Hatori Imas
The presence of new people

While I was in Australia, Usep really focused on growing my eel business. Although he was not interested in continuing his education to college, he continued to innovate and conduct various experiments in his business system without my knowledge.

Usep spends a great deal of time and effort conducting research and experiments with the aim of increasing productivity and efficiency in his eel endeavors. He reads books, takes seminars, and keeps up to date with the latest developments in the industry. He also established relationships with other eel breeders to exchange experience and information.

In addition, Usep innovates in terms of technology and management systems. He is trying to apply the latest technology to monitor the environmental conditions and health of eels, such as the use of sensors to monitor temperature, humidity, and water quality in eel ponds. This helps him to understand the optimal conditions for eel growth and take appropriate steps to improve the condition if necessary.

"Seez, won't Imas be upset by this many changes?" Said my mother to Usep with anxiety.

"Calm down, Mother. What I did for the sake of the business of Imas as well." Usep replied with a smile.

Usep continued his explanation to my mother with confidence, "I understand Mom's concerns, but I believe this change will have a positive impact on the business of the Imas eel. I'm doing all of this with the goal of increasing the productivity and sustainability of our efforts."

Usep explained that by innovating and experimenting, he was able to find new ways to improve the quality of eel products and production efficiency. This will help expand market share and increase the profit that can be generated.

"In this effort, I also maintain good communication with Imas. Even though I didn't tell you all the changes I made, I always made sure that the decisions I made were based on careful consideration and for the good of our business" Usep told my mother.

"Yes, Imas told me to renovate my mother's house. Imas has sent the house plan he wants." Usep added the sentence.

Usep continued his explanation to my mother. "In addition to focusing on developing the eel business, Imas also entrusted me to renovate this house. He sent me the plan he wanted and I learned it. I hope with this renovation, this house will be more functional and comfortable for all of you."

"I understand that this house is a family home, and I try to make it a comfortable and pleasant place for all of you" Usep added excitedly.

He explained to my mother the renovation plans he had designed, including changes to the layout of the room, the addition of more modern facilities, and increased comfort in the house.

While here in Australia, I'm getting busy with activities outside my college that are managing the menu that her father Laura's restaurant needs.

"Gold, we should try to use your livestock Eel. Who knows how it feels different from the eel we bought here." Laura gave me an idea.

I nodded in agreement to hear Laura's idea. "Yes, that idea sounds interesting. We can try to use eels from businesses that Usep manage in Indonesia. I'll talk to Usep about this and see what we can do."

The next day, I spoke to Usep via video call. I explained Laura's idea of using farmed eels in her father's restaurant menu.

"Come on, Laura gave me an interesting idea. He proposed to use eels from our Indonesian business in restaurant menus. Do you think this might be done?"

Usep listened carefully and nodded. "I think it's a brilliant idea. Using our livestock eels will give a different taste and quality to the dish. I'm glad to hear that. I'll make sure that the eels we produce meet the quality and cleanliness standards required for use in restaurants."

"Alhamdulillah, may our eel business go more international yes, Usep." I sat with happy feelings.

"Of course, Imas. But don't forget your obligation there, you're there to study." Usep replied trying to give me a warning.

"Yes dong, I will never forget my main vision and mission here." I wish that answer would have made Usep a little calmer.

We discussed further on the next steps. I made sure Usep that I would stay focused on my education in Australia and carry out my responsibilities in managing the restaurant menu. I promise to keep in touch with Usep regularly to ensure good cooperation between eel business and restaurant.

During my time in Australia, I continued to work hard at managing the restaurant menu. I found out about the local ingredients available here and blended them with creative ideas to create a delicious and unique dish. I also make sure that the quality of the materials I use is maintained and in accordance with established standards.

Meanwhile, Usep continues to focus on eel business development. He continues to conduct research and experiments to improve productivity and efficiency. We keep sharing information and discussing the latest developments in our respective industries.

"It looks like your relationship is already very serious huh." Laura suddenly let out an astonishing sentence.

"Hahaha, can you, Laura." I answered while laughing.

Our daily grind caught Ridwan's attention. She is an Indonesian student just like me. Ridwan seems curious because Laura and I do look so busy outside of class.

Of course, I will continue in Bahasa Indonesia.

Ridwan approached me and Laura while we were discussing the mainstay menu for his father's restaurant. He looked curious because we both looked busy outside of college hours.

"Hey, I see you two are busy with something interesting. Can I have a discussion?" asked Ridwan with a friendly smile.

I welcome Ridwan to join, and Laura nods in agreement. We explained to him the idea of using a farmed eel from my business in Indonesia for a restaurant menu.

"This idea is unique" commented Ridwan. "Using local ingredients can give a distinctive flavor and support local farmers. I think this idea is worth exploring."

"It's not about the eel, it's just about the menu." I said while thinking.

"I'll talk to Usep about this and see how we can work together to make it happen" I assure them.

Ridwan was surprised to hear the name Usep I mentioned. "Nice? who's Usep, Imas?" He asked very curious.
