and the Councillors left, the Queen stood up and immediately ran over to Indra, Indra preparing because she thought the Queen would hit or slap him. However, as the Queen approached, a smile appeared on her face. The Queen came and held Indra's shoulder with both hands.
"So you're Indra? I can't believe you're this similar to Ignis. I'm your stepmother, my name is Rossa, but don't be afraid to call me mother!" Rossa.
Indra was confused to see the reaction he did not expect, he came ready to be hit. However, Ignis' wife behaving like Indra was not an unwanted child.
"Eh? You don't hate me 'cause I'm a mistress?" Ask Indra.
"Whatchu mean? It's not your fault you were born into this world, it's entirely your father's fault, and you have nothing to do with it. Then call me mother." Answer Rossa.
"But I also got your kids battered last year." Reply Indra.
"Call me mother." Rossa.
"B-well, Mom." Reply Indra.
"Actually, I brought you here not just to introduce you to the Southern Region. There's another reason." Ignis cut in.
"Eh? You haven't told her?" Ask Rossa.
"She would definitely refuse if I told her sooner." Answer Ignis.
"What's wrong?" Ask Indra.
"Once every 100 years, the Wizards of Atlas have to recruit a new, proper Great Witch. The one who prepared his candidates was, a Great Witch from first to fifth rank. This is the first time I have had the opportunity to bring in a candidate because I have only been a Great Witch for 127 years. In short, you're the candidate I have to bring." Answer Ignis.
"Huh? No need, that sounds troublesome." Reply Indra.
"I expected it, but becoming a Great Witch will give you full access to 'The Library of All Truth' and it will be very useful for you, especially to investigate about the Glimpse of Deaths." Ignis again.
"Whatchu mean? Can't anyone get into The Library of All Truth?" Ask Indra curiously.
"I said 'full access' I already know if the place can be visited by anyone. However, there is a lot of knowledge that only the Great Witches should know. Examples such as. Knowledge of the era where Atrocius is still in power. But I know you're not interested in that. I can only guarantee one thing, which is that all the information you want to know must be there, as long as you become a Great Witch you can freely ruffle that information." Answer Ignis.
"Why should I? Isn't there still Ignael and Iglea?" Ask Indra again.
Ignis laughed a little.
"Don't pretend, Indra. I know you have more power than anyone else in this country, the only people who can stop you in this country right now are Me, Avalance, and Opstann. You're the best candidate right now." Answer Ignis.
"So, what's your answer?" Ask Ignis.
Indra fell silent and started thinking for a moment.
Suddenly, something appeared in the middle of the throne room, something golden that seemed to be a portal. From the portal came two people that Indra knew. Just then, outside the castle and around it began to snow.
A gray-white-haired man wearing a winter robe, and a woman with blond hair with rainbow-like hair that wore light beige clothing, she seemed to shine colourfully. Avalance and Weather Painter.
"I won't let you cheat, Ignis." Avalance.
"That's right! Just because he's your son doesn't mean he has to be your candidate." Said Weather Painter too.
It seems that Indra is currently contested by three Great Witches, Indra himself has only known Weather Painter for a few weeks. However, Weather Painter seemed to already like Indra.
"Uncle Avalance? Then... Aunt Mesfera? It looks like it's gonna get more complicated." Indra.
Avalance nodded.
"You can call me aunt. Never call me by that name again." Reply Mesfera (Weather Painter).
"B-well, Aunt Weather Painter." Indra.
Ignis stood up from his throne and approached them.
"What do you mean? I picked up Indra and she came along, it's not cheating." Ignis.
"We know you picked him up for another reason, now you can't just. He must choose who will be the candidate of whom." Reply Avalance.
"Whatever it is, he will definitely be my candidate." Ignis again.
"We'll see." Reply Weather Painter.
