Chapter 30's

Only a gust of wind could be heard between the silence that was engulfing First and Win. First noticed Win who looked nervous.

"Win! You hear?!"

Meanwhile, in the Nattawin clan. Pete rests after finishing his job to train the wild captured vampires. From a distance Apo approached him, who was immediately saluted by Pete.

"He's not out yet?" Ask Apo.

The room where Gulf was training exploded, leaving everyone shocked, and Pete came straight to the Gulf to check on him.

"Who are you?" Peter pointed his sword.

"You don't need to know who I am" Kao said directly to him. Pete held her. Both of them fought fiercely.

"You're Nick's men?" Pete asked, but there was no answer. Kao continued to attack him which made him fed up. He can't waste his time now. Pete puts his powers into his sword and quickly attacks Kao. Although still able to hold it, it is very visible that Kao is so overwhelmed to handle Pete. Pete pulls out his little swords, which attack Kao. All of those little swords were stuck in Kao's back. Pete is ready to eliminate him, but with the rest of his strength Kao leaves quickly.

"Truly troublesome!" Mumbled. He will report it after returning from the city. Pete continues his journey.

Pete reached the middle of the city, he felt the atmosphere was a little different than before. Pete stared at the palace, he could smell the vampire pretty thick there.

Pete had lost his existence, but what he saw was not only humans guarding the palace, it turns out that many of them are also vampires.

"Is Nick planning to take over the palace?" Mumbled. He wanted to get in but if there were any other vampires it would be hard for him to get in now. He went back to the city, after he checked around the palace, which found nothing.

"Uncle" Call him. The old man who was cleaning his shop turned his head.

"Thank God you look so good now" Pete smiled.

"Oh sir, can I help you?" Ask the old man.

"Follow me and don't rebel" whispered the man to the stiffened Pete. Pete saw the old man, he did not know who was now behind him, but with the sharp object ready to kill him, there was no way he would let the old man see it.

"Uncle, he's my friend. There's something we should talk about for a second" Pete said slightly trembling. The man dragged Pete out.

Pete is constantly forced to walk towards a deserted place. He could not fight when there were a lot of people around.

"Who are you? Unhand me!" Pete.

"Shut up! What are you planning? You intend to kill the old man?"

"Wait on! I-i know him. There's no way I'm killing him"

"You're just lying! You'll be dead soon. You disgusting vampire"

"You're a hunter?"

"Is that important now?" Boat asked to throw Pete after the two reached a deserted place. Boat prepares to kill Pete with his dagger. The panicked Pete retreated, not knowing what to do now.

"Wait on! The master! Don't kill me! I know Mr. Mew. You're a hunter, you know him, too, right?" Boat stops, now he clearly sees Pete's face, and Pete sees Boat.

"You... Vampires from that clan, right?"

"You're the hunter who was with Mr. Mew. You finally remember me" said Pete, grateful that he was finally free from death.

"Why are you here?"

"The noble one asked me to look at the condition of his palace. And also he was very worried about Mew sir. Though I told you he must be fine" Boat fell silent.

"Where is Mew now?" Ask Pete curious.

"Our ritual to kill the vampires in the palace failed. Kao, the vampire who is always beside Nick destroys the formation. So that we all lost a hunter and also p'Mew I don't know how things are right now. They're holding him"
