"Imaaasss..hunt ai you!" Ujang early in the morning already in front of the house, he intends to invite to go to school together.
"Noah, Jang. Just be careful." My answer. "Why are you in such a hurry?" ask me again in a relaxed manner.
Ujang glanced at me with an annoyed expression. "What the hell, you? Why is the answer so strange?"
I smiled and replied, "Sorry, Jang. I'm still sleepy. But relax, I'll be ready soon."
Ujang shook his head. "Whatever, the hunt is ready. We're going to school."
I stepped towards the door and picked up my school bag. "Alright, Jang. Let's go."
On our way to school, our imaginations shot far away. As usual, we both became brave and formidable Hatori Ninjas. We imagined ourselves crossing difficult terrain, climbing steep mountains, and crossing deep valleys. In our delusion, we faced powerful enemies and mastered great ninja techniques.
"Sst, Ujang! I detected a horde of enemies in front of us" I whispered as I pointed towards the bushes.
Ujang nodded seriously. "Ready, Mom! We have to use all our ninja skills against them."
We ran agilely and used ninja movements to avoid enemy attacks. We jump, spin, and throw shuriken with high precision. Our every move was full of struggle and sweat, but we did not give up.
After passing through the difficult terrain, we reached the beautifully flowing river in the middle of the forest. We stopped the Ninja Hatori game for a moment and enjoyed the natural beauty around us. Soft flowing water, green foliage swinging with the wind, and birds chirping in the sky.
"Gold, we should stop dreaming for a moment. School is near" said Ujang in a slightly regretful tone.
I nodded with a smile. "Yes, Jang. Let's go back to the real world and face the school world with the same spirit as our previous adventure."
We continued our journey to school with great enthusiasm. Despite being a mere delusion, our adventures as a Hatori Ninja have given us the passion and joy to face the day at school.
We also arrived at the school gate, as usual Mang Asep the school security asked politely. "wuihh... Ninja is coming." Sahut Mang Jajang's.
I laughed while pinching Mang Asep's stomach. "I went to class first, Mang!" My solute.
Mang Asep who was in pain from my pinch, replied "Yes!" while grimacing in pain.
I also ran to class while jumping up and down with spirit like a ninja ready to fight. The classmates who saw me coming in high spirits joined in a boisterous and laughter-filled atmosphere.
We entered the class happily. Our teacher, Mother Wulan, smiled at our spirit. "Good morning, kids. It's good to see your spirit today" he said warmly.
"Good morning, Miss Wulan!" we simultaneously answered.
We sat in our own places, ready to start today's lesson. Wulan's mother sat in her chair and let out a horror question.
"Please collect the PR that yesterday I love the kids." Wulan's mother said with excitement.
Wulan's mother looked and stared intently at me. With a little hump of his head, his glasses sagged a little until they caught the tip of his nose.
"Gold me, what's wrong with you, how come you look so panicked?" Ms. Wulan asked with a cynical smiling face.
I was jolted by Mother Wulan's sharp gaze and stuttered in answering her question. "Eh, Miss Wulan, sorry... I forgot to do PR yesterday" I said nervously.
Mother Wulan's face grew more serious and her cynical smile became more and more visible. "Oh, so Imas forgot, huh? What about the others? Have you prepared the PR yet?" ask her while glancing at the other students.
The other students looked at each other and some of them also looked anxious. Apparently, I'm not alone in this omission.
Some of my classmates started commenting, "I forgot too, Mom," Rudi said in a nervous tone.
"Same, Mom. Sorry, I'm not done yet" Yanti said with an anxious face.
Mother Wulan nodded slowly. "Alright, it looks like many of you guys haven't finished PR yesterday. This can't just be left alone. All of you must take responsibility for your work" he said in a firm voice.
Instantly, the atmosphere in the classroom became tense and anxious. We feel guilty for not completing the task given by Ms. Wulan. We know that Ibu Wulan is a strict and serious teacher in terms of discipline.
Wulan's mother then shouted, "Kage Bunshin no Jutsu! Dziiig!" Wulan's mother disappeared and became numerous. Suddenly he picked us up one by one.
"Run 10 rounds on the field! You have to expend the energy you use to avoid the task and focus on learning. Remember, don't forget to work on your PR after that!" Said Mother Wulan.
After we finished the punishment, we returned to the class with gasps. Wulan's mother greeted us with a warm smile.
"Can you learn from this experience, children? Responsibility and discipline are important in life. Let's start working on our PR in earnest" Ms. Wulan said gently.
"It's amazing, Mom! Is your mother the same brotherhood as Naruto? The mother of the Uzumaki Clan? Mother's house in Konohagakure?" I said and amazed. Suddenly "Pletaaakk," the voice of the LKS book struck my head.
"Wake you up, Imas. mostly watch your anime. But, yes, I love watching Naruto." Miss Wulan replied in embarrassment. "Already, already. now do the PR here and collect. I'll give you 15 minutes." Miss Wulan said firmly.
I woke up from the delusion and rubbed my head that was hit by the LKS book punch. "Sorry, Miss Wulan," I said, rubbing my slightly aching head.
I nodded, realizing my mistake. I picked up my PR book and started working on it seriously. During the 15 minutes given by Ms. Wulan, I tried my best to complete the task.
While I was busy working on PR, the atmosphere in the class was calm. My classmates also focused on their respective tasks. Ms. Wulan sat in her chair, providing firm supervision, but also providing support to us.
After 15 minutes passed, Ms. Wulan gestured to collect the PR. I handed over my PR with some relief, as I managed to finish it on time.
Ms. Wulan gave a small smile. "Good, Imas. This time you are responsible. Remember, discipline and perseverance in learning are very important," he said passionately.
I feel proud of myself and grateful for the guidance and encouragement from Ms. Wulan. Although I am sometimes tempted by the imagination of fiction, I have learned to remain focused and responsible for my duties and obligations as a student.
