GIRL ON THE BRIDGE
Indra was on his way to a church in the south. On his way Indra passed a bridge. The bridge was supported above a river that flowed very fast. There he saw a girl. The girl was at least 15 years old her face was lethargic from her eyes it was seen that she rarely slept, her hair was a mess. However, her face looked beautiful despite her messy appearance. He stood there staring down as if he was ready to jump at any moment. The girl looked at Indra. However, Indra was silent. Moments later Indra started walking across the bridge.
Seeing that girl Indra remembered herself first. After the departure of Luzin Indra always traveled aimlessly in the west. Several times he thought about ending his life. However, I don't know why Indra always can't do it.
But the girl in front of Indra had now made up her mind to end her life. Indra could see it just from the glare of the girl's eyes. Indra finally came to the girl.
"If you fall there, I think it will be dangerous" Indra said as she stood next to the girl and looked down.
The river seemed to be getting bigger.
"It's okay, I'm fed up, let me free myself from this hell" the girl replied with her flat face as if she had lost her reason for living.
"Hell huh? Haha, if not wrong I also often say things like that first" Indra said again with a small laugh.
The girl was silent for a moment.
"What does that mean?" Ask the girl.
"You see the world as hell. But one thing you should know. The only person who thinks of it that way is you" Indra said, this time with a serious look on his face.
After hearing Indra's words, the girl sat down for a moment. Tears slowly began to pour down her cheeks.
"But I could no longer face all the realities that now befall me, if I could run away from all this" the girl said with tears in her eyes.
Before long, hundreds of horse-footed stomping sounds slowly sounded. It turned out that hundreds of mercenaries had surrounded Indra and the Girl. They wore iron armor, they also carried spears and shields as weapons. Indra certainly does not know what happened. But he remained calm. The girl then stood back on the side of the bridge as if she knew the mercenaries were after her.
"Madam, we're not here to fight. We're just here to take you home" said one of the soldiers.
"You can't fool me! I knew that the old woman only wanted my father's property, once she got it I would just be thrown away. So it's the same" said the girl again. The girl then turned her body and looked back at the still equally swift flow of water.
"Go, if you don't go I'll jump right now" the girl told them.
They continued to persuade the girl to take him home. However, it seems like this girl is not interested in going home.
"If you don't leave until I count to three. I will not hesitate to jump" said the girl again.
"One"
"Two"
The girl did not look to be playing around.
Indra who had just listened was just silent listening to their conversation. The girl was still staring down and ready to jump at any moment. Indra begins to understand that these people are after the girl. Indra took a long breath. Not yet the count of three heard the ceiling was already filled with black clouds.
I don't know since when, those hundreds of mercenaries were already lying on the ground helplessly. The girl was confused to see that, in the blink of an eye the sky had been filled with black clouds and the mercenaries were already lying helpless.
"Did you do it?" The girl asked Indra.
"That's how it is" Indra answered.
"Do you think I can have magic that great?" Ask the girl again.
"You're a nobleman, aren't you? Your magic capacity without being trained is above average, maybe it can" replied Indra.
The girl fell silent after hearing Indra's words. Not about the magic explanation. However, how did that person know that he was a Noble.
"Why? Oh... are you confused because I know you're a nobleman? There is no ordinary person who has the capacity of magic as big as can not use magic" said Indra.
"Then make me your disciple!" Said the girl out loud.
"No way, we even just met where possible" Indra replied as she walked away.
"Five thousand gold pieces! I will pay that much" said the girl again, this time offering a wage.
A few moments later they both moved to a field not far from the bridge. The place was spacious and filled with weeds, the wind that blew also felt cool for Indra.
"My name is Linda Heartfel, your best student, Teacher" Linda said.
"Call me Indra" she replied.
"Listen, Magic has 7 basic elements. Fire, Water, Wind, Earth, Lightning, Light, and Darkness. As you can see, I'm a lightning magic user. You can also use 2 types of magic. Inner Magic and Outer Magic, Inner Magic is usually magic that is usually removed from the body, sometimes it can also be used to strengthen the physical, examples of elements that match Inner Magic are Fire, Light, and, and Darkness. Outer Magic is magic that does not come from your body, for example like my magic earlier, examples of elements that match this magic are Water, Earth, Wind, Lightning, Light, Darkness. So the first thing is to figure out your basic elements" Indra explained.
"Then how?" Ask Linda.
"First of all is to make you feel the magic itself" Indra replied.
"Try to meditate, empty your mind and calm your heart. Slowly you will feel something in your body" Indra continued.
Linda then meditated and Indra continued to watch her. It didn't take long for Linda to slowly feel the so-called magic inside her body.
"I've felt it" Linda said with excitement.
"Try moving your body" Indra replied.
Linda tried to move her hand and jumped up and down.
"My body feels a lot lighter, it's great!" Linda said while still jumping around.
"Boy blood is different, ordinary people need at least a week and you can do it in a matter of hours. All right, now it's time to look at your basic elements. Try to focus the magic you felt just now right into your palm" Indra replied.
Linda tried. It was not a difficult thing after getting used to feeling magic. Slowly a small flame burned in Linda's palm.
"Fire huh? I've never seen anyone wear it up close. However, for now try to enlarge the Fire by increasing the flow that you center on your hands" said Indra.
The fire eventually grew. Much larger than imagined by Indra. The fire was burning big in Linda's hand, it made Linda very panicked
"Teacher, help me!" Linda screamed in panic. However, Indra seemed to remain calm.
"Eh? It's not hot" Linda continued.
"Of course not, stupid. You can't hurt yourself with your own magic. Try to pull back the flow of magic that you center on your hands, so that the fire will be extinguished" Indra replied.
"Now it's the hardest practice, get ready!" Indra.
Indra went into the forest, he told Linda to just wait. Soon Indra returned with a large stone. The stone was even bigger than a building. Indra returned to the middle of the field, then put the big stone there.
"Use your magic to destroy this stone. Try it like that" said Indra.
Linda then burned her hand.
"Good, now try to decide the flow. If I told you to reverse your magic flow, this time try to cut off the flow of magic" Indra continued.
Right after Linda managed to do so the blazing fire in her hand exploded.
"What the fuck?" Linda asked with a slight annoyance.
"Have your fire not hurt you" replied Indra.
"This time you have to break the flow and throw the fire on the stone I brought earlier" Indra continued.
Linda did it many times. However, the fire always exploded before he even threw it.
"You look troubled. All right, until you can smash that rock, I'll go do something" Indra said.
"Three days from now come to the Bounty Store in Lunar. If you can break the stone, then I will give you your next training. Now where's my gold?" indra continued while getting ready to go to his original destination of "Regulus"
"Ohh, don't forget. Make sure you bring five thousand more pieces three days from now" Indra said walking away.
