CHAPTER 22 | Brother, what are you doing

John then conducted his own investigation by posing as a police officer to see surveillance camera footage that was around the scene. But found nothing else but the moment the three men appeared inside the restaurant, looking around and showering shots at everyone.

Then John's phone rang “Master, I got the information from the contact, that the three people died in police custody.” Selena said across the phone.

“What? They die?” john was shocked.

“Yes sir, the police found the three of them dead in a holding cell in a suicide-like state drinking poison” Selena said next.

What organization are these? What do they mean by shooting? thought John then said “Alright, I'll be back. We'll talk later”

After hanging up the phone John then continued to browse through several recordings around him that showed where the direction of their arrival from. Then after finding two pieces of video footage, John then took it and returned to Selena's house.

“Selena, send this video recording to Jiro for William to investigate immediately and report to me” continued John while at home

“Good tuan” said Selena who then sent the video pieces to Jiro.

Somewhere north of the city of Istanbul, near the Turkish and Bulgarian borders, a car stopped in front of the ruins of an old house, then Violet came down from the car and went into the ruins of the house.

In the ruins of the house, Violet entered the kitchen, then pressed a lever behind the collapsed wall. A door opened on the kitchen floor with the stairs down, and Violet entered the basement.

When it comes down, the floor then closes back up. Violet, who was in the room, walked along the hallway for five minutes until she was in front of a door guarded by two people.

“Nona Violet” said one of the guards who then opened the door.

Violet continued to enter the room and saw two people talking about making plans.

“Why should make such an uproar?” continued Violet.

“Because it's the only way to make sure it” said Violet's sister.

“What do you plan to do next?” ask Violet.

“We were ordered to find his hiding place” replied big brother Violet back.

“James, tell brother first stop all plans about Araga. At this time we cannot kill him without the help of the bone knife.” continued Violet to her brother named James.

“It was a rash and futile action. That will draw the attention of the world to our organization including Araga”, Violet continued.

Violet sighed, the first “Silver was always impulsive without thinking long” he said.

James understood the meaning of his brother Violet, among them the three, Brandon, James, Violet, Violet was the briliant, she was often the brain of his organizational plan. Brandon who is always impulsive often acts out of plan, James is the most often the target of his frustration if it does not go well.

Then Violet left them and headed back to her car. Before the car moves, Violet's phone rings which she then picks up with “Halo tuan”.

“What happened Violet? I heard the news of a shooting at a restaurant in Turkey. It has nothing to do with us, right?” ask Khaga across the phone

“No sir. It has nothing to do with us. A group of misfits whose purpose is unknown. The government is still investigating.” said Violet lied.

“Alright, concentrate on the expedition to find his knife and jewels. Do not take rash actions” continued Khaga while hanging up the phone.

During the night at Selena's house, John gets information from Jiro after Williams crunches the video, then sees the videos of the road supervisor.

Williams discovered that the three of them were driving a white van at the time of the incident, and found the license plate of the car including the owner's address. It turned out to be a stolen car, then he found out that they did two vehicle swaps.

After several videos of street inspectors found clues to the ruins of an old house in the northern part of Istanbul. William also found the identity of the perpetrator who all three faced eastern Europeans of Belarusian and Ukrainian nationality.

That night, John moves to the ruins of the old house delivered by Selena. The two of them walked into the ruins but there was no one there.

John sharpens his sense of hearing while releasing his surrounding aura to detect. Then John heard a conversation in the distance in the area around the kitchen and came from under the floor.

“There is a secret room” said John

He looked for a lever to open the floor. After finding the lever and opening it, John continued walking down the hallway. He saw two guards at the door. The two guards were shocked and immediately charged towards John.

John easily incapacitated and knocked them unconscious.

“Selena, check their mouth and body. Don't let them kill themselves again. Then stand guard outside” said John to Selena while then break down her door.

“Braaakk”

The door that John kicked in was smashed to pieces. John saw five people in the room. The five immediately took out an automatic weapon and shot towards John. John was just silently pelted with bullets at him.

When the bullets ran out of their guns, John smiled and moved as fast as lightning to paralyze them all. Then John and Selena tied them all together, including the guards.

John then proceeded to interrogate them one by one. They don't know the name of the organization, they're just people who get paid to do something by someone who calls himself Dakota.

“Then you guys were recruited to do what?” ask John

“We haven't got the order. We were recruited a week ago and then sent here three days ago to wait for the task, replied one of the men.

“Where did you guys recruit?” ask John next

“We are recruited from Belarus.”.

John stopped his interrogation, apparently all they encountered was a group of freelance mercenaries. They do not need to know the details of the task from where and for what. They accept the task to be done as long as the payment is in accordance with their wishes.
