Stop bullying

I finally ventured to drive Usep to meet Ridwan, although I did not know what Usep would do to Ridwan.

We walked around the campus and found Ridwan joking with his friends. "Where is he?" Tanya Usep looked annoyed on her face.

"That's, the one wearing the red shirt." I answered a little doubt and fear.

Suddenly out of my knowledge, Usep ran towards Ridwan and his friends. In a speed that I didn't see, Usep hit Ridwan right in the face and made Ridwan fall down.

"You want to fuck with my girlfriend?" Usep shouted loudly right in front of Ridwan's face.

The incident invited excitement among friends who were gathering. Some of them tried to defuse the situation, while others were shocked and confused by what had happened.

I immediately ran up to them with a thumping heart. "Stop! Stop that!" I shouted while trying to separate Usep and Ridwan. I tried to calm Usep down.

Usep looked still angry, his face flushed red and his gaze filled with anger. "Don't you dare get close to my boyfriend! I'll make your life hell!" threaten Usep with a voice full of anger.

Ridwan, who was still shocked and sick from the blow, tried to get up from the ground. His friends helped him stand up while calming him down. The angry and surprised Ridwan said, "What do you mean? whoareyou? I never did anything to your boyfriend. This is an absurd incident!" Ridwan is still in a tightrope with his actions.

Thomas, a close friend of Ridwan's, tries to attack Usep from behind. However, Usep who is a martial expert managed to fend it off and turn things around. Thomas was rendered helpless as his hand was twisted by Usep. "You... Don't interfere!" Usep said filled with anger and threatening tone.

"Don't because I'm far away, then you can just as easily bully my girlfriend here!" Usep added the sentence.

Ridwan fell silent, he did not expect that Usep would be desperate to fly to Australia to catch up with me just because of this matter.

The atmosphere became quiet and tension was felt in the air. Ridwan and Usep stared at each other.

With the tension still enveloping the atmosphere, Ridwan still showed a grim expression on his face. His gaze defied Usep, as if saying that he was undaunted despite being faced with a dangerous situation.

Back then, I tried to defuse the situation, "Enough already, you two! This is not the way to solve the problem. Usep, I may be important to you, but violence won't solve anything. And Ridwan, even if you feel cornered, smiling arrogantly won't help either."

The friends present began to try to interrupt and calm the situation. Some of them invited Ridwan to stay away from Usep, while others tried to calm Usep so as not to vent his emotions with violence.

"The two of you should speak carefully about this matter" said one of their friends, "there need be no fights or threats."

Usep spoke out loudly, "When Imas was hurt and persecuted by Ridwan, did any of you help him? nothing, right?" Usep raised his tone.

Everyone who was there looked so frightened to see Usep's firm stance against me. He still clasped his fists tightly. Usep then grabbed Ridwan's collar and lifted him while slapping his cheek several times.

"If you dare, face me. Don't just dare to women!" Usep snapped at Ridwan and this time managed to make ridwan become a whistle.

The atmosphere around them was very tense and full of fear. There was a soft wind hiss hitting the tree leaves around the campus, creating an atmosphere that felt silent and coexisting with tension in the air. The sound of laughter and the conversation of friends who had been carefree now turned into anxious whispers.

The sky looked cloudy, and a few drops of rain started to fall slowly. Water droplets falling to the ground give a dramatic impression on the developing situation.

In the silence, there was the sound of rapid footsteps and gasping breaths. I and a few others tried to maintain their composure and tried to find a way to resolve this conflict peacefully.

When Usep slapped Ridwan, the sound of clashing palms with cheeks was clear. Some people screamed in surprise, and some covered their mouths with their hands. The atmosphere is increasingly gripping and full of uncertainty.

However, some friends who were around Usep and Ridwan tried to stop the violence. The voices of those who tried to defuse the situation by uttering calming words began to sound.

"Come, bro, let's talk about this calmly," said one of their friends in a soft voice.

"Your boyfriend is not happy to see you guys fighting like this" said another friend, trying to remind them of the impact of the dispute.

Slowly but surely, the tension in the air began to diminish. Usep and Ridwan stared at each other, their faces still reflecting dissatisfaction and anger, but there also seemed to be a desire to find a way out of this conflict.

I walked up to them, raising my hands carefully as a sign that I wanted to talk. "Let's find a way to settle this matter peacefully" I said in a soft but firm voice.

Usep turned his head towards me, still exuding a sense of anger and dissatisfaction. However, I kept trying to convince him that acts of violence were not the right solution.

"I understand that you are angry and want to protect me as your girlfriend, but violence will not bring good to anyone" I continued with caution.

Ridwan, who had risen from the ground, nodded in agreement. "He's right, Usep. I'm sorry for acting so rudely with your boyfriend, Imas."

"Okay, I'm sorry this time. But.. punishment must still be carried out in order to be a deterrent effect for you!" Usep said with very sharp eyes.

Amidst the silence and the growing rain, I saw Ridwan's face trying to calm down. He nodded in agreement, understanding that his actions had hurt the feelings of Usep and Imas.

"You're right, Usep. I have to take responsibility for my actions" Ridwan said in a regretful voice.

The friends who were around them started to approach, wanting to make sure that the situation would not drag on for the worse. They try to reconcile Usep and Ridwan and find the best way out for all parties.

"Come, let's talk about it with a cool head" said one of their friends, while calming the tense atmosphere.

The longer, the rain was getting heavier and flushed them all. The drops of water falling to the ground create a soft sound, providing a natural backdrop to their conversation.

In this chaotic and emotional state, some of the people present decided to find a quieter place to continue their conversation. They took Usep, Ridwan, and me to go to the nearest cafe.

We arrived at the cafe with bodies drenched in the rain. We sat at a separate table from the other visitors, creating a space to talk without interruption. The smell of coffee and the calm atmosphere helped calm our minds.

"What's really going on?" ask one of their friends, trying to start the conversation gently.

Usep and Ridwan stared at each other for a moment, they knew the importance of speaking openly and honestly.

I started to tell the chronology of what happened a few days ago and explained how Ridwan tried to approach me and make her feel uncomfortable with his attitude.

Ridwan listened seriously, regretting his actions and promising that it would never happen again. He also explained that he never intended to hurt me or ruin my relationship.

"Sorry, Usep. I underestimated your relationship." Said Ridwan while rubbing his still-blooded cheek.

Usep looked at Ridwan with an elusive expression. His face still reflects anger and dissatisfaction, however, there may be signs of a desire to forgive.

"I'm still upset by your actions, Ridwan. But if you're really sorry and promise not to disturb our relationship again, then I'm willing to give it a second chance" Usep said in a hoarse voice.

Ridwan nodded sincerely, "I am very sorry and have no intention of interfering in your relationship anymore. I promise to keep my distance and respect your relationship."

The atmosphere in the cafe began to feel calmer after the conversation. The friends present gave support and suggested that they could all forgive each other and move on with life better.

"I hope this can be a lesson to all of us that violence is not a good way to solve problems. Let's learn to communicate well and resolve differences in a peaceful way" one of their friends said with hope.

Everyone nodded in agreement, realizing the importance of good communication and mutual respect in maintaining human relations.

The rain outside was still pouring down heavily, creating a calm and soothing backdrop to their conversation. Although initially filled with conflict and tension, this situation became a turning point where they could all learn and grow together.

After a few hours of talking, Usep, Ridwan, and I felt more relieved and got closer to each other. While there are still wounds that need to heal, we are all committed to working together and improving our relationship.

When they left the cafe, the rain had subsided and the sky started to light up again. The sunlight that sneaks between the clouds provides hope and optimism for the future.
