Atlas: Lightning From The Wild West
57: TESTING LUCK

"I can't think of a better plan, so I'm going along." Miller said.

"Then let's do it." Reply Indra.

Lightning again struck Asmodeus who was floating in the air, easily avoiding him. But it's just a distraction. Miller was already in front of him preparing to land a punch towards Asmodeus.

Of course Asmodeus knew that if Miller had been there, he stopped flapping his wings and let himself fall down to avoid Miller's blow, when it was under Miller's feet, he grabbed Miller's leg and pulled him down. Make Miller instantly fall from the air.

After dropping Miller, Asmodeus again flapped his wings and now shot towards Indra. Just before reaching Indra a bolt of lightning struck right in front of him, despite already knowing it. However, this time Asmodeus did not have time to dodge because it had already shot at high speed.

Asmodeus lost his balance in the air, making great opportunities for Indra and Miller. Indra tried to attack Asmodeus in the same way as Miller, but Asmodeus who lost his balance was still able to avoid him and instead hit Indra right in his face making Indra thrown.

"Don't force your luck." Asmodeus.

The fight continues unbiased, Indra and Miller are unable to touch Asmodeus in the slightest and Asmodeus has not used any magic other than his ability to see the future.

"Indra why didn't you use that magic back then?" Ask Miller.

"You're crazy, we're in the middle of town." Answer Indra.

"Make it with a narrow distance and try to make it not close itself." Reply Miller.

Eventually Indra used a Thunder Cage that was much smaller than usual and this Thunder Cage did not close slowly, but remained in the same position.

Asmodeus laughed at the Thunder Cage. However, it was not because he felt that magic was weak magic.

"Now you two look like mice stuck in a cat cage." Asmodeus.

Lightning struck a streak towards Asmodeus, as his space to move had narrowed Asmodeus successfully injured by several Indra lightning bolts. Even so, there was still no successful physical attack on Asmodeus.

As his wings were already injured and burned by Indra's lightning, Asmodeus was forced to descend from the air and confront Indra and Miller on the ground. Asmodeus was visibly upset after being very self-indulgent.

"Great too, all right. What if I'm serious now? Don't be scared." Asmodeus.

An extremely dense darkness instantly enveloped Asmodeus' body, the atmosphere of the moment was quite bright thanks to the thunderbolts from the Thunder Cage that sealed them. However, it did not seem to hold back Asmodeus' dark magic.

Asmodeus created a Black Hole in the sky that quickly engulfed the Indra lightning cloud. The disappearance of the black cloud made Thunder Cage disappear, and shortly after the Black Hole became bigger and began to attract many objects under them.

"It looks like we're out of luck, Miller. Fighting one of the top 6 Devils in hell won't be an easy thing." Indra said casually at a time when his life might be in danger.

"Don't talk like that! Reuse your lightning to reduce the impact of that great magic." Miller replied with annoyance.

"Although I want to, I can't use my black clouds anymore after using them once. At least we'll have to wait a few minutes before I can use my magic again." Indra said again.

"After all, why can there suddenly be some top demon souls in this city?" Ask Indra.

"There's no time to talk about that! Wait-why did you know that it was only part of his soul?!" Miller asked back.

"Tell me! We might as well be dead in a moment." Reply Indra.
