Gulf quietly entered the village's security office. Many soldiers stood guard, but he passed through the fence to enter it. Peering over the wall, he could see corpses being identified by several people. Gulf saw First who was busy following the identification process.
First again saw a corpse with the exact same condition. The bite wounds on the necks of the victims reminded him of the vampires he had recently heard. First had already notified the general on duty, but they did not believe him. To prove it, he doesn't know what to do. He hasn't seen the vampires who killed his victims.
"General I told you, this is the terror of vampires"
"It's just a fictional story. You better read more real knowledge books not just fairy tales you read"
...****************...
First, separate yourself to think. After leaving the city he left aimlessly until he ended up in this village after hearing several murder cases that occurred.
What do they look like? Amongst these people must have been vampires.
First really doesn't know about vampires. The vampire he had met might just be Nick and to him he looked just like any other human.
The srek!
First looked at the forest area after hearing the sound.
"Who's there?!" First clasped his sword preparing to take it out. An old man came out of the forest on a slightly lame path. With a swift First approached him helping him to walk.
"Sir why did you come out of that forest? You lost?" The person fell silent and started laughing, staring intently at First which surprised him.
"Yes and I are starving!" First's neck was immediately grabbed and pushed him to the point of being squeezed into a tree. First tried to free himself. He could see if the person in front of him had red eyes with fangs beginning to come out.
Is this what you call a vampire? Damnit damnit! He's so strong.
The vampire approached First's neck to suck his blood immediately. However
Jamba!
He saw the vampire in front of him dead with a stab wound on his chest. The vampire killed himself.
First looked at someone with glowing red eyes far away from him. He could not see his face because the dark atmosphere limited his vision. The man was about to turn around to leave, but First quickly threw his sword that was about to hit him.
"Who are you?"
Gulf was silent on his back. He had no intention of helping her but as her condition grew more urgent, her body seemed to move on its own. He did not care about it and was about to leave immediately when a hand restrained him.
"I asked again. Who're you?"
"Nobody" The grip on his arm grew stronger.
"You killed that vampire?" Gulf did not answer, he was still silent. Until First forcibly removed her jacket hood. First was curious about this person before him.
"You.....!!!" The clutches of his hands were released when he saw someone he was very familiar with.
"Your Majesty" First gave him the salute. He did not think he would meet the Gulf. Even if he doesn't know how to behave. He hated it but he could not show it directly in front of his people. Gulf sighed and turned to look at him.
"Why are you here? The village is quite far from the city. Did Weir tell you to come?"
"No. I came alone because of my wish"
"really? Wh why? You should have studied at your school" Gulf looked at him suspiciously.
"I no longer go to school there. Your Majesty may I ask you something?" First attempted to divert his conversation. Discussing about him, for First is not important and he does not want to bring it up.
"You want to ask me if I'm a vampire or not?" First was quite surprised Gulf knew his point.
"I'm a vampire, but I'm also a human being"
"!!!"
"Why? Your hate for me is getting bigger because I'm a vampire, right?"
"Your majesty! I-"
"It's okay. A lot of people hate me. Forget about this. Since when did this murder happen?"
"From the information I got. In this village there is often murder, but lately in a day more and more victims. I know it's all vampires but no one believes me"
"Even if they believe you. There's nothing you can do. Ordinary humans could not see it as they eliminated its existence"
"Then how do you handle it? We can't let the casualties get any more" Gulf looked at First who looked very serious. The look in his eyes revealed his worry towards people. Gulf did not expect that the person he thought had hidden intentions, but he could feel his sincerity. Especially when he saw First helping the parents who had difficulty walking earlier, yes even though it turned out to be a vampire First help.
"You better take care of those victims. I'm gonna kill those vampires"
"What?! You can get hurt, they're very strong" Gulf laughed at him.
"I'm not that weak. I'm a vampire, remember? All you need to know is that not all vampires kill humans. I left" That instant as well with his speed Gulf disappeared from First sight without even having time for him to speak again. First fell silent, he still could not believe what was happening. The one he hated helped him.

Prangs!
A glass floated on the people who were kneeling before him.
"Doing such a task you can't?!! And where's Kao?"
"I'm sorry, sir. Someone ruined his plan. We also don't know the whereabouts of Mr. Kao"
"Who?"
