SUPPER

All the troops there immediately greeted Avalance while bowing to him.

"Hey, why are they bowing down to him? Isn't she just a Great Witch?" Miller asked.

"Stupid! The Great Witch is the title for the magic level that has already been achieved" Misha whispered.

"I just found out" said Indra.

"Therefore I invited you guys to enter the adventure guild only, but you guys didn't want to. Finally you don't even know the titles of the witches .. sad" Misha replied.

The title of witch has 4 levels.

Bronze-ranked Magicians, they are magicians with below average magic mastery.

Silver-ranked Magicians, they were magicians with magic abilities and mastery in general.

Gold-level Magicians, they are magicians who have above-average abilities, mastery, and magic skills.

And lastly, the Great Witch. People at this level could be counted with fingers all over the world. Their magic abilities were already unreasonable already could not be compared anymore. Avalance and Ignis were the two men who bore the title at Compax.

"Adventure guild huh? Hm.. maybe it's not as bad as I thought" said Indra slowly.

"You said something?" Ask Misha.

"No" said Indra.

After finishing praising his troops, Avalance came to the three of them and thanked them.

"It's not wrong that I believe in you, thank you again" Avalance said.

"Um .. sorry, it looks like I have damaged some buildings in the city" Indra replied as she scratched her non-itchy head.

"As long as it doesn't take a toll, I don't mind" Avalance said.

"Actually who are you? I'm not sure only a Great Witch can make those people bow down, who are you really?" Miller asked.

"An interesting question, if it makes you curious I am the leader of this region. Perhaps you could say ... a King? Yes, that is" replied Avalance.

Misha and Miller were surprised. However, Indra seemed to be too much of a surprise today because of that he was used to hearing it.

"You can't go straight home, can you? Just spend the night here first, think of it as a small vacation" said Avalance.

The three of them stared at each other, until they finally decided to accept Avalance's offer.

A little while later, Avalance invited them to go to his castle located outside the city. Together with the prisoners they had just captured as well as some of the Avalance guards they went to Avalance's castle.

Soon, the large and magnificent building began to be clearly displayed in their eyes. The building looks very magnificent even though it is covered by snow, around it there are dense pine and cypress forests.

After passing through the large gate, Avalance immediately sent three of his servants there to deliver Indra, Misha, and Miller to the guest room.

"I'll wait for you at dinner, before it's as good a rest as possible" Avalance said.

Indra never ceases to be amazed while inside the castle of Avalance. Red carpets stretched out in each hallway, with hundreds of lit candle altars lighting up.

After arriving at the guest room, Indra was surprised by the luxury of the room. A large mattress that looks very soft, a small table and a beautifully carved closet.

"Is this really the guest room?" Indra asked the waiter who drove her.

"Is this room still not spacious? We have a wider one if you want" replied the waiter.

"Eh, there's no need. This is enough for me" Indra said.

"All right, then I'll excuse you. Mr. Avalance is waiting for you at dinner" replied the servant.

The waiter left Indra who was still amazed by the guest room. Indra who was still exhausted then immediately laid himself on the soft mattress.

"It's even more tender than I imagined" Indra said.

Unable to withstand his fatigue, Indra finally fell asleep for several hours until dinner.

After he began to wake up, he tried to look through the contents of the guest room. He opened a large closet in the room, in which there are various types of clothing whether it belongs to men or women.

"Based on the contents .. it seems clear that this is indeed a guest room" said Indra.

Seeing his clothes were still dirty, Indra tried to wear clothes in the closet. He chose a dress similar to his previous shirt, which was a white shirt.

A moment later, Indra came out of the guest room to go to the dinner. However, Indra did not know where it was.

The room is quite large with a table that extends in the middle, on top of which there are various dishes that are ready to be eaten. At that table also Avalance, Miller, and Misha had already sat down first.

"You're late, Indra!" Miller.

"Yeah .. Sorry I overslept" Indra replied.

"Do you know, Indra? After I investigated, it turned out that Ken was one of Ignis's confidants. So it looks like you just faced one of Ignis' right hands" Avalance said.

"That old man is one of my father's right hands? No wonder he was troublesome enough" Indra replied.

"You're wrong, Indra. That person is only an adviser and should be not as great as that compared to the other southern officials" Avalance said.

"Dam. So you're saying Ignael and Iglea are even stronger than him?" Ask Indra.

"Absolutely. However, based on the information I received. You're having trouble fighting him just because of his speed and agility aren't you? Then I advise you to increase your ability to aim at targets" Avalance said.

They enjoyed the dishes available. Indra, Miller, and Misha did not know how it was ethical for nobles to enjoy their food. Therefore, the three of them attempted to follow Avalance's way of enjoying his meal. Avalance seemed to realize this.

"Hey, just because I can use magic, doesn't mean I understand everything about it! I'm just a Bounty Hunter" Indra replied.

Misha let out her breath.

"Ice magic is the magic of the branching of water. There is a lot of magic like that, for example, Crystal and Iron which is the branching of the ground and also the ice magic of Avalance" Misha explained.

"And don't you say you don't understand Inner Magic and Outer Magic either!" Misha continued while looking back at Indra.

"If it's about Inner Magic and Outer Magic I know too! But, different stories with other magic names" Indra replied.

"Thank God, I don't think you're that stupid" said Misha, who eventually returned to eating her food.

Miller had been silent while enjoying his meal, he seemed unwilling to waste his meal time arguing.

"For over a hundred years I have enjoyed these dishes, the recipe has never changed for more than a century. It doesn't feel changed. However, there is one thing that makes it feel different" Avalance said.

Indra and Misha are confused as to why Avalance suddenly told her about herself.

"What's that?" Miller responded to Avalance's words.

Now Indra and Misha turn their eyes to Miller. However, it turned out that his food had been depleted which was why he started talking.

"Eternity is not a 'Grace' but rather, the 'Curse' of this flesh may still taste the same in a century. However, telling also does not feel the same as when I enjoyed it with my friends first" replied Avalance.

"You go ahead, I now have business to interrogate the people we caught. If you're interested, you can come after me. Just ask my servants to deliver you" Avalance continued, standing from his seat, leaving his food on the plate.

Shortly after Avalance left.

"Millers!! It's all your fault!! You messed up her mood and made her lose her appetite" Misha told Miller.

"But I'm just responding to his words" Miller replied.

"You are bad, Miller" Indra said.

A little while later, Indra and Misha finally finished their meal.

Indra stood up and tried to find Avalance's servant to deliver him to catch up with Avalance.

"Indra, where are you going?" Miller asked.

"I want to catch up with Avalance" replied Indra.

"I'm coming! I'm curious about the way people in this region interrogate criminals" replied Miller who immediately stood up and ran after Indra.

"Hey! Wait for me!" Misha said that soon followed.