"I heard he was a hunter. He suddenly barged into the palace hall"
"Once again they involve hunters. Damnit damnit! We can only hope our backup plan works"
...****************...
"I've dispersed my men to search for his whereabouts and the hunters have helped"
"Your Majesty, you better rest now. You didn't sleep last night thinking about this. Take it easy everything will go well"
"I'm doing fine. You can go"
Brak!
The door of the room opened with a fallen man unable to support his own body.
"Why are you okay?" Up was surprised by his condition. He helped her to sit down.
"Your highness akh-"
"She's poisoned" Bright said, seeing signs of poisoning on her face.
"What?!"
"Hurry up and call Louis' doctor!" Bright orders on the guard. Perth immediately took Kara to the nearest room.
...****************...
Kara lay unconscious, with rapid breathing and she continued to slice through the pain. Louis gave him the antidote.
"Your Majesty, I have taken a sample of his blood. I had to check what poison was in her body" Up nodded and he sat down on the chair next to the bed staring at the worried Kara. Bright enters the room.
"Your majesty I hear the testimony of the kitchen people. They said that Kara was okay and would deliver food for you. I also asked the people closest to Kara. He said before delivering food, he always tasted the food to be served. I think someone's going to poison you, but since Kara ate it so she's the one with the poison" Up clenched her hands. He was angry if one of the men was hurt.
"Investigate who put the poison and I want Weir to be found immediately" Bright and Perth leave after saluting him.
...****************...
Bright surrendered part of his army to Perth. The two must soon discover Weir's whereabouts.
"You're sure you've deployed your entire army?"
"Yes. I took part of this squad from the training camp. I heard so many murder cases that I spread my troops throughout the kingdom. But you can definitely take advantage of this little army, right?" Bright was teasing him a little at the moment.
"You doubted me?" Perth immediately went to take his new troops away.

After several days, Mile finally reached Poompat palace. Previously when entering the Poompat kingdom area, he had not felt the existence of the protector and he immediately checked around the border.
Someone welcomed Mile, he was a confidant of Emperor Gan or the father of Up. As long as Up left, he was the one who replaced him though not completely, as he still had to question the decision of Emperor Gan. The mile was brought directly to the king's room to face, while the other hunters waited in another room.
"You... Mile?" Mile smiled nodded.
"It's been years but you still remember me"
"Of course, even if you were a kid, but I still remember your face"
"How are you, your majesty?"
"yeah. I could no longer lead this kingdom so I handed it over to my son. You must have met him, right"
"The noble Up is very brave to come to the kingdom of Traipipattanapong. He said that if this protector is damaged, the vampires can easily enter the kingdom"
"really. So what do you think? Why is that protector broken? It's been years that the protector hasn't wavered"
"Before coming to this palace, I checked first and some marks were broken. Whether intentional or not, but it's human because vampires won't be able to touch it"
"Then can you fix it?"
"Yes of course I've brought the ingredients to make the sign so I want to borrow your place"
"certain. Fern you help him" Fern saluted and took Mile away.
...****************...
A pile of bodies in a forest, more precisely the vampire corpses that the Gulf had collected. He made sure that there were no more vampires in the village so that he did not hear any more murders in the village. Gulf used his power to crush the corpses to ashes. He didn't want to leave a trace.
During his time in the village, he also noticed First's work. He was quite amazed and a little envious because First was so helpful to his troubled life that the people there accepted him so much and were very close to him. Very much like Weir who was always deftly resolving palace affairs but First in a good version, there was no evil intent and only looks sincerity from his actions. But he could not believe it completely because he thought First was still in contact with Weir.
Gulf jumped and landed right in front of First which made him very surprised.
"Your highness. Why are you here?" First looked at the surroundings to make sure no one was looking.
"I've cleaned up those vampires. So this village should be safe now. I've also noticed you" First was surprised that Gulf noticed. He did not feel like anyone was following him.
Did he really kill those vampires?
Lately, there have been no more murders.
Gulf patted his shoulder.
"Your work is very good. If you're not related to Weir, maybe I'll make you my confidant. But even so, I asked for your help to help those in need" First did not believe Gulf's words. This is the first time anyone has appreciated his hard work, let alone praised him.
"Why does your majesty say that? I'm not that good. After all, there are already people on duty in every village"
"Yes indeed. But no one is as good as you. I wish more on you. I have to go now" First was still silent, until the Gulf left and he was still in his place.
